I've lived in Eltham for a few decades and finally got around to my first visit to The Park Tavern. I should have made this decision many years ago as this is a fine traditional pub. Friendly, efficient service with a great range of beers. We ate lunch which again was very good; Malaysian Chicken Curry and a homemade Steak and Ale pie. It is certainly a pub I'll be visiting in the future.

Bit of an odd little boozer, a cross between a traditional pub and grandma's living room. Good beer, friendly and very clean. Great outside space.

This pub is the most welcoming pub I've been in, it's my favourite!! The staff can't do enough for you, nothing is any bother & them atmosphere is so chilled, all the food on the menu I would eat my best meal in there is the chilli con carne wow!! But for a change yesterday I had the pork belly with bubble, all I can say is I'm totally tawn between the two it was lovely, I've been going there for years & never been disappointed.This is my first review for the tavern, should of done it along Time ago sorry guy's xx

Absolutely fantastic pub with a genuinely excellent beer selection. It's very rare to find Whitstable lager and Leffe on draft. Staff are great people and the interior has a really homely feel

Lovely this place. They've covered the garden so you're sheltered from the rain and they have a fire going in winter. ALWAYS have a brilliant selection of real ales to choose from at reasonable prices. Staff have always been helpful and friendly.

Such a sweet place. The staff are all very friendly and services with a smile! I love the back ground music...makes such a change from a loud noisy pub. The clientele are of an older/demure folk which is lovely.! Its homely and my favourite spot is by the roaring fire! bliss.

First time in a pub for a year! Very well organised and covid safe garden. Garden partly under cover but with good air movement and well spaced tables. Heaters available. Husband had a good pint of Black Sheep and I had a lovely New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Fast and friendly table service.

Having read some of the negative reviews of this pub - reading between the lines the complainers are of a certain age and ilk! They wouldn’t get it. This is one of the best pubs in London with a great atmosphere, great beers. If you want Sky TV, huge baby buggies, loud music and out of bottle drinking - this is probably not for you. London’s Best kept secret

This old fashioned pub is a must visit. It is relaxing, social and keeps the traditional pub vibes alive. It generally has a mix of locals and visitors with a welcoming, friendly bar staff who are efficient and approachable. I would highly recommend giving this pub a visit for a good experience and relaxing day or evening.

Local pub for local people. Really impressive beer range with Beavertown Gamma Ray on tap along with Belgian ales and estrella too. Nice tasty bar snacks and a cracking log fire. Mainly older people but that's what you want everyone drinking and chatting.

Best pub in Eltham . The landlady runs a tight ship and does not tolerate rowdy behaviour or loud swearing , which is good to see in this modern age . Great selection of beers at a slightly higher than average price but that keeps the riff raff out I guess .

We went here with our dog not knowing what it was like we took a gamble and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly everyone was here including the bar staff. They sell anything from hard liquor to coffee. At certain times they sell pastries and other nibbles. This place was very packed when we turned up about 6 pm. Other people had brought their dogs as well.

I have been going to the Park since it was refurbished by Steve and Linda . It is now run Kim , Wilson and his brother Mitchell and super team of staff . The range of ales is fantastic and the food good as well . The staff are all cheerful and very polite . I think the Park Tavern is a little oasis in Eltham . . .
