Good place to have a break. Staff is always available and friendly. Staff although didn't show up to take food and beverages order after calling from the tablet in the lane. The service at the bar was anyway good quick and easy. Place was clean and there was a noce atmosphere. Will definitely visit again soon.

A nice place for a few games of bowling. It's clean, they serve you drinks at the lane. There's an arcade area, bar and place to eat. The price is good (second game is less than half price) and as it has lots of lanes you don't normally have to book in advance.

Bowling experience is ok. Places is fully packed. Staff does not seems to clean the benches between session. Luckily there are hand sanitizer around, so we give the benches and seat, and the screen a quick rub down

We enjoyed our bowling session. It was fun. We had visited this place before but were late by few minutes. So we were denied entry to our gaming sessions even though we were present there in the given time. They refused to give a refund but instead they offered us the same tickets for some other day which was nice. The staff was very helpful and processed it quickly.

Fun climate and atmosphere, I got pickpocketed and Carrie from management/call center was incredibly helpful to me and my friends, the entire reason we are leaving this review is to praise Carrie and how helpful she was to us in this situation. The bar staff was also great and very helpful.

Busy fun activity, as a few of us arrived late the staff were not helpful and only provided assistance after the third time of asking to add names so we could play. initial responses were - we can't do that or asking have we paid which we had as we paid for 17 people and more than 5 of us arrived after the game started. By the time the staff got their act together this gave us little time and was a con really and a waste of our money not happy!

This is not only a bowling area but also has a game zone , a small casino type area , a cafe and graphical games area. It has variety of games for all ages. You can buy coupons at the counter and play. They have a Hollywood movie interior decor. They have a small cafe inside that provides chocolates , fries , coffee and all types at snacks delivered at your game play area zone. The prices are costly. The place has COVID measures in place but can be really crowded specially during weekends. Not a wheelchair friendly area.

Bowling and arcades where good kids had a good time , then we went to have dinner and it was an absolute joke! The place wasn’t clean even though it wasn’t busy had to clean our table ourself , waited 45 minutes for our food and our sons meal wasn’t there the waiter bought our food over with no cutlery so we asked him for cutlery and sauce he came back 25 mins later without them but with our starter by this time we was waiting for the manager we did get a refund but I would highly advice to not uses the dinner in there

Absolutely brilliant!! The children had so much fun; obviously bowling, plus the arcades and eating at the diner too. All at a decent affordable price, with the bar being decently priced too. Only issue would be the state of the toilets. Pretty grim to be honest, other than that. A good evening out!

I visited last week with my family, bowling and arcades is really good and fun. Good value for the money and have loads of arcades to play with before or after and also have a place where you can exchange tickets won for prizes which my nephews loved. We brought a deal of bowling and food so we tried to order food at our lane so called for service but no one came so had to go get someone ourself. We were then told we’d have to wait an hour for food and drinks itself took about 15 mins to come. When we were done with our game we went and sat in the restaurant area to wait which was covered in food and plates all over the tables and hadn’t been cleaned so we had to clean it ourselves. The food eventually came and was cold! My nephew ordered a hot dog and the bun was still frozen and hard he couldn’t even bite into it. Could tell they were really unstaffed and very unorganised.

Very disappointed about the amount of time you have to play 1 game x2 people. You only have 20mins to play a game and our game got cut off half way through. Really not good considering you don't get a chance to have great fun and get a little competitive. It works out you have a minute to throw your bowl retrive it and throw again. Really not good. However after a very nice assistant listened to my complaint she gave me a voucher fir a free game. Really not her fault, but really don't know how they expect a family of 4 to finish a game in 40mins. Ridiculous

The food was lovely my children had a good time and the arcade is great as there's something for everyone to do and you can get prizes by collecting tokens from games played which is exciting for kids. Overall great evening and recommend this place. Prices are reasonable too.

Quite nice and friendly Staff. Cubicles or sitting areas are not so spacious compared to Tolworth or Croydon bowling centres. Amazing parking space and inside the business park with Pizza Hut, ODEON cinema and so on. Adequate exit points and entrances. Watch out for the spikes if your dare using the one way exits.

It was a children birthday party and the kids were left alone all the time. A girl brought the squash for them but no help for bowling was given.The table was prepared in the adults area were alcohol was served in other tables. None of us mums was happy about it so we moved back to the kids side were we could have the cake, coffee and take some nice photos with the birthday boy who was quite upset because after ordering we were told they run out of hot dogs buns.I have been here previously and birthday party were handled very differently...... Lack of staff? Brexit? Who knows.....

