It's a lovely pub with a great atmosphere and friendly staff, would definitely recomment for a drink. The pub needs to step up their food game though. It is expensive and unfortunately the quality does not match the prices.

Beautiful park, and an amazing Japanese pagoda. We had a small memorial ceremony there with friends and it was the perfect place for that. Maybe the weather could have been better though ^^' since we released burning lanterns

Welcoming place with really nice front of house staff. Food however wasn't great. My pork belly roast was really bad - dry meat and leather like crackling with a cold Yorkshire pud. I quietly took it to our waiter who with any fuss replaced it. The burger however wasn't too impressive either very dry patty. I didn't complain further however my place was complimentary anyway. Just shows they are getting customer service bang on. Would happily return for a drink with family and friends but not for food. Selection of beers good, beer garden great and nice open main room great for groups of friends and family.

Lovey pub. Wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces. Good selection of beers and polite, friendly, happy, helpful staff. They were running a half price meat free Monday’s deal for August but I was there on muscles Wednesday. (Bowl of muscles and a glass of vino for £12) looked good - as did all the food but I was just just drinking the local Dennis Hopper IPA. The light house is a great pub but with a mostly male team the ladies toilets get over looked. My guest was disappointed at the toilet paper stuck in the wall behind the door and the filthy toilets. She thought they probably never see the hole as they clean the loos from the door and therefor the door hides the hole. Still, no excuse for the dirty loo. I will defiantly be returning for Monday supper

The macaroni and cheese my daughter had was fantastic but the chicken wings were bland, the fish & chips I had the batter was over done. Staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful, although there was a few dogs in the pub and the staff were touching them and serving drinks and food after. A big no no in my bike. Only assisted should be allowed in places that serve food.

Both the food and the drinks were great. The bar staff were so helpful and just made you feel at home. They were quick to serve the food and clear the table and not having to pay upfront for the food made a nice change. I’d recommend going here, it’s a really nice pub.

Made welcome the moment I arrived after being new to the area. I asked if the pub was fully booked for the England v Czech Republic match the following night and the manager arranged for me to have a good table, after squeezing me in. I enjoyed a good meal and a good few beers. A great atmosphere with great staff and a fun clientel. Can highly recommend. Great pub

Was working down the road in the estate, told the lads take them for Lunch as a thank you... Were seated in back, nice outside area with canopy.. First round 2 Guinness and Amstel, ordered burger and chips twice, had another round .... asked for bill....... Could have Knocked me down with a feather..... £70.31 ... for a quick lunch, needless to say Wetherspoons next week...🙏

My friend booked a table for 4 of us to have Sunday lunch here and after reading some of the reviews I was a bit unsure about the place, so I am very happy to report an all round very good experience. Our table in the garden was lovely and it is a nice setting. The staff were friendly and efficient and the Sunday roast was delicious - the beef was aperfectly cooked medium rare and super tasty and tender. I do think the roast potatoes could have been better though. We finished with an assortment of ice creams and the sticky toffee pudding and we were all very complimentary. All this washed down very easily with a couple of bottles of yummy cotes de provence rose. It's not the cheapest place but I prefer to pay a bit more for roast beef and get a good quality meat, as here. With regards to paying a service charge for drinks, it is very easy when ordering on the app to remove this charge. Recommended.

Nice pub and good food. Unfortunately our food took more than an hour to come out but credit to the staff; they really took care of us and handled it really well. Not often in the area but would definitely head back to watch sport or for a leisurely Sunday roast.

It is well located to have a lunch close to Battersea Park, I asked the waiter if we could stand outside and she said yes but you had to pay in advance our order, and she insisted again on it, which has offended me somehow, as if I were someone not to be trusted. We order the food and paid it immediately, we found it a little overpriced. The food was nice although the waiter did not turn up back again, probably because she realised she had not been very nice, instead one of her colleagues came up to us and asked if everything was ok trying to sell more things. Finally I would go again but if the same waiter made me again this type of observations I would ask her to call someone else instead to help us.

The lighthouse serves up a delicious Sunday roast, and was dairy-free friendly, which was a big plus! The service was quick, but it’s a popular place so booking in advance is recommended! The best part is, it’s pooch friendly so there was lots of cooing over our new four-legged friends.

