D.Great place! Tasty, filling brunch food, quirky decor and very friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommend.
I. S.Booked reservations for the evening before going to see a show. Unfortunately didn't take any photos of the pizzas but from what we saw posted on Google, we thought we'd try them. They came and looked nothing like them. They're flat and not particularly large but rather nice. I'm only giving 3 stars because of the service, we were seated immediately and at first our waitress seemed really friendly. However, after taking our drinks and food order, a few minutes in while we're mid bite she stopped asked if everything was okay and then nothing. We weren't offered any more drinks, or a dessert menu, etc... We had to finally call for her 40 minutes later (we were waiting for our show to start) we had to ask for the bill which has the optional service charge. We asked for that to be removed and we even explained why. Her response was "okay". She took another 5-10 minutes before she came back with the changed amount. They weren't particularly busy as there were plenty of empty tables around us. So, poor service and acceptable food. Won't be returning anytime soon.

E. H.Had the pleasure of visiting the Fire Station in Waterloo on a Sunday lunchtime in January.
First impression was clean and friendly. On our visit, the venue was relatively quiet. Service was prompt and friendly.
The 3 plates for £15 deal caught our eye. We had cheeseburger tacos and some breaded chicken. Lovely food, nicely presented and at a reasonable price.
Toilets also clean. Be advised, a service charge is applied to the bill so just be aware.
All in all, a pleasant experience.
P. P.Liked the atmosphere. Pizzas not very impressive could look more appetising and have more toppings including cheese mainly eating dry dough. Vegetarian option was no better. Sounded good on menu but not impressive.
That said we enjoyed the 3 for £18 tacos, chicken and Cauliflower

G. T.Carlo made us all feel so welcome. From the the beginning when I phone up to book for my work Christmas dinner Carlo was so friendly. When we arrived Carlo introduced himself and took care off us he was so friendly throughout our time there. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. This is definitely a place we will return to. Brilliant service with a smile.