Had a lovely bowling experience at Hollywood Bowl. Only gave 3 stars because 1. Their bowling bowls need more cleaning, one that we used was almost moldy in the fingers holes 2. At one point in the evening there was only 1 staff member on the bar causing a wait of up to 30mins just for a drink as this was the only location to purchase one. She handled the bar well on her own but staffing needs to reflect the number of lanes they have open so staff aren't overwhelmed and customers aren't left waiting in a queue for a prolonged period of time.

I have several issues with my visit. 1.No hand sanitizer left in the dispenser at the entrance. Told a memember of staff and it wasn't refilled when I tried again later. 2. The two seater table right in front of the diners counter is the wobbliest tabletop I have ever sat at in my life... you know those spinning plates that are held up on sticks? It was like that 3. The online booking form was not working and only showed script when you click on it. I got to the counter on the day and was told very rudely that there were no lanes available until 10pm. 4.told there was no coca cola at the diner, so queued up at the bar on the other side. I was in the queue for about 15 minutes (only one person serving) and still only half way through my wait. I had to leave, went back to the table where my food was cold. The kids had a good time at the arcade though.

This place is awesome, they add themes to the bowling alleys, they have big jugs of slushy, there's a sizable arcade to lose all your money hehe. It's a brilliant place for a great night or day out.

They recently refurbished the bowling area and its really nice. Love how there is now a screen between each lane in the seating areas to keep each lane seperate. It's a nice bowling alley to go with friend or family.

Just returned from the Hollywood bowl and had a fantastic afternoon. We brought our tickets online and also brought the meal deal for a family of 4, which come to £53. On entering we was greeted and told our lane number. The lane was very clean and modern. And the touch screens are a great addition, with the photo option for the lane wallpaper! We enjoyed our game with no issues at all. They had hand gel at the end of each lane, which is handy with covid on the rise again! After, we went to the bar area to have our meal that we pre paid for. We handed over our ticket that we received when entering earlier and ordered our food. The food was good size portions and enjoyable. The staff were also really polite and helpful. Overall, £53 for a afternoon out for a family of 4, with a meal and drinks is great value. It’s probably the best bowling alley we’ve been too aswel so I definitely recommend it.

Went on a group bowling trip over the weekend, the bowling itself was fantastic and I wish I could give the place a higher review as the staff are amazing. However, we purchased a bundle including food and the burgers were awful. Not just one but the meat and vegan burgers all tasted like cardboard and the chips didn't really seem cooked either. The lettuce in the burgers seemed to have melted, didn't even know that was possible to be honest. All chicken products were out of stock but that's not really their fault, I can understand given the current situation. All in all, I would definitely visit again but I am not sure if I would purchase food from there. You are better off just going to the chains next door!

Alright for a quick bowl, but on our visit it was exceptionally busy and footflow wasn't managed particularly well. There are screens between each alley for CV19 safety. The arcade machines were very busy but none of the change machines were working.

My daughter lost her doll and the staff member Gwale made it his mission and goal to find it in that huge place!! And what a guy!!! He found it after looking in every cervice possible and made sure we had an amazing game of bowling at the same time We need more people in the world like him. Definitely will be back for the service and the fun of the games

Excellent place to have fun with friends or by yourself. Has an arcade linked to it besides the bowling alleys. You can buy food there and eat at the bowling section or at the tables they have there if you want. Also they have a VIP section and a bar to order drinks or eat there with a snooker table beside it to use. They have sanitizers around for you to use and lots of prizes to win. They have sectioned off each bowling alley with a shield so you have a bit of privacy and space to eat/drink. They play great music. Outside Hollywood bowling are places to eat/drink and watch something at the cinema. I would recommend this place.

I've always been there either with friends to play pool, have some drinks, play with the games in the arcade or play bowling also been there with my family .. it's always full so it's hard to keep up with the kids the drinks are affordable the food just about. the staffs I would give 7 out of 10 as some can be a bit moody but most staffs are very friendly especially the bar staffs but the drinks seem to be short everytime so I end up getting something I didn't want to drink lol but never disappointed as it turns up tasting amazing.. the place is very clean and decent .. family friendly and great to spend time there.. if you like peace and quiet I'd advise you to go there during afternoon time but after that it'll be very packed up of people and children running everywhere.

