I really loved lost society. This is the only place I know that does a Sunday roast with the option of bottomless prosecco. I came for my birthday with my mum. The service was super lovely. Chanel/Shanelle looked after us so well and she was incredibly respectful and bubbly with my mum. We ordered the lamb mint roast and pork belly roast. The pork cracklings are really nice and moreish. The decor... OUTSTANDING. It has a strong House of Hackney vibe. Lots of art deco pieces and instagramy backdrops. All staff were so friendly. I would definitely visit again and again.

I had the opportunity to be there a few weeks ago and it was cool. They were playing Brazilian music, everybody was dancing, the beers were chill in the best Brazilian/Portuguese style. The host and all the waiters and waitresses were cool and sympathetic. This is a place I recommend for sure!

Coincidentally happen to be on a Brazilian themed night. Music was too loud for convos, but good thing is it wasn't packed. food was sucullent and delicious. Had to ask for sal, pepper and chilli but they could only give me Tabasco.

The staff was very accomodating and helpful. The decor is fabulous to say the least. Varied food and drink options which was great for a party of 6. Lighting was good, searing was comfortable, portion sizes were decent and any modifications were accommodated if possible. Overall excellent experience, would recommend and would definitely go again.

Wonderful service from beginning to end. I booked a space for midweek birthday drinks (in September) and the communication up until the day was 10/10 (emails and phone calls). The bar staff were very welcoming and friendly. One of my guests had a long list of dietary requirements and this was well accommodated. Nothing was too much for the Lost Society team, they went above and beyond. The small plates were generously portioned and everything tasted amazing (ordered various appetisers) as were the cocktails and other beverages. The venue has an old school charm about it. It's beautiful, definitely have a wander. ☺ We had such a lovely time! Thank you.

Went on Sunday for a very late roast which was tasty. The fried Halloumi cheese was really good! We had to leave before the evening but the Brazilian night with live band looked like it was gonna be a lot of fun!

Food was very yummy.However the staff didn't know the menu well and they didn't know if they had halal meat actually didnt know what halal was . I asked for some olives and the staff waited for long time to serve us the main as they were waiting for us to finish the olives (lol) . There was a lot of options for non alcoholic mocktails as i was driving. However the way they stop the music half an hour before 22.00 and going around trying to get you out on time and even offering a plastic cup if you want to take your beverage and leave was hilarious there are definitely other ways to do it without being so obvious so i would definitely suggest an earlier booking than 8 so that people have a nice time without having to be escorted out 🤣 Virgin pina collada and burgers were amazing

Popped in for a quick Sunday Roast and was welcomed by Ollie who was very accommodating. We had a toddler who looked hungry and was complaining so he immediately offered some bread. When the food came, it was delicious- had the fish and chicken roast. Beautiful ambiance and really liked the decor, made a nice change from a traditional pub. We will definitely go back.

Stunning decor, great vibes and live music. The waiting staff were attentive and super friendly. Even as busy as it was they were polite and accommodating. Smoothies and mocktails were tasty. I ordered the buttermilk Cajun chicken burger and was pleasantly surprised. Very succulent and flavourful (I did have to add cheese and bacon at an extra cost though.) I would highly recommend stopping by. Definitely a great place to go for a birthday or celebration meal. Will definitely be back!! 🧡

I hired the Lounge room for our Christmas party with ~40 guests. Everyone absolutely loved the decor, food and private bar (excellent cocktails!)! The canapes were delicious and larger than expected. We had a variety of dietary requirements (including gluten-free and vegan) which were all catered for. Fru from Lost Society was beyond helpful with organising the party and was happy to hear and accommodate any requests we had. The best experience I've had in liaising with a venue! All of the staff that we interacted with on the night were also extremely welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this venue !!

Exceeded expectations! Came here for dinner and stayed for drinks with my boyfriend after a one off bad experience at their Putney branch. Our table was perfect and staff were incredibly attentive. Had a great time here! For whatever reason my booking got lost, but management totally made up for it! Through luck, my party got a table but then management made sure that we were looked after well; provided free drinks and a gift to say sorry. So despite the booking screw up, this shows a great attention to customer experience. The decor and atmosphere was fantastic. For those reasons, I give this place 4.5 stars! Well done Lost Society.

