A really nice local pub. Quiet, good staff and a relaxing atmosphere. They have a fantastic beer selection, a really wide variety. The downside is that it’s a bit more expensive than other pubs. Their pizzas are really good, both great tasting and reasonably priced.

I always liked this pub but since last year their food has gotten even better. Beautiful space inside and outside as well. Love that the back garden is no smoking so you can sit outside in peace. Don’t worry smokers there’s another outside space for you too. Always fantastic staff and music too

The customer service levels were exceptional. Over and above the friendly service and incredibly tasty pizzas from their outside oven, I'd injured my leg just before arriving and the staff went above and beyond to provide ice packs and anything else I needed. Thoroughly exceptional service, they've gained a lifelong customer!

Good number of tables outside; can imagine it's a good atmosphere. Not 5 stars as the food is a bit expensive (sufficiently so to put us off) £15.5 for a bacon cheese burger is a bit steep for this type of place

Love this place! The service is very fast, good prices for central London, and the pizza is AMAZING! Really friendly and helpful staff; shout-out to Seb for being such a legend. I would definitely recommend this place - they have a beer garden and a second outdoorsy area which is perfect for lockdown or for smokers.

The Grange is one of our favourite places to go for a pint and some excellent grub. Tonight they have excelled themselves and the octopus was the best I have ever eaten, perfectly cooked. One of the reasons we love the Grange is because the food, wine and beer is always a really high quality. Yet again they nailed it. The only negative comment I would make is that the red wine is stored upright and under a light, however, the bottle we had was in good condition.

Came down for a Sunday roast yesterday - was quick to get hold of staff on the phone to see if they had availability and food left. They have a few outside areas which is perfect if you're concerned about social distancing. The benches and spread out so no risk there. Food came quickly and the roast was delicious! Lots of gravy and bread sauce, good portion size, good amount of chicken, veg and roast potatoes. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful friendly service and the most delicious Sunday Roasts! Booked a table for our family and had a perfect meal together. Beef Fillet, Pork and Chicken Roasts were divine. Our family also enjoyed great vegetarian options, the local beers and nice wines too. We have become regulars and love the menu of delicious varied cuisine to this fine pub. I have been visiting the Grange regularly for a few years now: I love the beer garden in the summer and the friendly, no-fuss atmosphere all year round. Pizzas straight out of the wood fire oven are a delish. Great beer selection. And the rest of the menu is excellent too. I went there earlier today and the burger and chips were pretty close to perfection... possibly the best burger i have in London for some time. Their new chef is making wonders, a great reason to revisit if you have not been there in a while!

Under new management, and about time! We've been here on a number of occasions, every single time with a very positive experience. With an upcoming big birthday, we discussed to organise the dinner here as this place is so extremely convenient for us. Serving food for large groups poses a different challenge than the occasional table, but boy did they deliver! Every single person in our group was delighted by the quality of the food. Now adding private party experience : excellent! Therefore I happily recommend for group bookings now as well!

The Grange Pub is a great social setting or if you just fancy a homely place from home to unwind. I'm not too sure if it's Vegan friendly where the menu is concerned, but my friends certainly enjoyed their hot food! I brought my own food, and there were no issues. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The Grange is one of my favourite haunts! You're gonna love it!

Great local. We have visited our daughter a number of times and they live around the corner so we have visited the pub many times. The owners are very nice and have a friendly and approachable establishment that serves decent food and has a good selection of decent beer on tap. The beer garden is great on a hot summer evening. Sit. Drink beer. Watch the pizzas being made. Good music. About as good as it gets.

Bit bemused that we were hit with service charge for just drinks - true it’s table service due to COVID but we would have got them ourselves if we had the choice. That made me feel like it was just a pub in name. Did not try to order food so I cannot speak to that. The back garden seating area is lovely but given the service charge on drinks that makes the experience slip from decent to poor value for money, so I can’t imagine going back regularly or at all which is a real shame

Great place to hang out with small or large groups. I had a very large group and it was busy on a Saturday night, but the team did manage to get our orders sorted correctly. Mood music for a Saturday night may have been a bit of a plus, but it was also good to just hear people having conversations. The food was all round very good and very tasty. I love what this pub has become. Transformed from a grim old man dive. It is now bright and welcoming, great food and fantastic craft beers. Really nice and a great atmosphere on a Friday night. Can't recommend enough. The staff are helpful and friendly. Really like this place and will be going back when next in Southwark.

Stayed here for 2 nights, very basic room, comfy bed, but for £50 A night in London.... what do you expect? Staff appeared friendly & helpful. Food was good when we ate on the first night.... although expect to pay a service charge. The shared bathroom was not great, it was clean.... but that's where the good stuff ends. No hot water at all in the shower at anytime over my stay. People constantly trying to get into the bathroom whilst in there, the lock didn't appear very sturdy. As a lone female traveller I have to say I didn't feel very safe..... mainly due to other 'guests' staying there. I would not stay again.