Loved it here Haven't been bowling for years They let you keep your shoes (covid or hygiene I don't know but I'm here for it) An array of bowling balls depending on your needs Segregated bowling lanes so you can have privacy. I think there was 28 lanes or so However the thing that made this better for me was the arcade games. Ok yes we all know arcade games are a bump but it is so much fun!!! They also have 2 pool tables and serve hot food and drinks. Everything you need under one roof. Seriously great day out whether for a date or just a group of friends/family getting together.

A bit of a shame that after the full revamp a while ago they haven't replaced the pool tables that have been there well over 10 years, other than that it's still a great place to be. Big array of games in the arcade now with ticket games not just racers and shooters. Nice place to take the kids for a party or hang out with friends and catch up after covid is long gone.

Well maintained alleys, covid separation when you're actually bowling is great. However it was hot and stuffy, making me very skeptical about the ventilation quality and far too many people were inside. We played our games and intended to go to the arcade after but half the change machines weren't working and it was completely rammed. Given the current situation we felt really uncomfortable and sadly decided to leave.

First time visit. We paid for 2 games, when we arrived were told to wait for 15 mins after our bowling time as there were still people at the lanes. Started bowling, 10 mins in, lady comes over and tells us we have 10 mins to wrap up both games as the booth is booked. After explaining the situation, she goes away and returns 5 mins later telling us we have 5 mins to vacate the area. She was quite rude not understanding at all, we called the manager who then agreed and allowed us to finish both games. The bar staff is friendly and drink selection is great. I would visit again and recommend.

Everything about this place is great except the food. OMG worst i have ever had. I feel like you need a proper chef that actually cares. Not just someone who puts everything in the oven. Chips are supposed to be soft not hard. The food has zero flavour so when we bowl we go straight to Frankie and Bennys afterwards, everytime. Sort out your food, get a chef and we will eat here.UPDATE!!!! Visited again June 22 for my sons birthday a party of 11 and got to my VIP lane and nobody had bothered to clean up. I had to to ask for someone to clean the area. It was filthy!!! It needed a good hoover. Your young staff are not doing their jobs, they also look very unhappy.

Only problem is, there isn't a clear explanation of how the points work, sometimes a spare gives 10 points, and another time it gave 18, or it could be my lack of knowledge but it didn't make sense... Especially since the strike gave less points than a spare

We had a great time bowling here! Great customer service from staff and particularly from the young gentleman with black curly hair. Very nice, polite and friendly guy. Although our bowling lane and food order were initially messed up, the problem was rectified with no issues. They have a good selection of arcade games also. (Only thing i would maybe suggest is a punching boxer machine).

Had an amazing time there, It was really fun! There are groups of people there of all ages, not just children. They have a bar for adults, as well as child friendly drinks. The prices are quite reasonable, especially for being in London. The food wasn't the best though. Hygiene of footwear is great, as you bowl with what you arrive there in. The only thing, I would say let them down, is the lack of staff they had on shift for a busy day. I was waitng around at the diner counter for about 20 minutes, staff walking passed you without a care in the world, staff standing behind the payment/booking desk, drinking slushes and having a chat etc, and then when someone did come, they saw I was there waiting, but instead tried to go and take the plates rather than serve me, I had to be abit forward and ask to me served, as I'd been waiting there for ages! Other than that, I'd recommend this place, as it was really fun, nice vibe.

I went here with my little sister with her friends as a birthday treat and it was very fun . I would highly recommend Hollywood bowls in general ! Not only the bowling but the cheap good arcades especially at Hollywood bowl . I’ve been going here since I was a young child and it now costs a lot more than it used to but I still sometimes go as a treat because it’s not to expensive and if you look in the right places you can always find offers and vouchers like for example I just got a 50.% of voucher . The only thing I would advise being careful of is food and drink there as it’s very overpriced ! £3.00 for a jug of squash and £8 for cheap nachos that somehow took 45 minutes to come . We were already finished our game . Just wait to eat at one of te restaurants outside or just go to Tesco’s before or after . But then again they have gotta make their money

We had a great time here on a Tuesday evening. Booked at about 2pm for a couple of games (with a free drink each from the bar) on the same day which was a great convenience. As soon as we arrived, we were able to set up our lane and start playing. Staff were helpful and informative. The game came with many features, such as a selfie camera that could be used to create facial icons for each of the bowlers; we did not use this but appreciated that this was there. The decor is very pleasant, with a 50's style diner area and a "dive bar" themed drinking area with a pool table where we got our beers from before we played. The actual game went without a hitch, and there were more than enough bowling balls for the two parties sharing each rack. We had a lot of fun here, and definitely would return!

