Reviews of Tate Modern Terrace Bar
mother and i came here Thursday for jubilee celebration after we were at the tate modern's spring terrace river pop up pizza alfresco we had a pizza then went for drinks with a view and boy what a view funny the same lady that served me at the alfresco pizza was also on the till at the cafe in the tate modern when i went to get a drink
so funny mother needing to go bog seemed to take us to the best places on thursday as we celebrated the jubilee the spring river terrace pop up pizza had buskers by it singing old favourites and we sang along and i wasnt expecting such a sensational view great food great service great staff oh and great art there were some oriental ladies doing art with broomsticks moving sand around on ground floor we went first floor to take a look at it from above as it should be seen
tate modern is great much to offer great staff food and drink
thanks
Prestigious building but the bars layout gives it a slightly cramped feel. Loud and busy on weekends. In the summer the terrace is a good place to catch the view of the river though.
The terrace is really nice, the view is perfect and at 360°. It is free and you can see all London from there. Much better then the shard in my opinion.
Enjoyed the wide variety of craft beers which is surprising for a museum cafe. Great atmosphere and relaxed setting.
Great coffee bar in the Tate Modern's latest addition, Switch House
Its a nice place and atmosphere there.
Really good bar with a selection of decent beers on tap and in can. It's just a shame that they close at 6pm almost every day!
drink a pint and enjoy the view!
Good view when weather is fine nice to seat outside.
worst coffee I've ever had but at least the view is pretty nice
Huge, nice, interesting. Great 10th floor London view.
Always a great range of regularly changing craft beer. Great place to while away the hours whilst the better half looks at art
Great place for a glass of wine and to watch the world go by!
No I I No youfor you to listen
Wow, coffee is fantastic!
Great view
Just Tate Modern!
Delicious!!!
A stunning view of London that will forever remain in my memories as a wonderful city. We were treated wonderfully; we were tourists who did everything the city offered. 👏 London was a blast! The Tate was a true experience.
Nothing wow. It's not worth it. Good drinks and the food is good but nothing special. It is best to go to the 10th floor. Take advantage of the view and then continue the other way.
🥂
Beautiful view of the City, friendly staff and good choice of savoury and sweet, very crowded but this shows how much it is appreciated
This is a beautiful bar with a more wonderful view!
Definitely worth a visit for an aperitif overlooking London!
Beautiful view of London and, like all London museums, it's free.
A cozy bar with hot and alcoholic drinks in a welcoming atmosphere.
Great view but that's all.
It is always busy with people to have a nice view. But it's worth to wait to enjoy the view.
Amazing views over London from the 10th floor. A must do for anyone visiting the Tate Modern Gallery.
Delicious drinks and food with an unbeatable view
Pretty cool bar with good atmosphere, drinks disappointed me a bit
Very nice spacious street level café/bar with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating in Tate Modern. Nice outdoor seating area with good urban views, including Shard. Tables with umbrellas outside, so its is suitable for rainy weather. High chairs are there also. Self help service. My friend and I, both enjoyed our cakes and coffee there after exhibitions. It was peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff. Cakes were great. Alcoholic drinks are served there also. Located next to a book shop, on a street level, which is level 1.
Nice place, nice view, good food... What else to expect ?
Nice view over london. Drinks available.
