A lovely place! I really liked the entire atmosphere in there. They had rally nice interior design and very nice decor. The staff was super nice and kind!! Amazing food and drink selection. Would definitely go here again for drinks with the girls, absolutely loved it! ❤️❤️

I like this pub. It's got a lay back feel to the place even when it's very busy and is only a stones throw from Tower Bridge. The staff and management were great, they keep the bar area clean and are quick to serve. The beer was surprisingly good, so good in fact I came back about 5 times on my recent trip back to London

Went for my birthday ..As was staying up London .. bar man was lovely chatty friendly and made us cocktails ..later we ordered shots which he didn’t make and they was half size of a shot which soon was sorted out . They had no shot glasses left which meant the shot was not same size smaller then should been .. it was sorted out and glasses found .they had been so busy so it was no problem as shots was then made right . place was lively good atmosphere.. nice and clean ..pretty inside.. decor and music was good …will return as bar man ..was very welcoming and friendly and I liked the place to come for a drink when staying up town didn’t try food but it looked nice

Steak was dry and tough as an old boot , pepper corn was watery and had lumps in , chips cold few peas or abit of salad on the side would of been nice , the food really lets the place down ! Okay, so I’ll start with the positive. It’s cute! Now for my experience. We had to order using the app which was broken. Kept decking out cards so my husband went to the bar snd they tell him the app is down. As we are sitting at our table waiting for 37 minutes we watch the waitress just roll her eyes continuously at the table next to us (assuming she did the same to us). But, to top it off she put two reserve table signs on our table……kind of rude but okay. Sooo we finally get our meal. The guy who placed are food just threw it on the table. Mains were great. Absolutely the worst nachos I’ve ever had though. Chips were stale and the guacamole lacked flavor. My naan bread was stale. So we are finishing up with our food and the waitress had the nerve to place yet another reservation paper on our table telling us we have to leave at 4…..it was 3:38………as I’m annoyingly writing this review finishing up our soda (for my sister) and Prosecco I’m forcing my husband to drink for me she tells us she can move our table if we went to stay longer. It’s more 3:49…… oh keep in mind the reservation is for 4-6….. the next reservation for this table is for 545-745……ummm so they are going to make either one leave early or one wait. That’s insane. I’m sorry but I was so excited to eat here based off the menu. The pictures are very misleading and show soooo much food. I wish I took pictures but I was starving!!!! However, another positive. The cocktails trees or neighboring table has looks so great!!!! So drinks are worthy here but service is not.

This is a great pub with some very good pub food. The staff here are very friendly and we had a good conversation. Both the beer and the food were of a high standard. I had Jambalaya, which tasted better than the Jambalaya I had in the Watford branch some days earlier. They had plenty of beers on tap to choose from. This was a great pub experience, I would certainly return.

Amazing Bottomless brunch and all credit to our server Shannon. Food was great, really good Full English and such a good size and delivered quickly. Although drinks had to come from the bar Shannon ensured everytime we finished a drink that another was on its way (Alex too for bringing them all over thanks!) Well worth the money for the amount of drink we had, in a bar, in Central London. The quality of the service really made the visit and such a nicely decorated Slug and Lettuce too. All in all, great for a girly day out.

Incredible bottomless brunch, highly highly recommend. It is only £28 for two hours where you are able to choose between mimosas prosecco beer and aperol spritz. Gorgeous location at tower bridge and very very prompt service. Good food and great portions.

Decoration of this venue is lovely. Very floral and modern. Didn't have a booking but that still found space to sit us. Order through the app and the drinks came very quickly on a 241 offer so worked out a good price, especially for London. Staff that we spoke to were polite and they had tables reserved for social distancing. Would definitely return.

Beautiful venue inside the floral decoration is really nice. Ordered food which sadly was of poor quality and cold, there was 50% off with the extended eat out to help out but it still was really too much to pay for a rubbish meal. The service was fine although we mainly ordered via the app which was a hardship to use. The toilets weren’t very pleasant and they were dirty and smelly which confused me seeing they had so many staff standing around doing nothing. We were being watched quite a lot which made us feel uncomfortable so we finished our drinks and left. The cocktails are nice especially with the offer of 2 for 1. I don’t think I’ll be coming back especially not this branch or for food for sure.

I haven't been to a Slug and Lettuce since the chain started up about twenty five years ago. This one doesn't seem to have changed since then, so the contemporary look they all had back then is now nineties nostalgia - which, I suppose, could be the next big thing. The simple interior and floor to ceiling windows make a pleasant change from the worst excesses of upcycled craft beer fakery. It's a bit like an IKEA version of a Weatherspoons, with a great view of Saint Katherine Dock - now a kind of VIP parking lot for yaughts. Millionaire yaught owners don't seem to figure in the client group, which (on a post lockdown Tuesday) was a mix of teens on dates, tourists and some post theatre drinkers (us). The range of drinks is ok, but not as great as the full length bar would suggest. There's enough to provide a choice for everyone, if you can navigate through the drinks app. This is hopefully a temporary thing. You practically have to write your autobiography before ordering anything - thankfully only once, but is it necessary? "Bar Snacks" were limited to four flavours of crisp - disappointing in a pub that serves food. I'm sure there was some way of ordering from the chips and burger type menu bar via the app, but my creative writing powers had given up by then. Prices are reasonable for the area. There are tables outside, which would be a pleasant place to spend an hour or two on a sunny day doing some fantasy yaught shopping.