My son and niece absolutely love it here - bowling and then heading to the arcades. The one thing that bugs me is the food! Its always cold or dry or minimal. Plus they take forever to get it to you.When you bowl its nice to have a bite and drink but this is one thing I do not recommend. I hope that the restaurant is looked into and sorted out. Eat before you go!

Relatively clean , mostly helpful polite staff. A nice older Child environment if bowling isn't enough there's a lively & good variety of arcade games. If you want a laugh with friends why not ! Love the atmosphere and the decorations as they had a 90’s theme ( I think). There were some problems with the lanes I was using but the staff quickly solved it which was nice as it meant we could enjoy our time there rather than waiting. I was slightly disappointed that we could not get a refund for a person whom did not come with us but overall the experience was good. I liked the fact you could order food to your lanes and the tablets were easy to use. The arcade was small and therefore did not have many good games to play And some were out of order which made an even more limited amount of games that you could play. I did not order any food so I cannot makes judgment there. The prices of the tickets were cheap. £5 for a child and £6 for an adult for one game - online booking. It was nice returning here as I used to come here when I was younger with my friends and play bowling then the arcade. The setting has changed a lot but the atmosphere has not changed and was very nostalgic.

Bowling lane was in relatively good shape, and I really liked the auto bumper up/down that could be programmed for each bowler. However, our lane was 35 minutes late, and despite being given a pager that was supposed to bleep when our lane was ready we had to chase it up. We tried to get drinks while we were waiting. It's table service only, but having waited 15 minutes I had to find the waiter who was chatting to other staff. My 'Costa' hot chocolate was beige hot water. I took it back and got another identical one. The waiter then started getting a bit passive aggressive saying when she tipped the first one away it was the right colour. The manager was called and told us the machine was broken so I got a refund, and she did have the grace to apologise. In response to Holly's reply, to make this venue five stars, please make sure that the tables are checked for new customers every few minutes, make sure all staff are aware if a machine breaks (sticking a label on it could work), try to ensure lanes are available for when they're booked, and if you issue pagers to let customers know when a lane becomes available use them. Writing it out makes me feel that staff are not being trained to treat customers the way that they might like to be treated. Either procedures are not in place, or they aren't being adhered to.

A perfectly decent Bowling Alley. I have been to trendier places in the USA, but frankly once you start playing they are all the same (at my standard anyway). The staff are perfectly polite. The prices are okay, and the kids like it. I don't think I would eat there though. My biggest issue is that I am terrible at Bowling, and repeatedly get beaten by my eight year old son. Outrageous.

The actual place is fine. We got the VIP lane which is not worth the extra money because you don't get the service you should. We used the service button but no one came to serve us, we had to tell a staff member that we were waiting for service. Had to ask 3 members of staff before we got ketchup. The Nachos were plain and tasteless and the booths should be clean when you get there. Apart from that it's a fun day out.

Personal taste, but I love the 80s/90s retro feel of the place. They have cheap beer, an arcade and decent prices for lanes. Food is not recommended but apart from that it is a quintessential bowling alley. Recommend for locals. If you are looking for a higher class experience, look elsewhere (Brooklyn Bowl or All-Star Lanes).

The bowling itself was good. The service from the team to the lane was incredibly slow. We started timing the response time after previous slow service and after reaching the end of our games, the timer was on 28 minutes! A veggie hotdog we ordered arrived after the game ended without out any sauces for the hotdog or the chips! Expect very little from this establishment

First time bowling personally and a very good experience as i was able to take my three year old son and his friend who could also participate. They have a moveable track for the younger players to roll the bowling ball down and onto the bowling aisle. It also has a rail to stop the ball from going into the gully, making it almost impossible to miss, brilliant idea. The food like the service, was bog standard and the young lady serving was absolutely poor, arrogant and couldn't care less, would of been four stars otherwise. Generally I would complain but resisted. Great idea with the mini arcade they had there. You receive tickets after playing certain games, which you can exchange for a toy or game when you are finished. Though these aren't really that great and you will have to spend a shed load of money to get anything decent. Overall, great family day out.