A little gem of a pub! The rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable and very good quality for the price. The location is great for visiting London. The food however is EXCEPTIONAL! The chef takes great pride in providing high quality pub food, made from scratch with fresh ingredients. I'll visit again if I'm in London.

The grange is a pretty and cozy pub in Bermondsey tucked away from the busy Bermondsey street which is just a few minutes walk away. The food is fantastic! The menu includes creative and delicious dishes with locally sourced ingredients and there is a dish for every taste. My favourite was the meatballs! Desserts are excellent too. Can’t wait to try their burgers next time. Highly recommended for a nice lunch or dinner!

What can you say except this is a perfect local pub. It's stylish with some superb beers and an excellent garden at the back serving delicious food either Frof the wood fired pizza oven or the skilled chef inside. They are extremely dog friendly with bowls and biscuits readily available and everyone seems just chilled and relaxed and ready to have a brilliant time drinking, chatting and hanging out. If you're a local or if you're a visitor to Bermondsey then come down because there are no crowds here drowning you out with their insane chatter. Instead, you'll find a friendly modern welcome.

My wife and I moved here for a year and sadly only found this place part way through our time. This has become our local pub to frequent. They have amazing food (Speck, Fug and ham pizza is amazing) and great beers including some Brew by numbers on draught!! A perfect balance between great service, food, and booze as well as affordable. So much great value to be had here. Had a chat with the owner when our friends were in town staying at the flat above the pub and he's a great guy really cares about his building the local community as well as his employees! The Grange is a fantastic place, a must try if you are in the neighborhood!! We will miss this place!

Fantastic local, well work visiting. Excellent selection of local craft beer as well as a number of more 'standard' options. Food is simply a cut above; the chef was kind enough explain how they made their ketchup (in house, with maple syrup). Only hiccup was a a slightly over-salted chicken breast but not serious enough to mar an otherwise great meal.

Came here one Friday for lunch, my husband said it is usually heaving, but we were the only people there for a good hour, perfect as we had bubs with us. Pizzas were great, good selection of drinks, including my favourite, bundaberg. Interesting and unique artwork, modern and friendly interiors. Plenty of seating with a beer garden with pizza oven. Only down side was they (unsurprisingly) don’t have anything in the way of child friendly products, e.g. high chairs/changing table. They are only open for lunch on a Friday. Nice little place for drinks and dinner out after work.

I've just had the best gnocchi mac and cheese that I have ever had - just perfect. I like this pub - although it looks and feels more like a restaurant - but it has a cosy corner and nice garden out the back, and very friendly service with decent beers and excellent food.

Me and my friends stumbled upon The Granger by mistake. 😋 I found in the menu one of my favourite food from my childhood, such a nice surprise. I ordered and strongly recommend the main course of Potato Rösti. It has such a nice chill energy and the staff is super friendly. No seriously... it's cool without being pretentious, cosy without being cramped, the food is delicious without trying too hard, the staff are friendly without being patronising. I couldn't recommend it enough. If you're sick of the binary of dodgy boozer or Shoreditch craft beer pop-up this is the place for you. Great times.

Mediocre. Decor stylish, modern and comfortable. However, drinks were overpriced for the area, and the manager (not bar staff) had incredibly poor customer service skills. Despite saying on google the pub closed at 1, we were rudely ushered out at around 11:30. For a small independent business in a crowded market, keeping local custom should be a priority, sadly the Grange has failed to do this - there are many better options within a 5 minute walk.

I stayed here for 2 days and had a dinner twice. Accommodation fee was relatively cheap and I enjoyed our dinner. Please note that you have to share the bathrooms because each room doesn't have.

Only thing I'd say is it seems stuck halfway between a pub and restaurant and the staff, though attentive and competent were perhaps a little too worried about us ordering food the way they wanted us to, by table, and billed by table and I felt a little pushed to order with everyone else rather than paying for food at the same time as i bought a beer. Having to split bills almost always ends up with people fixating on how much they owe and forgetting to tip, so...

As a quadruple amputee (the porn term is nugget) I was shocked by how well this place catered to "my kind" as the tall, handsome Australian barman called me. As I dragged my self through the front door by my chin, an inane disabled look plastered across my face, I expected stares and laughter. Not in the Grange. The barman immediately rolled me on my back for a friendly tummy rub. As my retarded giggles echoed around the room, I felt an intense peace decend over me, and an erection growing in my adult nappy. 1 triple absinthe please, I gurgled. Matthew (for that was his name) served it to me with a cheeky gleam in his eyes. The chemistry was electric. I swear his teeth sparkled as he smiled. That man has a radio ready face if ever saw one. 10/10 would spaz again
