T. G.Delicious food, I had the pork schnitzel and truffle fries, both very good. Also good alcohol free options for drinks.
Negative point was that it was VERY loud, maybe it was the acoustics in the room but we had to literally shout hear each other over the noise of the other tables.
S. V.Nice pub near Waterloo station perfect for a couple of pints. The staff were friendly. Good selection of beers including ales, lagers and craft.

K. N.Booked a table for a family of 8, was originally offered the bar area, but given a private room as we had 2 young children. Very happy with the service, the staff were friendly and accommodating, the food was brilliant and didn't have long to wait. Only fault (me being picky) was a bit of a wobbly table... Overall 5*, would definitely recommend and we'll definitely be eating there again on our next visit down. 😊
C. J.Been here a few times for the footy and always enjoy it - good space and decent drinks and food menu… only came down to a 4 on this occasion because of the luke warm roasties (my fave) other than that the Sunday roast was a banger!
g. t.The staff were amazing and really tolerant as we were a bit loud.. Nice range of beers especially if you want something different and even though we only ordered chips the food looked amazing (as we're the triple cooked chips, that's coming from an ex chef/food tourguide too)

A. G.We went there the 24th to get Christmas dinner. Food was amazing a portions huge (we order 3 meals and 2 would have been enough for 3 people) Really high quality food and value for money (36 pounds per meal). The staff was really friendly and the atmosphere nice. I definitely recommend it and for sure I'll be back.

C. G.Good beers, just well enough hidden to be off the main Waterloo drag. Staff are excellent, it was particularly Arctic last night and they moved the heater closer to the table and upped the heat. Food is good pub fare too. They've also kept up table service outdoors which is great.
H. L.We booked a surprise birthday party for 20 people and had the Chichester room upstairs which was great. The service was good and the food was excellent. Great wine list and the room was perfect - decorated nicely with loads of room for us to socialise before sitting down to eat. Looking forward to going back!
A. R.Tremendous family evening meal, celebrating Charlie’s 9th birthday. Schnitzel was a winner, as was the pie, proper pie, one of the best Sticky Toffee’s around, delicious Timmy Taylor and best of all was Charlie, who made our visit one to remember. Thank you Charlie, you were amazing.

D. M.Good food selection. Ate in the pub area. The main course portions are enough to fill an appetite. Attentive service is lacking but that's standard for england so no fault on the workers for that. As soon as a bartender attended to us they were quick and friendly. I'd go back for sure.

B. D.Probably THE best pub in London! Great house wines, good choice of beers and the food is restaurant quality with a pub price tag. You have the choice of sitting cosy outside (heated), in the pub area, the restaurant or private areas. But the one thing that makes this a must visit is the staff! Always up for a chat, caring and they'll do whatever possible to make it a good time. In summary, when in Waterloo get yourself a table here!

I cannot express my thanks enough to the waitress and kitchen staff for taking my multiple food allergies seriously. Found something I could eat, warned me about all possible cross-contamination and enabled me to actually feel confident about my decision to eat out.
Food and wine were delicious. Service also excellent. Thank you! So much anxiety eased for your hard work.

W. t.I joined a group of 6 friends and we had a great time enjoying tasty food and drinks from an extensive menu served by efficient and friendly staff even the place was mad busy. Luckily the weather was warm enough for us to be in the garden area which, at night time looks like a fairy grotto and is a lovely place to eat and drink. Well done to all the staff who looked after us, much appreciated.

M. V.We had a staff get together last night for about 40 people in the outdoor space at the front of the pub. It was a great location for what we needed. Very helpful and professional service (Martha was our stand out server) and the manager oversaw everything to best effect. Definitely highly recommended if you are looking for something similar.

A. J.Booked a table for 12 of us inside by the bar for an evening get together. Really nice staff who looked after us. Food was spot on. Nice relaxed atmosphere in the pub. Def recommended.
J. D.We had an awesome time at the Duke. We needed a private room for incredibly nerdy reasons and they looked after us superbly. It was a super busy night for them but they never let the service slip, even though we were upstairs, and Alyshia and the team were excellent throughout.
Also the food was great and an excellent selection of lagers/ales on tap too. Would definitely recommend.

H. B.Had drinks outside en route to Imperial War Museum (closed on Tuesdays!). A chance encounter. Great servers, outside heaters, super setting. Very helpful staff. Googled our next route for us. Will def return when next in vicinity.
J. W.Staff were lovely and helped us with some questions about the local area (inlcuding other pubs). The beer was OK, but not great, but it was early in the day, so I won't go on about it. The food looked good. Might be worth another visit.
V. C.Wonderful pub! 10 of us had dinner and drinks in their beautuful private dining room, it was a lovely evening thanks to the great service and food. The service was attentive and they ensured we always had a drink. Everybody's food was delicious and well presented. Highly recommend and we'll definitely be back!

P.We had lunch here (and a couple of beers as well) and the cheese burgers were really really good, the meat was perfectly grilled (loved the charcoal flavor), the fries were fresh, crispy but not too much. The other dishes looks tasty as well, the short menu may mean homemade stuff. And the staff was lovely. Go for it!

Great service from staff who even gave London wise advice for keeping belongings safe. Found the place by accident but will be making a concerted effort to return when I'm in London next. If you pop in on a Sunday get the Sunday roast!

J. M.I recently reserved a number of tables for a party of 20 or so at the Duke. The staff were very friendly and gave us a great space on the ground floor opposite the bar. Would definitely recommend it for hosting a birthday party or similar.

S. W.Fantastic pub just near Waterloo Station. Great ambience, big outdoor area, great food menu of main dishes and bar snacks. Very friendly service, and good value for money. I had the charcoal roast chicken which was really nice and garlicky and moist after being brined. Wine selection great, we had a fab Pinot Noir.
