M. R.Went on 22nd May for my hen party. Food was good but quite slow service as only one waitress working. She was lovely though and wasn't her fault. Had the cocktail making after meal in the basement with Liz, which was fun. However, we were all rather surprised when she told us upstairs closed at 9 so we had to leave straight after cocktail making. Advertised as being open until 1am so very odd. Would advise if you looking at going to Revolution in Leadenhall you check opening times beforehand.

a. c.Great space, good food on offer, cocktails all great but a shortage of draught beers. Accessibility issues as the lift is frequently out of order and there is no accessible toilets on the ground floor. It's a brilliant place, I love the revolutionary theme but until the accessibility issues are addressed my review will remain 3 stars...these days accessibility should be the norm, those who are differently abled should have full.and free access to everywhere.
i. p.Great bar in a great location. Lively venue with music and dance floor. The vault room is just amazing. Very well suited for informal corporate events. Unmissable when there is the happy hour, you can get cocktails and nibbles for few pounds and enjoy the evening without breaking the bank. Be aware that if you go at busy times you may wait some time to get in.
C. S.I wish I knew about this place earlier! The interior is amazing and grand, set in a former bank building. They’ve got good promotions and happy hours. It’s an ideal place for a party or gathering. The staff that served us was friendly, accommodating and just so lovely. Food was great too, although it’s not the most gourmet, it’s tasty enough, fries with the burger was pretty good. Cocktails are their strong suit though! Nice and strong. Would love to come back again some time!

... it was a lively place.. we all like it very much.... a variety of drink... and plenty of space where n number of groups can stand together... can dance together on music with nice sound ... this is my 3rd visit to Revolution.... decent crowd mostly corporate peoples....

s.The food was okay. The chicken is good. Nachos weren't great. Saucage was okay. Did not like, that we didn't get plates or cutlery. Also staff was a little slow and mixed up orders. Finally, was a little upset that we didn't get the 50% off food. Luckily we asked before we eat but only then did the waiter tell us that it only applies to reservation. Those that don't ask, might be a quite upset once they get the bill.
A. M.A bar with vivid and live ambience and crowd is just superb ,drinks here are mostly cocktails and shots but you can always go for bottle of whiskey but i would recommend try there cocktails and shots,there are one of the best in locality.

C. H.We had a private function here in the Vault room, it is such a stunning room. If you get a chance, you need to see it, its underneath the building in the old safety deposit room, a very cool place! The staff were amazing and could not do enough for us. We had the buffet, which was incredible the food was amazing. We cannot recommend this place enough, the manager was brilliant from the organisation to the smooth running of the party. Will be visiting again soon!

S. L.Revs is a mixed bag and a hit and miss but usually a good idea. I have to say the bouncers in the door are always incredibly sweet and the bartenders are a good laugh. The vodka flights are great unless you get the chilli one! Happy hour is amazing for £5 a cocktails and the nibbles are great. If the downstairs club and bar aren't open it's a little flat towards the latter end of the night. You're not allowed to take drinks outside when smoking which always makes me worried someone will spike my drink but I think overall it's a really good location for an after work drink or late night dance if its busy enough for the basement to be opened.

m. b.Great vibe, venue, food, drinks selection and ambience. We did a cocktail making session which disappointingly did not include us individually learning to make a cocktail of our choice. The entertainment had in competing by making a selection of 4 cocktails got tedious. Got to a stage where we just wanted a professionally made cocktail of our choice but this seemingly wasn't part of the arrangements. The grazers (food) were all delicious. Toilets smelt rancid. Hand dryers weren't working and no tissue paper to dry hands. Wall paper torn and hanging off the wall. They need to do so much better in this regard. Not what I would expect. We all had a great time though and the Christmas decorations were fab!

N. V.The atmosphere is really nice, and the bartenders are nice. But the kitchen was a complete mess, as they forget us three times, and at the end was not able to give us what we order because they closed. Adding to that the quantity were really small. Hopefully the bar did a commercial gesture.
So yes for drink, absolutely not for food.
T. R.All in all I came in here with very few expectations and was pleasantly surprised! The decor is quite understated and it's a comfy place to spend time whether it's for something to eat or a few cocktails.
The food itself was pretty good and came really quickly which is always a bonus. The pizzas are alright but their real mains are better.
The staff are nice and attentive and the music is pretty good too!

The only issue was the food. I got the trio of fries, and each came in a tiny cup. Grabbing cold fries covered in cheese all tightly packed together was honestly kind of gross. Would've been fine if they'd come on a plate

H. E.My booking at Revolution - Leadenhall was for a group of about 30 of us from work on a Friday night, and the area booked was extremely appropriate and well recommended.
This is a great venue - easy to get to and very nice inside, and our booked area for the night was ready exactly as hoped. The bouncers were friendly and helped with where to go to find our booking, and the host was very welcoming and knew exactly which area to take us to when we arrived inside.
Booking the area was an extremely smooth process as well, with clear communication from the Sales & Events team contact, Jordan, who was helpful with any queries leading up to the event.
I imagine we will definitely be using this venue for another company event in the future and would highly recommend for anyone else considering a location for a large group on a night out.
Thanks to the Revs team for an easy process - I look forward to booking with you guys again!
D. F.Loved the venue, it looked and felt great to be in. Although extremely understaffed (bar) at least they were friendly. However, I was very disappointed to learn that they were not offering all their drinks and stuck to bottled or tap.
In a place like this in the location it's at and the price they are charging I expected at the least a menu which displayed the available drinks and their prices, instead of constantly being told "we dont have that tonight"
I ended up with 2 ciders (identical) but charged 2 different prices.
The sound system was acceptable at best, and security was very pleasant.
E. W.I have visited here a few times, most recently for a private function which was held in the vault room downstairs. The food was delicious, and such a good variety! The staff were on hand whenever you needed them, and very attentive. With multiple rooms it makes the venue suitable for any occasion!

