J. C.Fun local pub. We’ve eaten here twice on our visit to London. Excellent pies, some of the best we had (chicken and wild mushroom and steak and blue cheese) and two for one drinks. Highly recommend!
R. S.Really pleasant pub tucked away from the main street. Just popped in for a Guinness and quick watch of the football. Guinness was decent quality, pleasant clientele and lovely lady behind the bar. Extensive seating, and semi-modern furnishings! Saw that they had a pie+pint deal for £11 which I'll have to return for!

M.I've been to this pub for the first time just few days ago while visiting a friend in the area, plan was having just a couple of pints and go somewhere else for dinner but we ended up spending there the whole afternoon and evening! Diogo was super nice and helpful, and the manager Barbara very professional while friendly and funny! The food was good and tasty, I will definitely come back!
A. M.Stopped here for some drinks on a stag doo pub crawl at the weekend and despite the many watering holes with visited this place really stood out. Lovely pub, friendly staff and the cocktails were sublime. Special shout out to Leanne and Sharon who provided me with some first aid for my poor blistering feet.
J. C.Elegant Victorian pub - redesigned with contemporary aesthetics and Sky Sports on the TVs throughout, including one in the beer garden. Pie’s from Pieminister and a choice selection of decent Pale Ale’s. Diego and team also very friendly creating a welcoming atmosphere for the Bermondsey area.
S. M.Popped down for one on Sunday, ended up out all evening. Great banter from Leanne the barmaid, friendly bar staff always make the night so much better. Thanks so much :)