Organised a big lunch party on a Saturday. Great customer service running up to the event and equally during the event. It really is a lovely venue and the staff were very accommodating and went out of there way to make us feel happy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will certainly come again. Popped by Lost society tonight to check it out and was wowed by the outstanding interior decor! On entry it set the standards high, when reach the bar those standards did not drop. All bartenders were very welcoming and all asked me how my day had been going. You only ever get that question from one bartender, the one that’s serving you. The top service has to go to Mike though, he makes it his sole mission to get around to every table and make sure everybody is happy. He has excellent chat and is very professional in his job. When you’ve had a tough day, he’s the kind of guy you need the other side of the bar! Having also tried the food on the menu, I was blown away! The steak, It was like butter in the mouth and just went so well with the beer of choice. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommend this place to anyone either looking for somewhere to just unwind, have a catch up and enjoy some excellent service. Thanks so much!!!

Hired the lounge bar area for my wife's 30th last night. It was really easy to book via their website. Fru and all the other staff members were very helpful and accommodating. Big thank you! Good all-round feedback from guests about the food. I had the steak which was well-cooked and very flavoursome. The lounge bar space has really nice decor and was ideal for a private dinner/party.

Lost Society has recently re-opened after quite an extensive refurbishment - and what a difference it has made! It is now a quite classy place to eat / drink in an otherwise "less classy" neighbourhood. Great outdoor space and space indoors that can be booked for private events. Only downside was the price of drinks. £10 cocktails are just about acceptable in central London... Middle Battersea, that's pushing it a bit.

Great vibe around this place, with an incredible decor. Reasonably priced and well made cocktails, with a heavy emphasis on quality of ingredients, not just pumped full of sugar and cheap spirits like a lot of places. Loses a star as we were unable to get any food for the entire day, despite having a reservation for a birthday, which left a lot of people going hungry and having to do a run to the Tesco up the road. Kitchen was apparently besieged, and it was a Saturday in fairness, but you'd still expect better from somewhere in London that prides itself on its menu.

Decent cafe with tasty food. Slightly smaller portions than most other places. Nice tasting coffee. Unfortunately service was a little under par. Had to ask multiple times for cold milk with the tea. Eventually had to go to bar to get it ourselves. Parking across the street is free so that's a definite convenience.

We went to Lost & Co to have the bottomless bubbles and some brunch for a friends birthday. Firstly - they leave you the bottle and a very prompt and refilling refilling it. Anyone seasoned in the bottomless game knows how great this is. Secondly - the food was pretty good, and it was excellent value for money. The combo meal for £15 was basically three full brunch meals!! It is a touch out if the way,but we certainly had a great time!

This bar has a beautiful interior - lots of vintage items and a really cool portrait of the queen (!?). The night I went to The Lost Angel there was a good atmosphere and quick bar service despite being a Friday night. Cocktails are predictably good and there's a really cool outdoor garden area that is partially sheltered. The door staff were particularly strict on ID but I personally don't mind if it means there's a good crowd inside (plus everyone gets a nice complement on the way in)

Nice place; very good food. It was a bit loud at the back even on Saturday afternoon so if you’d like to have a meal in a relaxed atmosphere stay close to the entrance. Not a great deal with bottomless bubbles though - we wanted to order one bottle of procecco to share and a waitress suggested bottomless is a better option. It certainly would be if someone took care of us and added prosecco when the bottle was empty which was not the case! We ended up having 2 bottles within 2-3 hours paying £25 per person. Not a great deal obviously, so we asked to charge us for 2 bottles instead of bottomless which was Ok.

