Kindred is a members club, but allows none members in and holds regular live music nights and we have been to 3 and have enjoyed everyone. The venue is split into 2; restaurant downstairs that is open to everyone and members restaurant and bar upstairs where the events take place. The menu is the same in both venues and the food is really good quality and reasonably priced. Drinks are the same with excellent cocktails!! Staff are friendly and attentive, even when the acts are on, you get great service. On Friday night they had a great band, called the Jessie Waddilove band (pictured), that played a really wide range of music from the 50's to today. Really great bunch of musicians with loads of energy and versatility. Brilliant night

We came to Kindred for a comedy show, and the experience has exceeded all of our initial expectation. The entertainment was fantastic, the ambience was perfect, and we were completely blown away by the quality of food and drinks. Also, the wait staff that night were incredibly attentive and friendly - I would rate them 100/10 for service!

Perfect place to eat and enjoy with your friends. They can also provide you with a warm blanket and a fireplace next to you. It is a great place to eat or have few drinks. The burger 🍔 it is also delicious 🤤 so go for it

Good service, nice staff, cozy ambiance! However, the fusion Asian dishes we ordered Are unfortunately not up to our standard...the grilled chicken came with udon bowl were way too salty and the laksa...I don’t know about you, but I have lived in Singapore for many years and this laksa is definitely not resembling the one I had in singapore 😂. Dessert is good tho! Very tasty.

Kind of fallen in love with this place. As well as most of the menu... If they ever stop doing their french toast, beef brisket sandwich or half their pizzas I swear I’m going to kick off. First came for live music and have found myself keep coming back to work, eat or have beers with a few mates. Have always found staff friendly and the building has been beautifully renovated. There were a couple of teething problems as they got up and running but the issues were minor and they clearly worked on things quickly. Plenty of discounts and clear explanations helped! The food is really very good, but they aren’t necessarily a conventional restaurant - in a good way. The idea is a bit different and the overall experience is definitely recommended. Heard the piano bar on Thursday nights is incredible so that’s what I’ll be checking out next.

Amazing food and drink with a lovely atmosphere, perfect for catching up with friends or using as a working space. The menu has a great selection of vegan food including dessert! Is easy to tell a lot of thought has gone into the vegan selections they are well presented and full of flavour, commendations to the chef and team! Need to come back to try the breakfast/brunch menu as I’ve heard great things! The staff are all very attentive and friendly. All round great vibes and even better food.

Incredible place with gorgeous decor, fantastic food and an amazing team!! I honestly can't recommend this place enough! My now husband and I were fortunate enough to get married here between lockdowns and was honestly the best decision we made and the very defiintion of 'everything happens for a reason.' The food was incredible (people are still talking about it now) and the team were so lovely and went above and beyond. Shoutout to Abi, who was awesome and everyone else at Kindred that made the day even more perfect than we could have imagined!

Spent the entire afternoon and evening at Kindred as we loved it so much! We met for meeting in their great shared space on the first floor, which was really comfy and not too noisy with tasty coffee! We decided to stay after our meeting and moved downstairs where we enjoyed Pizza (can highly recommend the kale & walnut pesto pizza) and the live music. Great evening and then only a stones-throw from the tube to get home easily! Would highly recommend!

Best place to eat, drink, socialise and work in Hammersmith. Last year I moved to the area and within 6 months I was signed up as a co-working member; I now spend the majority of my working week at Kindred. They have captured the true meaning of community here, along with excellent food, cocktails and a fantastic range of events (live music, quiz nights and writers club, to name a few). I can't recommend highly enough.

Tried Kindred for the first time this week with some friends. Really cool vibe, and the whole place has been done really nicely. We had the sharing food - the pork with sides - which was all delicious! Also, the sticky toffee pudding was one of the best I've had! We'll definitely be returning :-)

Hammersmith has been sorely missing a place like Kindred! Went for brunch - definitely go for the pizzas, we had the Picante and it was delicious. Nice cafe to catch up with friends as it's not too bustling that you can't hear your friends speak but lively enough that you feel cosy in your space. Nice music selection too, great for a chill weekend!

Cellar has great coffee, and excellent food options for vegans. Co-working space is very well fitted out, lots of places to work, along with designated quiet areas and private phone booth for confidential calls. Wifi is a good speed and desk areas are well appointed. Very comprehensive social and networking activities facilitated by the friendly, knowledgable and approachable staff. Highly reccomended!

Spent New Years here. Was such an amazing night - a great vibe, jazz performers, incredible grade 2 listed building!! Have to say the woodfire pizza really hit the spot too. Get the pepperoni. If I lived in closer to Hammersmith I would absolutely make this my weekly hangout. If only my area had a place like Kindred!

Spent an entire afternoon at Kindred, first in the restaraunt with a fantastic pizza and really warm and freindly atmosphere, followed by a meeting in the communal workspace which, was very calm and relaxed, ideal for what my collegues and I needed. We ended up back in the restaraunt for drinks and live music where the sound was perfect for conversation and cool ambiance. I don't normally write reviews, but I really wanted to give this place a shout out. It is really refreshing to see an organisation that wants to maintain high standards but doesn't want to rip the customer off in the process. We will definately be using Kindred as a work and social hangout in the future. Well done to this fantastic initiative.

It's a great meeting/ entertainment / hospitality space although you might find the drinks a tad expensive and lve deducted a star for not being able to purchase my favourite tipple Malbec by the glass. The decor is New York warehouse chic, at least that's my interpretation of the ambience. The staff are very welcoming and it's a rare venue where the cloakroom comes gratis. NB toilets are unisex. If that causes you angst as it did me... I'm Autistic and l availed myself of the very capacious beautifully tiled disabled facility instead. I was at Kindred for one of the Soli sessions where the resident musician and MC introduce new acts. I found the acoustic set up a little skewed with far too much reverb and some slightly painful points where feedback pierced my equilibrium. I highly recommend that the sound balance problem is addressed before the next session. Certain adjustments should always be made between acoustic sets and full electric anyway. It was extremely difficult to hear the lyrics in the resident singers set when the instruments fader is higher than the vocals mics.
