D. S.Lovely hidden away pub.
As with most pubs in London, gets absolutely packed from about 5pm.
Only issue - which isn't really the fault of the pub - is that smokers stand outside the main entrance, which is on a narrow alleyway. There is an area around the side of the pub that would be better used for a smoking area.
S. H.5*s for the amazing staff member who brought me my bag, halfway across town as I was leaving with my dog - I hadn’t noticed my mini backpack was missing! Such a thoughtful, kind soul! Thanks a lot

I. A.Good pub, well situated & fairly easy to find. plenty of drink options, a decent number of food options.
R. H.There was a good range of beer, the pub is spacious and the bar staff were efficient - there was even table service when we went. But. The music was insanely loud for the time of day and we had to leave to be able to hear each other talk.
I. B.I like Fuller's pubs in general. My recollection of this one is that the beer is expensive. The service is usually pretty good though and the food is good pub grub.
D. T.A delightful place with staff possessing a wicked sense of humour. Good beer and great service. Certainly worth a visit if you are in the City. Lovely people, lovely beer!

A. D.Deceent City boozer offering good pints and nice surroundings to enjoy them in. They even do a bit of table service at busy times
S. B.Very friendly staff, however the deals are slightly misleading when it says "1 kilo of chicken wings plus any 4 beers". Raised the issue, but no luck, ended up paying about an extra tenner.
Other than that issue, lovely place in Central London, we'll worth a visit.

The service tends to be friendly. There is plenty of room to sit or stand both inside and outside. The food is decent, good for a pub lunch. The prices of the drinks are slightly (too) high.

So after a month long refurb, the place looks great. The bar has been made bigger, and completely setup for speed. However there's no sense of urgency from the bar staff even when it's 4 deep with customers.
R. S. (.Good pub for a beer after work, but the acoustics are terrible, you literally can't hear anything being said! Slightly more expensive than the other pubs nearby. Natural Kitchen does a happy hour and probably takes a lot of business between 5-7pm

S. F.Well known, traditional city bar. If you know what that means, then you probably already like or dislike it. If you are a tourist then I wouldn't really recommend it, unless you want to do a sociological observation of City workers after work standing and drinking and talking loudly.
C. H.Nice venue with a pretty standard pub menu. Fish and chips was the order of the day. Fish was a bit on the small side but had a good taste. Chips were nice and there was a decent amount. All in all, worth a visit.

They have a good range if ales on tap, but can run out of the pale ales sadly.
M. J.Big pub which does good food and a range of drinks. On the weekends you can expect to find a mix of people from the City here. It's different than a lot of other pubs around because it's tucked away off the main road.
N. V.Xmas lunch for 45 people went so well, I think this place will become our new favorite! The food was really, really good, the customer service spot on and hospitality out of this world. Cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you Jo and Hayley for making our 2016 Christmas lunch a memorable one for all the right reasons ! :-)
J. S. R.Just came back from lunch for four people. Waitress forgot to register main dish for one of us. Few minutes after the other dishes were served we asked for the missing one. It took another few minutes for them to came up to the conclusion that she forgot to put in the system. When she came to apologize (not very willingly, though) I asked twice, whether the presented waiting time of 5-10 minutes is viable, what she confirmed. 13 minutes later our dishes were finished, missing one has not yet arrived.
We decided to resign from it and asked for the bill - we were informed that the missing dish was excluded from the bill (wow, really?!?) and that we are not being charged for the service.
I'm leaving 3 stars, as I like the food there, I've been there few times already in a much bigger group.
Nonetheless in the future I will ask few times like dumb whether the waitress understood the order and ask her to read back the order (well, she has not write it down, that might be a clue...).
So, if you have plenty of time and want to eat pub food - go there, just make sure your order has been taken properly.
B. N.Good establishment. A bit hidden away but there are plenty of spaces both indoors and outdoors.
R. G.Originally reviewed as 1/5 due to overpricing, but they proactively reached out to me, explained what went wrong, what they're gonna do to fix it and made good on it, so I can't really complain about that!
Assuming this is fixed, which they seem to have made steps to do so, then it's a decent pub! Lots of gins.

D. B.Service was fine, food was actually pretty good, I only had the fish goujons but they were hot and served with a tasty tartar sauce. My friend's burger looked good, he confirmed as much later. Did find it a bit pricy but, given the location, I can't complain.
M. I.October 2016: I wouldn't recommend their braised beef. It was tasteless and chewy. It tasted like very old meet which has been kept in the freezer for a long time. The rest of my colleagues had good meals, hence 3 starts from my perspective.
s. s.excellent service, especially if you reserve an area. They have reduced the range of beer and stouts, not good. food ok, not great. atmosphere very good.
m. s.Only stopped by for a very short time, seems like a very nice place. Seating both indoors and out, prices in line with what I expect from Central London. Can't say I was blown away, but it is a pub so I wasn't quite expecting to be blown away anyway.
L.The CAO of our company was visiting from Boston and wanted to treat the office to drinks and appetisers. I was extremely impressed by the quality of service from the staff. Particularly Amira and Sergio! Throughout the night they were attentive and efficient never too far away if we had a request. All the employees (around 30 people) have been speaking about the service we received.
A huge thank you to them both for all their help! As the coordinator of work socials, there can be a lot to manage when organising work dos which can take away from the enjoyment of the activity. But having staff like Amira and Sergio makes my job so much easier, and allows me to enjoy the night along with my colleagues.
Again, a massive thank you to them both!!
R. N.Nothing special about this place except for the available space in and around the pub. But it was way too crowded to my taste. Maybe service would be faster if there wasn't this amount of crazy crowd blocking the bar.