Booked this venue for a 30th birthday BBQ party in the garden. Decor of the venue was lovely, a definite selling point for me. Months of careful planning went into this party and the managers were happy to cater to my food/cocktail requests with a price range that worked for us all. The big issue I had was with the sound. I was initially told we were permitted to play music in the garden, via the connection from the main restaurant inside the venue. However, in the week leading up to the event, I was told my music was NOT permitted to be played via the restaurant as guests during their Sunday roast service wouldn’t enjoy the same music being played at my party (Disco/house), so I requested for a seperate sound system to be setup for use in the garden. I had already paid £2500 for the bar/food spend at this point so to be faced with this issue just days before the event was extremely stressful. To ensure the sound was of high quality, I booked a professional sound company to urgently set up 2 x high-quality speakers for the party but was kindly reassured that one of the staff members would handle the sound on the day. Unfortunately on the day, we were given only one speaker, which we had to keep to low volume due to the ‘neighbours’ complaining. My party was from 4-8pm, not exactly unreasonable hours for music to be played. Nobody got to dance, my party didn’t end on a high and I left feeling pretty embarrassed with the need to apologise to my guests for the lack of power in the sound of the venue. This really put a downer on things for me which was such a shame as everything else was fantastic. I hope this is is an issue that the venue considers thoroughly with future events in the garden as it truly is a hidden gem.

Only a brief visit here, went there as the venue for follow-on drinks to Company Xmas dinner. Spacious enough for multiple large groups (15+) to occupy their own areas with table space, then intermingle on the dance floor area. Supposidly a largish garden area, semi covered for all the Smokers to inhabit, didn't see that myself! Good access for Public transport including Night busses. Would consider a return visit if the right situation arose.

I visited Lost Society in Battersea with a group of work colleagues a few weeks ago, and we had the best time! The bartenders were great (the house cocktails were immaculate and they were willing to go off menu for us). In my experience all of the staff were fun, friendly and chatty. Paramountly, however, the allure of the place is the interior decor. It's West-End swanky, in Battersea! It's clear that in this rebranding the designers have spent a great deal of time and thought bringing the place right into 2019 - it's on trend and instagrammable. The outside area has been carefully planned to ensure that even those of us who enjoy a few sins have a comfortable and relaxing night. I was really impressed by Lost Society, and I will definitely be returning - highly recommend!

Interesting venue, great cocktails. Really great cocktails. Drink here, don't eat. Food is a little overpriced and disappointing; salad drowning in dressing, beautifully presented but otherwise so-so burger, tasteless fries rather than chips. But the cocktails are impressively imaginative: now drinking a pineapple, basil and black pepper margarita... which, amazingly, works really well!

The lost angle is a very fun cocktail bar on a quiet stretch of road near battersea park. I've been here on a number of occasions and have had fun experiences every time. The decor has a really eclectic feel about it with trumpets as chandeliers and a larger than life sized painting of queen Elizabeth as you enter. The have a fun outdoor garden that is party covered but with comfortable (Chesterfield) sofas. The service can be a little slow if you want table service so I'd always recommend heading straight to the bar.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! We were there for my boyfriend’s surprise birthday party- with a group of about 20... Not only was the process from start to finish absolutely seamless, and easy... Fru (events manager) was a total dream to work with. Everything and anything I asked for or about was handled with perfect clarity, almost instantly! The actual venue is stunning, and super easy to get to from Clapham station via bus, UBER, or on foot. The staff were all incredibly friendly and upbeat, including the bouncer! My boyfriend said it was one of his favorite birthdays ever, and I have to say it’s in huge part thanks to the amazing people at Lost Society. Thanks again!

We sat down at a table with no reserved sign on it, had our order taken at the table by a waitress and were then told we had to move because that table was booked. Then sat down at another empty table- again, no booking sign- and were told that the whole bar was booked up and we could go outside. The heaters in the garden weren’t working so I felt a bit conned really as if they’d have told us they were full in the first place we wouldn’t have gone in. When I politely suggested to staff that they use reserved table signs on their tables they were quite rude back...