A lovely pub with a good atmosphere. The staff are friendly, know their job well and are helpful when needed. The range of beverages is good with plenty of variety that should cater for most tastes. The food is good with a wide range available. There is a lovely garden that is great in the summer months. There are also a couple of covered booths that can be used in any weather. Well worth a visit.

They have extended the eat out to help out through to October end which is great to see. Their was table service and although it too a little time.to be able to order our food when it came it was really nice. The fish and chips was great and crispy, as were the wings! Is a bit pricey for pub/gastro food and the beer was £6.50 but to be fair it was really nice and we left happy!

Pretty good burgers and a cool small garden in the back. The beers' selection isn't that big, yet I believe everyone would be able to find something to their taste. I would definitely be going back and if you're in the area - give them a go, you won't be disappointed.

A lovely local pub. The outdoor space is cute and spacious - they have some of those beach huts which seem so trendy in London pubs at the moment. Went here to watch the quarter final of the England vs Sweden World Cup game and the atmosphere was electric. Customers were friendly and polite towards each other despite it being crowded and hot. I've been here a few times and each time the staff have been wonderful. They're friendly and welcoming, food is delicious and the atmosphere/decor is lovely. Location is just a short walk away from Battersea Park too which is ideal.

This is our local pub so, while we might be more than a bit biased, it really is cracking. The food just gets better and better (we've just been last Tuesday night and enjoyed Crayfish Mac & Cheese - insanely delicious), the craft ales are spot on and the staff are lovely. The Quiz Night on Tuesdays is the best in the area (we've done the research) and the general atmosphere of The Lighthouse is splendid. The decor is incredibly warm yet trendy and you're always in for a friendly welcome. A properly nice local pub in the middle of South London...it's rarer than you might think.

Good food. We had fish and chips, lamb tagine and salmon, all were excellent. Kids menu was overpriced, considering there was no desert. The garden is covered so not really a garden and the furniture is pretty uncomfortable, but still I'd recommend for a family lunch.

This is my favorite pub! Attentive service, large and clean indoor space, large and fun outdoor space, a beautiful building, a diverse menu for a pub with loads of vegetarian and vegan dishes. They organize events and participate in food donations. If you visit Battersea make sure you visit this place.

This place is advertised as a bar/restaurant but it's actually more of a pub. Booked an area for my hen do and i wasn't told the rugby would be playing on their large TVs on the day. Had to endure the sound of screaming men/women. Plus, the "table" service was not very good. Had to call for attention several times even though most of the time they were stood right in front of us. The 12.5% service charge on our pretty large bill was definitely a slap in the face. I paid a £30 refundable deposit which i had to ask for back and we were never greeted when we arrived. The food was good but I don't think I will be returning.

Great as a pub, not good for food . The food used to be quite good but it is now wel below standard for similarly priced food elsewhere. I realise the kitchen is small, so why complicate the menu with dishes that clearly can't be prepared properly in the available facilities. Reasonable drink selection and friendly staff are it's only saving grace these days.

We visited The Lighthouse on Easter Monday with 18 people including a lot of children. Despite there being lots of us and the craziness that comes with having lots of young children, the service was great. The food was also good and we all enjoyed our first, and probably not our last visit, to The Lighthouse.

The choice of real beers can be limited with occasionally only the choice of two. Prices are normal (i.e. not Wetherspoons). Usually only two or sometimes three staff behind the bar and can have to wait a while to get served especially as one is off serving food or something else. As seems the norm now a days there is a mouth-full or three short on the pint. The Pub Quiz on a Tuesday is good, but lacks a music round and has subjective round where teams make something for a 5 point bonus. The result is the best quiz team can lose because their tin foil model wasn't good enough. They do this to stop the same team winning every week. OK but can have the opposite effect if a good team never wins.

Came here after a disappointing lunch at The Latchmere. Having been treated badly there it was lovely to come into the great atmosphere and have friendly service. Adding 12.5% to bill really irks me, though, especially as service was average and we ordered all of our drinks at the bar anyway! If you want me to pay 12.5% extra, just add it to the price in the first place! Doing it this way seems slightly underhand and wrong.
