Me and my boyfriend booked a table here. It's a lovely place I love the music, food is amazing. Staff are really friendly and always greets and talks to us with a smile. Fast service, amazing food at the reasonable price.. Would recommend 💙😇 the dessert are soo yummy btw.. Loved every bite 🤤. Special thanks to Victoria ☺💙 she's so sweet.

Stylish and pretty instagramable, 2 floors with 2 bars with a huge dining/seating area. Best place for drinks and cocktails and of course happy hour 2 for 1! Although this branch currently don't do their happy hour deal from 17th-24th December. To order drinks you would need to scan their barcode on the table you sit on and order online. No strict rules with masks wearing but all staff wear masks.

Good food but the best part is the customer service. Downstairs is where the party is at. Dj is good if you are open minded. Doesn't get too packed. Happy hour to 10pm. What more do you need. For anyone concerned about bouncers, these lads are friendly and won't harass you at all

Went for bottomless brunch. Food was very nice and service for the drinks was very efficient. Victoria always made sure our drinks were topped up so we didn’t need to wait long. And drinks cleared away quickly. 10/10

Slug and Lettuce bottomless brunch. A tasteful meal in a heat of London. The endless drinks also ensured that the conversation kept flowing. My only gripe was the amount of food was a bit underwhelming, but the sheer volume of alcohol you will consume will ensure you only feel it after you have left. Overall a lovely venue, lovely staff and good food.

2 for 1 Cocktails. Made nice, 1 thing i noticed is they don't chill the glass on certain cocktails which its pretty important to do so. A Mixologist is taught this so was surprised. With all the madness of covid, they enable easy booking and ordering via app. There are staff making sure that social distancing is maintained which seemed sensible with people sat at tables all evening. Only 1 star knocked off as I'm not a fan of music volume keep increasing in a bar where everyone has no choice but to sit and talk .

This was my 1st visit to this area of London and as my friend and I were walking around we decided on here as we know this chain of bar/restaurant is pretty good and we were not disappointed in our choice. The place was very clean and tidy...the staff were very attentive and help and the food was very good and plentiful for a reasonable price. If I'm around this area again I would def go back here.

Nice bar with a large food and drinks menu. It is usually relatively quiet however the service always seems to be very slow despite this. It is conveniently located between Aldgate and Tower Gateway stations.

I was surprised to see that the Abbey had turned into a Slug! Walked past it 3 times before I realized. It was fine, wasn't sure of busy, they had enough staff and still get a beer for £5. Downstairs is still branded Abbey, which is a nice touch. Interesting decor, can't say I liked it

Went with work colleagues to this venue and booked a ping pong table in advance. Not really enough room to play ping pong. Our table was squeezed inbetween tables and DJ booth. We did have fun playing beer pong though. The music was good but too loud making hard to hear each other and when placing orders at the bar. There are only two table tennis tables and not much room for a big group. If you are looking for ping pong there are better venues. If you want loud music and drinks it's okay but not for everyone.