We went here for my friend's stag do on a Saturday afternoon, which I acknowledge is probably the busiest time. We were sat down promptly in our bowling area even though we were 20 minutes early which was great. Sadly from here it all starts to go a bit wrong. While waiting for our games to start a group of us went to up buy drinks at the bar - i ordered a drink with lemonade for the stag, which we then found was soda water as the lemonade syrup had run out. Not a big issue in itself but i was annoyed at having to argue with the barman who was adamant it was lemonade and only was apologetic after discovering that the syrup was indeed empty. All in all it took a good twenty minutes for me to get the three drinks i asked for and i came away annoyed. Additionally a poor trainee was left alone behind the bar and didn't even know where the bottle opener was when my friend ordered beer. One of our bowling lanes then broke so we were moved onto the VIP lanes - presumably because these were the only free lanes but it was nice anyway. We were then all given two bowling vouchers for Surrey Quays for the inconvenience, which was appreciated but none of us have visited this alley before and the majority live overseas so this sadly wasn't much use to us. The VIP lane then had a glitch with one of my friends strikes not registering which was obviously frustrating. The stag did have a good time and the arcade games were loads of fun but sadly the bar being slow and the bowling lanes breaking did somewhat sour the experience for us. I don't think any of us will be returning other than to use our vouchers.

Large bowling alley! Lots of arcade games to play too. Lovely staff. Friendly and helpful. You could order your nachos without cheese and sour cream and make it vegan. There are a selection of drinks at the bar, a lot of them vegan. It is an excellent place to go in groups. In terms of food, the options are limited, however, I don't think this is a place that people would go for the food. It is more of an entertainment area. For food there are proper restaurants very near by. The air conditioning or the lack of has to be checked. It was unusually warm inside the place.

Went here with some of the team from work. Honestly wasn't that busy for a mid-week night (Wednesday). The bowling is reasonably priced and as it wasn't busy there was no issues getting a lane. We did have to wait a while before getting our shoes and served at entrance though. The biggest disappointment was they had no one managing the bar/food area, which meant we had to walk everywhere in the place until we spotted some staff and ask them to attend the bar. Fortunately we found a nice young gentleman who offered to take our orders and bring the food/drink over to us. which was nice. So thats why I give them a 3 stars and not 5.

The bowling alley is always busy except in the middle of the day when it'd quiet. The bowling alley is understaffed and your generally sat waiting around for a member of staff. The arcade bit is good. Food is ok pretty cheap which is a good thing. If your going to the arcade make sure you have change as the change machines frequently don't work.

My first Bowling Experience,.. and was good, I must say. The location is good: in a leisure area with other leisure centers like cinema, restaurants etc. The Price of the Bowling experience seemed reasonable as well. The Bowling lanes and equipments seemed quality and the whole area was clean and tidy, including the toilets. There was also an arcade area and food and drinks available to buy, which brings me to the only negative sort-of point I have: the prices for the food... Seemed way too expensive and wasn't really appropriate for the quality,.. I ordered a Hot Dog and fries,... the Hot Dog bread was very chewy and 3/4 of the chips were very short (1cm-2cm length). And then it took them quite a while to bring the food as well (there were orders from 3 other friends of mine too). So not too impressed with the food service... but otherwise, we had a great night.

It's all self contained, the b8ttgday group get their own dedicated lane separate from everyone else and an assistant to help out . You can also get a food/drinks and bowl package. Definitely worth it for the money.

Bowling alley is fine. They don't require you to wear bowling shoes which could be good or bad (good if you don't like wearing bowling shoes, bad if you are thinking about the quality of the lanes being affected by outside shoes). My main gripe is probably the bar, the staff are normally inexperienced and/or overwhelmed even when it's quiet, meaning you can be waiting a while to get served. Despite that I wouldn't have any reservations about going back again.

When I spoke to reception they didn't allow the last player to have their go instead they gave the last player a sweet?! The boys next decided to play of the gaming machines again given a number of es but for some reason the last go was always taken away... Which made the boys and myself annoyed. I doubt we will return to Hollywood Bowl to be fair.

Drinks aren't the cheapest but to be fair the prices are still reasonable. Parking is in abundance and location is excellent in a retail park with lots of restaurants and an Odeon cinema. It also has a bar with pool tables as well as hot food served. The final addition id the VIP lanes. They look very snazzy and can be used for party bookings etc.

