B. D.The seated area was quite good but our table was so wet and dirty. Drinks order arrived within reasonable time and the staff were friendly. Drinks were reasonably priced and the music was really good.
M.Not enough staff present on a weekend evening. The staff member serving us was overwhelmed and kept apologising as it was super busy and our drinks arrived after 30 mins. Happy hour drinks/cocktails barely have much alcohol in them, can only taste soft drink/juice/water.
The bar can get very loud and you can barely hear people on your table.
The only redeeming thing is the interior and songs played. Please hire more staff on weekends and hope you take this as a point to improve your drink making process too.
K. G.Buzzy atmosphere, london prices, good happy hour that lasts a while 3-8! Not the biggest of venues, bit cramped when busy but still a nice place for a couple drinks. Definitely worth booking.
S. J.Bar staff were incredible, always attentive and trying to accommodate to everyone. Greta atmosphere, worth the trip, will be seeing you soon. Name of one of the barstaff; “Amelie” I believe was worth noting, really seemed to enjoy her job and was noticeable by how catering she was!!
P. C.It's a bit of a sticky menu joint in a good location. Cocktails are average quality in some funky receptacles. Not badly priced for the area. Bar staff, we found, were not too experienced (my friend had to explain what was in a Cosmo) but it's possible some may have been new.
Feedback: We popped in for after work drinks but were quite irked on our first visit. After propping up the bar during happy hour we were turfed away from our table - twice. Whilst understandable the venue would need tables for bookings, this was never communicated to us or noted on tables. We were never given notice or just a short warning, being mid-drink both times. It was a rather a, "I need this table right now" situation each time, and we were fairly rudely told we should have booked when we got miffed the second time. I don't mind leaving for other pre-booked guests but basic customer service and guest communication isn't difficult. There are plenty of bars getting it right close by.
S. P.Previously visited the Simmons bar in Euston Square and loved the experience and drinks so recommended it to my friends.
The service was extremely slow, we do appreciate it was a bank holiday Monday however even when we were first in line to get our drinks the wait was very long. When my friend went in line to get more drinks it took 40 mins. My experience at the other branch in Euston Square was completely different in terms of service and wait times. The server there was constantly preparing drinks very fast and was able to serve many customers rapidly.
Based on my experience, I’d not recommend this particular branch. Perhaps visit Euston Square or go at a less busier day :)

The music is ridiculously loud, we asked for the music to be turned down since I couldn’t hear the people next to me but they said it wasn’t allowed which should be improved since Simmons is going for a bar and not a club.

M. B.I had a very pleasant experience yesterday at Simmons. Beer very cold, great price and great music. The staff was awesome all of them. Claudia was our bartender and she is very professional, sweet and funny. Don't get intimidated from the big guy at the bar he is very cool too. Liam, the costumer service guy 🙂 is always making sure that everything works well.
I really recommend that place.

Jen and Georgia are both incredibly efficient and attentive and cater a personal experience to every customer. Jackie, in her first week working, fit right into the team matching their energy and advancing the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. An LGBT+ friendly space, with great drinks, incredible prices and outstanding service. 5 stars from me.

S.At the heart of London, Simmons Bar is located in Soho. I can't think of a cocktail bar most more preferd. Simmons bar is a few yards away from Be at One so you don't have to worry where to finish your night after enjoying your cocktails

G. M.My girlfriend and I came here as it’s in the middle if Soho and looked like a fun party bar. We had one of the best nights we’ve ever had in a while. We came on a thursday without a reservation because we didn’t think there would be a lot of people. Was I wrong. The dj was amazing, everyone was having the best time on the dance floor, the staff were singing and dancing while still making drinks, I don’t know how they done it if I’m being honest. Mara was incredible, she was so funny, so efficient when making drinks and an all around joy to be served by. It’s LGBT+ friendly and yeah moral of the story, this is my new favourite bar in London.

It has a good range of beer on tap at a good price for London . Happy hour prices are really good, however with the two for one on cocktails they have to be the same.

G. H.A friendly and cosy bar in the heart of Soho. We went on a Saturday and enjoyed Happy Hour where you can get 2 for 1 cocktails until 8pm. The decorations are rather funky, and there’s a small SNES tucked away in the corner if you want to game while you drink. Will come again!

There were tables set up outside which was lovely to absorb the Soho atmosphere, but all felt a bit disorganized. Would still recommend as their drinks are tasty and Soho is great for a night out!

Also the staff are always so so warm and welcoming and want you to have a good time. Claudia served me this time around and she was amazing!! Brilliant place to go

The best espresso martinis I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot lol). The drinks came out very quickly, thank you Chrissy!
Jay was an amazing and friendly server; he served every table efficiently and even gave us complementary shots! He recommended excellent drinks to me (Miami vice) and handled serving 8 tables perfectly!

M. R.I stopped in for happy hour to have a cheap drink. Bartenders were friendly and it wasn't very crowded on a Tuesday at 4. The beer and prosecco bottles were both warm which was a bit of a disappointment. I hope it was a temporary fridge issue or something. Drinks were cheap though and the decor is pretty cool.

We visited on a Sunday afternoon, and it was busy enough to have a good, fun atmosphere, but not to busy to prevent us from getting a table. One downside is the wine selection is limited, but it isn't a wine bar, and there are plenty of other places to go in the area if that is what you are after.

M.This is a bit late now, but we were here for the WC quarter final during Pride - was such an amazing day all round. The staff and security were tonnes of fun and really helpful. The security guard even saved our spot during half time. Have been other times too and have always had a good time.

S. H.Packed out on a Thursday night but doesn't take long to get a drink at the bar. They make an excellent old fashioned. Happy hour lasts til 8pm and after that cocktails are £8-10 each. They had a dj on and there was dancing despite being a small place. They also have an upstairs room. The clientele is mixed with after-work people and those on a night out. The toilets are a bit weird though - there's a random urinal in the ladies!

We arrived on time and apparently there was no table for us.
The situation was a bit confusing. The hostess apologised for the delay and asked us to wait a few minutes while she was trying to sort this out. In the meantime we saw a member of the staff arguing with a lady who was seated on the table that later on was given to us.
It was very confusing but in the end we had our table and had a good time.
5 stars to the hostess! We have to say she was really friendly and polite!

D. B.The hotel has some very nice pictures on booking sites and the like. Note that this does not apply to the whole hotel. Some rooms are still "original" non renovated. Corridors smelled of mold, not the room though so that was good.
Staff seemed to avoid interacting with you as much as possible.
Also, charging per the hour for barely functional WiFi? That does not give a up to date feeling.
