I cannot thank the staff enough for such an amazing night! We booked the venue for a 21st birthday party and it truly was a night to remember! A huge special thank you to Alicia, Anthony, Hannah and everyone behind the bar! Everyone was so accommodating to all of our requests and dietary requirements and everyone added to the fun of the evening, joining in on the fancy dress theme and more! I would rebook this venue in a heartbeat. So reasonably priced, ideal location and absolutely amazing staff!!!!

Had a 30th Birthday Party at this perfect venue, staff are brilliant and very helpful, the venue is beautiful and the food ordered for the party cooked on site was great too, I can highly recommend this venue for a party everyone commented on what a perfect place it was for a party 🥳 👍

Lovely pub, friendly staff, great cocktails. Highlight is the quiz on a Monday night! All done on your phone, variety of rounds, the best quizmaster! Try to get there every week.

Cool new venue right by Highbury & Islington tube. Great for live music, and after work cocktails. Coming back for the comedy night.

Has a good atmosphere. Also does a student discount where lagers are £3 and spirits £2.50. Very good prices considering how expensive everything is. Only £1 for a card. Usual problem with a few drunks and got slapped on the backside by one. But I was glad the bar staff refused to sell him anymore drink as he was getting very annoying. Other than that, would definitely recommend if a student watching the pennies and on a tight budget.

Love this cute little place. On weekdays they have a long happy hour on all their drinks and they do a mean Old Fashioned. They have golden age Hollywood movies playing in the background and they are reasonably priced for the area. I find it quite on weekdays and I hope it stays that way. Perfect for after work drinks.

This pub has great cocktails and not much of a beer selection. That said, thr decor is fantastic and the staff was attentive and friendly. Music selection is on point ans they have shows at night. Very nice place, worth a visit.

Opens later in the day stays till late. Seriously amazing atmosphere, great live music, unique cocktails! Makes you forget you're in islington sometimes! Staff members are super caring and will make you feel welcome. There's no food, but they have nuts, olives etc. 2 for 1 on cocktails !!! Really special place a must see if you're in islington ;)

If you arrive at the overground having just missed a train with the next being fifteen minutes away, pop into the Jam and Rye bar, which is right next to the station, for a cheeky half (/one of their delish cocktails). If youre lucky & pop in on a Monday eve you’ll stumble upon the best pub quiz ever, the Speed Quiz with DJ Angus El Flaco! And you’ll never be happier you missed that train.