For an extra surprise for my daughters 8th birthday we decided to go bowling. We didn't book as it was only two adults and my daughter, so we thought it would be ok. On arrival at around 1pm on a Saturday afternoon, the lady on the booking desk told us for one game, 8pm would be the earliest time we could get a lane. I was very shocked and must have looked so disappointed because Lucy (I had to ask for her name because she was so helpful) told me to take a seat and she would see what she could do. We only had to wait 5 minutes and much to our surprise, Lucy told us she had got us a lane and we could bowl after all. My daughter was so happy and we thanked Lucy for fitting us in. After reading some of the reviews about the staff On here, I would just like to say the staff we met were very professional and very nice. Our skittles were jammed at the start of the game and another lady that I asked to help us was just as nice and gave my daughter 8 stickers as it was her birthday. That little act of kindness made my daughters birthday such a special time. I will definitely be returning to bowl again and will recommend it to all my friends & family. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.

Really busy and very understaffed. Queued 15 minutes to book a lane for 2 hours later. When we came back there were people in our lane and despite asking staff to move them on three times, nothing was done. Eventually they moved on by themselves but since they had been using our game it needed to be reset - had to ask twice for this to be done. Paid the extra for a VIP lane (we were a group of 9 so we wanted the extra space) which was a waste of money. No at-lane service and the area was dirty, sticky and full of left over rubbish from earlier groups. Ticket redemption machines in the arcade area were all broken. All in all, kids had fun (which is the most important thing) but was a pretty stressful experience for the parents.

We had a race with the online booking system and a healthy 7 or 8 people cueue, online booking was laboured although we would have gotten a lane 30mins sooner the dude as the service desk smashed through the bookings in short order. The The toilets HUMMED I felt like I was dirtier after I washed my hands than before I went in aside from the only neg had a crackin' bowling and arcades session. Oh yeah nearly forgot, the Guinness although extra cold which I hate was well looked after, the head was handed over a little bit too continental for my liking but the bar staff were happy to oblige me and filled it up properly.

Does what it says on the tin. Loud, busy, not necessarily brilliantly organised as our group got settled at one lane and then had to switch. Food and drink options limited and uninspired, but they are at least capable of gluten free chips, which is something. Ultimately lacking in personality and just too loud, badly lit, etc. It was really nice to find the peace of the car park at the end of the evening.

Had fun with friends but there were issues with the bowling lane systems more than once and they have our lane to another party when we stepped outside to smoke. It was rectified but a little frustrating.

It's always just ok. When it's busy it feels too busy. Especially on the boards. Large parties spill over and get in the way and tend to be rowdy. Balls are all grippy and dented as per most Hollywoods. Lanes relatively dry. Bar has some decent options. Never tried the food. Doesn't really appeal. A few of the staff are hopeless though and the good ones are often let down by the bad ones. Got given a lane with a broken touch pad, told the girl at front desk who called for the engineer. He or she was absolutely nowhere to be seen the whole night. Still broken when we left. We eventually got moved to a VIP lane which was decent of her.

Went here for a birthday recently and the staff was friendly and helpful and the food was rather nice. All in all we had a great night, my only issue was the cleanliness of it, the tables were sticky and the toilets didn't look like they had been cleaned in a while.

Staff were almost exclusively useless. Had to wait 15 minutes to check-in having prebooked and our lane broke and it took them ages to come and “fix it”. They didn’t fix it, they just walked away. Staff seem unmotivated on the most part - people stood around, particularly at the coffee bar by the entrance, when they could be serving people at the main desk.

As I walked through the entrance, a waft of warm air hit me giving a very welcoming feeling. My firsts thoughts were "wow! Am I in Hollywood?" This assumption was reaffirmed by the masses of American themed decorative items, including but not limited to an American diner. The bowling itself was quite a blast! Interactive iPads are used to set up the game and even allow putting down the barriers quickly while someone is bowling! Would've given five stars but there isn't enough sabotaging options.

DON'T get a burger here. They don't know or care about burgers. They use the cheapest meat possible. I had a bit of a bone in mine. My wife's had a bad tummy all day since. Chose the burger with stilton and it's not melted, just lumps of cold stilton on top of the burger. The "large" milkshake size is small-medium. Everything else OK, we found the staff to be friendly. There's other places to eat nearby before you go bowling.
