Service here was lovely! Food came out a bit slow, maybe 25 minutes or so, but thinking it was made to order and fresh - and the food was good - so happy with that. Yorkshire puddings big and fluffy, done nicely. I wish there was a little bit more protein (especially for the chicken), tried both the chicken and the beef and both were quite juicy and succulent, cooked well. I think the chicken was quite well done. Overall, quite tasty - comes with mint and horseradish if you fancy, which were both good. Decent meal size, not something that will stuff you, but just perfect and will hit the spot (room for dessert and a starter!) This is a nice large place with tons of outdoor and indoor seating. Fairly clean and traditional pub style but with a bit of a flair.

Best Chips in London! This place is such a great find, just a couple minutes walk off the chaos of Camden Town. You'll find homey, cozy vibe in this authentic corner pub. Staff is great, the beer selection is excellent, but what really shines here is the food! I've tasted a variety of the offerings in the menu and nothing disappointed, but the real stars are the triple cooked chips. They are simply the loveliest, tastiest, crispiest chips I've come across in London, and I've tried a fair amount! Do yourself a favour and try them, you won't regret it.

Delicious Sunday roast. Thanks to a Google search we found this gem. Lunch was amazing. The Yorkshire and potatoes were just the best. Great staff. Clean pub and social distancing was important. Will definitely come back to here when able.

I have been coming here for a few years and have even had my work christmas dinner here. It has a friendly atmosphere and a great selection of drinks at reasonable prices for the area. The food can be hearty but I would not say it is of a high standard. I recently decided to visit for lunch during the week having seen their lunch time menu on the website. Unfortunately they do not open until 3pm so I find it hard to understand how they can even serve lunch. 4 stars for previous good experiences and friendly staff.

Fantastic pub with a decent beer selection. The staff are very friendly and hospitable, food is delicious. Highly recommend going for a Sunday roast. Have had Sunday dinners twice here and the food exceeded expectations. It's off the beaten track so doesn't get mad busy with tourists. Also has a pool table and the drinks are reasonably priced for Camden area.

Went here for family Sunday lunch great find absolutely faultless plenty of it, nice roast beef done just right, lovely Belly of Pork and friendly staff and good mix of customers with a nice atmosphere. Was walking past, and already my eye was drawn by the warm glowing lights, classic London pub facade, then I saw the craft beer sign and thought I'd give it a try for a pint of neck oil. Nice atmosphere, exposed brickwork, with chandeliers, bunting and candles. Genuine friendly staff, and the beer was well kept.

If you're looking for good beer, good food and good company, then this is the place. This is an independent pub, and it shows. Gigs come courtesy of Amanda Palmer, Neil Gaiman and regular Irish folk bands. I've been coming here for years. It's north London's most undeterred pub.

Another off the beaten track pub in Camden and of course, it's all the better for it. It's only a couple of minutes walk from the station so easily accesible. Recently refurbished, it's smart and bright inside but still with a cosy pub feel. Staff were friendly, helpful and hospitable. I was there for a charity event and we had some of the pub food, the sandwhiches were good and the chunky chips were really excellent. The vegetable skewer was also fantastic. Didn't have any beer although it looked like a reasonable selection. The house red was very quaffable. There's outside seating and a pool table. This place really ticks a lot of boxes, if I was still working in the Camden area this would be a definite "go to" pub.

Went by chance when going to a gig in Camden. A locals pub but in a really good way, very relaxed and nice vibe. The Barman Steve was brilliant, recommending which beers to have and giving us a bag of monster munch😅 Nice beers and so much better than the pubs on the main drag.

Just a great basic boozer before the food business took over pubs, supplies just snacks and no poncy menus or gastro food. A local pub that's just a short walk from all those trendy and over priced pubs that populate Camden Town with staff that have no interest in customers on the whole. Friendly staff make it a pleasure to visit and more sensible pricing too. Ale drinkers may find it a little limited but otherwise a nice change. Crisps and nuts anyone?

I wouldn't have gone there if didn't pass in front of it almost every day for one year. And one day I entered: their sunday roast is DELICIOUS!! Maybe the best I've tried! Staff is super friendly and atmosphere feels really cosy, a bit like grandma's house with beer! Loads of families with kids were dining there as well. Recommend it by heart!

Amazing Irish pub with amazing landlords. Very friendly place with all the locals always up for a chat or game of pool/darts. Juke box available with some great classics and Irish songs (some courtesy of yours truly). Lunch deal is on offer, pint and beer for 10 sterlings and the chef is one of the best, with a kitchen to come this will be the place to go for food! Bottomless brunch, pub quizzes, live music, great beers, fantastic food, what more could you ask for? A great getaway from the norm of Camden High Street.
