We had our daughters 21st birthday party on Saturday at Slug and Lettuce. We had a last minute venue change and Shaun and his team turned this round for us so quickly. Giovanni, Andrea and the team were absolutely fantastic on the evening and nothing was too much trouble for them. The party was exactly as our daughter wanted it. There were so many positive comments about the venue and we all loved the theatrics the bar staff did with the shots! Thank you so much for making this a memorable evening!

I had a very lovely time drinking the cocktails and eating here. It has a very nice ambiance and atmosphere. Andrea the manager looked after us very much and her service exceeded above and beyond our expectations. The bartenders named Stella, Natasha, Benji and Liam were all also very welcoming and gave us amazing service. Thank you slug and lettuce st pauls.

When you order a drink and it arrives but it's not as described, you tell the server and they say we don't have any candy necklaces or any cherries which is why you had ordered it in the first place. Had it been said at point of sale, you could then say can I pick something else! The server just walks off and does not bat an eyelid. Sorry not impressed.

Came here with my friends for a lunch for my friends birthday and was blown away by how amazing we were treated. The manager Shawn made sure we had the best time and was so lovely! Thank you so much, we plan to make this the place to have all our birthdays now!

Awesome service and staff. Drinks are perfect and I simply love S&L. P.S.: I usually don’t chime in in ref. to other reviews, however the review below, from the so called vegan lady, who ordered “Mac n’ cheeze” and even hinted a lawsuit, is bonkers, to say the least. On their menu it clearly states that the dish comes as “topped with a vegan soya crumb and BBQ SAUCE (…)” (keyword here being “BBQ sauce”, as she complained that the dish came over topped with “ketchup” and that she never saw that before - perhaps if she had read the menu properly she wouldn’t have complained about that either). As for the bread that was delivered to her table allegedly by mistake… She could’ve easily returned it, stating that she didn’t ordered it (as she claims she did not) so what’s the whole fuzz about (and cut the c*** about being worried with ppl with allergies… That silly complaint isn’t about that at all)? It makes no sense if you take a bite of a bread (that you allegedly didn’t order) just to complain online later on (instead of trying to sort the issue with the staff first and foremost and that’s it). I sincerely feel sorry for F&B and Hospitality staff for having to deal with so many lemmings on a daily basis, as the employees at this place (and at other S&L that I’ve been to) are quite nice, understandable and they go out of their ways if anything doesn’t go accordingly.

Went for St Patrick's Day, plenty of bar staff so didn't take long to get a drink, good crowd of people no trouble. Will have to go back to check out the menu.