Visited the pub two nights in a row. The first night only had drinks. Staff are attentive and no issues getting your order in at the bar. Our second night we had beers and burgers. Food portions and burgers were great. Only the fries after a few minutes were cold so we did not touch these. Overall experience was great just work on the food being warm when served. Great location and perfect end if you have been visiting the sites close by.

Still struggling with this place. I've visited twice for lunch during the 'Help Out to Eat Out' scheme, but the food is average, service was good, and as others point out it's very covid safe especially when eating on the terrace. Extremely affordable on the scheme and one of my favourite locations, but without this scheme or one of their other deals I'm not sure it offers good value for money. The other issue is their fans which still seem to be kicking out a really strong fat smell which spoils not just their terrace but the surrounding restaurants. It's not as bad as it previously was, but it's still not great and I assume it will just get worse, as they probably did a deep clean when they were forced to close and it's starting to get busy again. Surely this is fixable. Will never pay full price until it's fix!

The atmopshere and decor was genuinely very pretty with flower arcs over tables and embroided flowers on the chairs and the theme even followed in the bathroom. It overall gives a modern and fresh look to the place but also a rococo and traditional touch. The place was maintained very clean. For the drinks, 2 for 1 cocktails is the best surprise you could get in the pub. It is actually hard to make the cocktail Zombie tasteful, in that case this was managed successfully, so a big a heads up for that. As for the food, I acknowledge that Slug and Lettuce is not generally known for its best dishes but when I buy a £10 main, I’d still expect a filling plate. Yeah, it did not happen at all, the sausages were bought cheap and the mash was super dry. Although it’s a personal choice, I’d rather have mushy peas instead of 2-minute boiled peas. The staff needed a bit more training, the waitress just let the cutlery in a disarray without properly setting the table. So I was bit disappointed by the lack of professionalism but again bar staff was very friendly. 3 star is deserving, it would probably have reached a 4 or 5 if it wasn’t for the food.

The restaurant is situated nicely near the river station and bus stops with London bridge and the docks close by. The entrance itself may be a little hard to find.Upon entering the decor is charming. Staff will politely greet you. The food is very nice and there is a lot of choice on the menu. The prices can be a but it is typical for inner city. Sometimes the food can take a while which is a nuisance however it is well worth the wait. Drinks can be ordered at the bar which are very nice. You can normally relax without getting any food.

Individual serving failed to even acknowledge me when placing my order and making 3 coffees appeared to require 3 bar staff. Was provided with the wrong change and had to highlight and then do the very basic math for the bar person. Not sure if they were used to 'rounding up', but certainly wasn't willing to leave a tip.

Had a nice evening with a friend here. The food was acceptable but not amazing. Sausages and mash were swimming in gravy. The fries that came with a burger were cold. Food is half price on Mondays, which makes it about as good value as Wetherspoons. About the same quality of food as well, only served on more pretentious tableware. The desserts we ordered were missing half their components (Chocolate dome, fresh strawberries). Overall, I'd say it's OK for food on a Monday and bad value any other day. However the bar and cocktail menus are much better, so it's not bad for a drink.

Nice location. Service ok. Food mediocre. Ordered halloumi which was vastly overcooked with salad that was actually nice. G&T advertised as presented in a large goblet with all the trimmings arrived looking very sad in a beaker/tumbler. (The waitress even apologised as she gave it to me!) Hot chocolate was served tepid with advertised marshmallows missing. There was a corner of the restaurant cordoned off where all the broken/unused furniture - even a microwave were piled up! Shame, as nice location, and a menu that was promising, but not really up to scratch.

Hmmm atmosphere very busy and buzzing. Have to order food at the bar. Wasn’t told this. 🤦🏽‍♀️Food arrived on time but no cutlery no sauces no serviettes 🤨 Had to ask and by the time it arrived I’d already started picking my food 😜 Table wasn’t cleaned prior to food arrival and the lady cleaning the table was spraying from top which meant the liquid could have sprayed on to food. Grrr kept calm. Maybe she was knew. To be fair it was Saturday 35c outside.. there was only one lady on the floor who had her HANDS FULL! 3 staff behind the bar and no one to help just do one round to get the plates and glasses. Help a colleague out come on. Apart from that, as I enjoy my little plates ordered three. King prawn, chicken goujons and Er the shwarma buns which wasn’t great. But it filled that 4pm tickle in my belly 😊

One of the best pies in London come from this shops, there in house pies make your mouth water just at the site of them. I really recommend coming here even if it is just for drinks. We came across this bar after visiting the tower of the london and it is not to far a walk from there. The two for one cocktails means you can mix and match with your friends if you are out and about. I was going to rate this 4 stars but have given it 5 due to the amazing deals and food.