T. L.Vodka and lots more vodka. In a fascinating array of flavours. Pretty impressive building especially the old vault downstairs. Can be a bit echo-y though. Oh, and don't expect to get served straight away. Due to the length of the bar if the staff don't pay attention (as happened on a few occasions) they won't see you. I think it's a case of you going to them. All in all not a bad place but a bit slow on service.
V. S.Think this is one of the better easy going bars in the city with lot of choice for beer/wine/cocktails. Reasonable price, decent crowd and spacious with friendly staff and table service without needing to spend your rent! Very long bar though, so need strategic position to get served quickly!

V.When they are low on bar staff you could be waiting ages for service at the bar. To my mind at an establishment in this location this it is unacceptable. Outside of that the menu is decent, the food for the type of establishment is well prepared and the basement bar is nice if it is not too packed you can sit down.

A. s.Lots of atmosphere and vibe here. Based in an old bank building, it's still possible to see the vault in the basement when you visit the loo. Getting a tray of shots is fun, however, look out for the chilly shot. The barman reassured us version 2 of the chilly shot was far more palatable. However, it still blew my head off and took a while for my eyes to stop watering and my head to re-enter the room :)
D. B.OMG! Booked the Cocktail Master Class & food for my daughters Hen party (14 lovely ladies)
From the minute we walked through the door we were greeted by a lovely, polite and friendly member of staff, who showed us to our table then served us with a welcome cocktail! after our settling in, we were then shown to the bar area where we met Carlos, our Cocktail Master class Bartender. We were treated to some tasty cocktails, shown how to make them ourselves, a bit of fun and competition and a fantastic finish to the Master Class with a 'cocktail trick' for the bride to be! The food was plenty and hot and tasty! we all came away with the most memorable experience. Thank you so much for a fabulous afternoon and very much appreciate the time you gave us and made my daughters day so special. Such a fab start to the weekend! A Superb venue, beautifully designed, clean and spacious place. I have recommended it to everyone I have spoken to. We will definitely be back to enjoy more entertainment, I cannot thank you enough! 10/10 for everything!

The downstairs vault area, private rooms, and the cocktail masterclass session was excellent, the guide was brilliant and we had a riot. Making cocktails was a great laugh. Food was ok, very bar / pub grub style, ok burger, ok sides.
Then upstairs was a car crash, hellish busy, full of jumped up little Essex (sorry I didn’t check everyone) boys and girls playing ‘banker’. Horrid place on a Thursday.
But the corporate session downstairs, vault room and cocktail master class was excellent.
f.Overcrowded during weekends. Dirty glassware(or maybe i should call it plast-ware). Service was super slow and staff were chatting between themselves rather serving customers. Music quality was poor too. Would not recommend.
e. v.The cocktails were amazing. We had a mere board which was nice but small for two people. The nachos were definitely disappointing. Very little cheese/guac/sour creme.

H. S.2 people working a very large bar even on a Wednesday night is not good enough. After waiting a long time to be served the barman was pretty rude and short with me. The table service was much better however and the food not bad, especially when half price through January.

R.A group of 12 of us went to this bar for a birthday cocktail masterclass. It was thoroughly enjoyable and great fun!The cocktails were amazing and so were the shots! Such a huge variety of shots and cocktails using a variety of branded Vodkas as well as their own house recipes.
Food was good. I had steak and chips and the portion was huge! The halloumi cheese salad and the berry mess were very good.

V. S.Of the Revolution bars I've visited this one is the nicest however it being a Wednesday it was empty but the atmosphere and vibe was very good. Came in a group there was a slight glitch with the food but it was sorted without much problem. On the way to the toilets there was a bank vault with safety deposit boxes which was a nice scenery piece.

Lots of seating on the Upper Mezzanine and ground floor which is best used if eating at lunch or early evening.

Bouncers however, need retraining! ASAP Wrongly kicked out by a guy called 'George' who was very aggressive and poor when explaining how he misunderstood what basically was a hug.
Also security need extra communication in cloak room matters as they were turning people away when there was still space available.

R. S. (.Went for an office xmas party, wish I hadn't bothered. A 'trendy' bar which lacks any substance, the bank vault conversion in the lower levels adds some respite from the dreariness of the ground and mezzanine, although the lack of space/air conditioning ruins it.

M. O.Only been here twice when the LAM (London Alternative Market is held here on the first Sunday of each month. Food is great although a little expensive, served at tables. Cocktails are great( well strong ). Beers are not very cold tho, even on draught.

R.I attended this bar when it was hosting the London Alternative Market. The venue is very cosy and the bar staff were very nice and quick to help. The toilets are also very modern and had plenty of toilet paper haha. Would return for other functions

M.Every flavour vodka you can imagine, you'll have a fun night here and don't have to drink alcohol to have a great night with your mates because the atmosphere is brilliant. Watch out for the Chilli vodka (it looks identical to the Vanilla Vodka and your mates won't tell the difference until they drink it...)

Either way, once he buggers off I always have a good night.