Near the newly designated landmark regeneration area of Nine Elms sits the Lost Angel & Gaslight Grill on Battersea Park Road. The surrounding area doesn’t exactly befit the quality of this bar, but it’s what inside that counts. The Lost Angel offers the comfortable surroundings of the bar, restaurant and the excellent back garden area – ideal for summer. As you’d expect from a bar that is aiming for quality we were greeted by an amiable waiter who led us to a table and walked us through the key features of the menu before tempting us with a pre-dinner cocktail at only £5 per drink (Happy hour rate). Both were expertly crafted and superbly tasty. It’s also worth mentioning the rest of the drinks menu is well rounded, with Ales, Ciders and a wide range of wines available. The Gaslight grill menu itself is divided into two discernible parts, with the first page taken purely by the starters & mains and the second, which is largely taken up by a vast array of sauces to accompany any steak selection. There must be about 20 of them on offer, ranging from the classic peppercorns, or Béarnaise through to booze heavy ones involving rum and stout. The starters on offer have a nice range of fresh rustic and seafood selections – We went for the ‘Pan-fried Wood-Pigeon breast, hazelnuts, golden beetroot, foraged mushrooms with truffle oil’ & the ‘Baked Crab served in its shell with a parsley and parmesan crust’. Whilst waiting for our starters we heard a band start to play in the front bar area – an unexpected bonus with the waiter telling us “every Thursday is band night”. So with the cool rhythm and blues atmosphere set, the starters arriving promptly, the red and white wines by the glass plus the food smelling scrumptious we dove straight in. The pigeon was properly cooked, rare, lean, beautifully gamey, and was well complemented by its accompaniments. The subtle crab meat was slightly overpowered by the parmesan but nonetheless enjoyable and every morsel was devoured. For the mains we had to hit the steak menu given the sauces on offer, so a rare 350g Rump Steak with Bacon Jus, Smoky Bowmore whiskey, and Cep and Cognac sauces was chosen, plus a side of baby spinach and shallots. Now, I wasn’t being greedy here; you do in fact get three sauces included with any steak selection, so unless you have a serious objection to sauce then you’ll definitely be ‘sauce-happy’. The other main chosen was a recommendation from our waiter, with the newly added Orange and pink pepper marinated Halibut on Jerusalem Artichoke and purple sprouting Broccoli. As the band knocked out the tunes, the mains arrived in style. The steak was perfectly rare, and each sauce did its job but the Bowmore whiskey was a firm favourite The real triumph though was the marinaded Halibut. Succulent white fish, flaking off and infused with the orange and pepper. Not a combination of flavours you’d ordinarily think would go together but in practise a well thought through dish. The broccoli was tasty, and the Jerusalem artichokes were delicious I’m told (I didn’t get a look in as they went so quickly). Moving onto the desserts, we were admirably full so just went for a shared dessert – nevertheless we went for a slice of richness going for the Sticky Toffee pudding – rich it was but damn it was good. Sweet, tantalisingly moreish and ‘plate-lick-able’. To say it is pub, or even gastro pub fair is doing it a massive injustice; the food is so enjoyable all around. Some pub / bars try to do too many things; but the Lost Angel manages to juggle a fine bar knocking out great cocktails, plus house the Gaslight Grill in its four walls producing a high standard of culinary flair at a reasonable cost. It’s well worth a visit, especially on Thursdays. I haven’t been to try the Roasts yet but have heard good things and so that’s next on the list in the near future.

I visited Lost Society of a Friday night in January with a party of close friends as part of a leaving do. After loosening up at the bar, my comrades and I made our way to the dance floor to cut some shapes. An apparent initial apprehension amongst fellow revellers to adopt a ‘slave to the rhythm-esque’ mentality soon gave way to a culture of freedom and expression as fellow punters flocked to the ‘D-floor’ in aid of a cause seemingly greater than oneself. The DJ picked this as the perfect moment to crank the arm and move through the gears, mixing Earth Wind and Fire with Dizzie Rascal with supreme confidence and flair. 2 hours of Goose IPA fuelled dancing later and some strong words from the doorman regarding my friend’s questionable dance moves saw the night come to a euphoric end with one final spin of the dice. We said our farewells, took the number 44 bus home (timing our trip to perfection visa vis the Citymapper application) and were home within the hour. All in all, a fantastic night with friends made even better by the fantastic hospitality shown by Lost Society. Kudos my dear boy, kudos.
