I highly recommend the mackerel pate, it was homemade and absolutely to die for. Wonderful atmosphere being able to sit outside in their roadside seating and have a lovely wine / Aperol spritz. The nibbles menu wasn’t available when we went on a Sunday but we asked for it and they kindly obliged. 💜

Nothing is as described. But still very tasty and friendly service and lovely terrace. The super tasty crab does not come with the advertised wasabi cream (but with a weird mango sauce), the pistachio crust lamb has no pistachio crust (but is still v tasty), the chocolate fondant is not fondant (ie no melting middle) but it all tastes nice, the wines are great, the service super friendly and one sits on a lovely terrace. All good.

Amazing place. Have walked passed many times. Went in with a colleague and it was a great evening. Especially recommended the Sauvingon Blanc New Zeland wine. The olives and the croquettes. The service is incredibly friendly and professional. Cannot wait to go back! 🍷🥂

This place is as close to as on point as you can get for a relaxing place to have good tapas snacks, excellent wine, with lovely service. This is a clean and comfortable space with really good service. I enjoyed my time there and topped it off with a delicious chocolate dessert. Like a warm and friendly hug for my senses; well done.

Very nice! We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for a glass of wine and discovered that it is somewhat famous... This is the place that George Papadopoulus met with the ambassador to Australia and talked about Russia - and the beginning of the end of Trump.... So, great wine in a very nice place, and a bit of current history to boot !

I really like it here. Attentive and knowledgeable staff, a very interesting wine selection; a very nice Aussie Riesling that tasted of tinned apricots and fresh pineapple, and a Sicilian biodynamic orange wine that tasted like a resinous and super fruity sour beer. Good olives too. Haven't tried the food but they have an onglet steak in that looks tempting. Overall excellent vibe and great wine. Recommend.

Wine list is amazing shame about the food. The service is really good. I was greeted by the owner who is italian and speak the proper italian restaurant talk. The place is really nice, and have a downstairs for bookings and private rooms for events. But they have very little selection of food like 2 starters and 2 main-courses. They had pork which i don’t eat and the pasta was really unusual. So a small selection. So i just had a salad with the wine. The wine selection is really impressive and you feel that this is what they want to focus on.

Staff are knowledgeable on wine and can make recommendations well but also fun to go around their self-serve machines which are stocked with some excellent bottles.

Wine and food are still good, although no enomatic machines hinder the experience a little. Plus, staff at our table had barely any proper wine training, and were not very attentive, despite the low numbers of people in the restaurant

I loved this place. The drink was amazing and the service was too. It is a really nice place to go with your friends or meeting or by yourself. The environment is quite chill but the restaurant has a nice decor. We'll visit here every time we are in London.

I went with my girlfriend for Friday night dinner after a long week at work. Wine tasted bad, wasn't sure whether it was corked or just a bad vintage. Service was slow and sloppy - we had to remind and ask again for the basics (like water for the table). It took 20 minutes to get a drink and the place wasn't even half full. Food was low quality and overpriced. We were so disappointed I went to the Ivy afterwards for some proper wine and food. The Ivy and Dirty Bones are much better.

Very nice atmosphere and a great variety of wines by the glass. You can order a full glass off the menu, or buy a preloaded card and sample from the vinomatic's. I had the Onglet steak frites. It was cooked perfectly and quite tasty. Reasonable prices for this area of London.

Excellent wine bar and restaurant. A great selection of 40 wines by the glass and sample. Helpful and well informed staff serving really good bar snacks and restaurant food. I've become a bit of a regular, there really is nowhere better to enjoy a glass of quality, interesting wine.

Love concept of having many wines bring sold by glass, but there is only one rose on offer. Strange? Spanish fodder, which is consistent, but was totally unaware that's the Spanish menu contained so many bodied potatoes?!? Tapas, yes, but boiled potatoes seemed to accompany most main courses. Would have preferred variety when it comes to the veg. Fish can be dry and a tad overcooked. Very busy place with a good vibe.

Really good place, the tuna I have had was amazing, as well as the Orange Panna Cotta in desert. The service was also really good and the wine was also great with the most appropriate temperature to drink it. The place was not crowded, not noisy, just a great place.

Credit for swapping the wine that didn't smell or taste good but really this place is pretty average with crap cheese board, poor Foie gras and a heavy emphasis towards European (read French) wines. Service was hostile with the older lady being visibly upset with us for ordering insufficient food and for 2 of our party not showing.

if you are fed up with musty battery acid that passes for pub wine, this is the place for you. a cornucopia of world wines waiting to try. My son and I asked about some obscure austrian wine. We were allowed to sample two and choose the most agreeable. Where else would you get service like that! The snacks are light, seasonal and delicious.

A pleasant venue on Kensington Church Street - towards the Notting Hill Gate end. I've been to the Hammersmith/Brackenberry venue before. Generally a good dining and wine experience, but given the location not for the price conscious.
