Reviews of The Victoria Dalston

Great place! Went there this Sunday with a bunch of mates, a mix of meaties and veegies, and had the best roasts all round. Absolutely massive, with great bloody Mary's to complement 😏 lovely staff, we could book a table and the outdoor smoking area was nice too. Gets sunny in the afternoon. Loved it! Will be back!

Lovely music pub in Dalston. The bar staff were friendly though the prices were on the high side. They also offer a food offering which seemed popular. When I visited you needed a covid pas to get in which was a surprise.
The music room had good sound and the lighting was fine as well. There was also a spacious merch area too
The gents were very cramped and ladies were queuing to get in which suggests perhaps they needed to improve this aspect of the venue.
Overall pretty good.

Great pub with a separate room for live music.
Went on Friday to see 3 acts. Free but required to book. Great music - new talent. Acts start just after 8pm and goes on til about 10.30. Each act performs for about 30 minutes.
The beers are a bit on the pricey side but it’s no more than normal London prices.
Very good service, great ambiance and highly recommended

Very cool & trendy pub with friendly staff, a youngish mixed crowd, and a good selection of drinks. Features a 'secret' door through a bookcase that leads into a grungy back room for music gigs - which are regular and good, save for the lack of fans to offset collective body heat. Overall, a totally awesome pub that deserves respect & praise.

Great venue, good beer

One of my top favourite pubs in Dalston if not London in general. Great interior and love their outside area as well, pretty decent selection of beers and the food i’ve tried was really tasty. Cool place to go for a few pints w friends

🍺 £4.95 Milk Lager
❤️ This was my second from last boozer on a monster crawl around N1 & E8, so I was feeling a bit worse for wear but decided to give the @victoriadalston a visit. It’s a nice sized pub that has a very chilled atmosphere with its candle lit tables and low lit lighting. The bar here is a horseshoe which has been lovingly maintained from days gone by and reminds me of my Dads first pub which was only a stones throw from here. I ordered a pint of Milk lager on recommendation from the girl behind the bar and what a great beer and for under a fiver! This boozer is synonymous with hosting live music for up and coming bands, I looked around the pub thinking where would they put a stage or where would you put a band? Then right next to my table I was pleasantly surprised as the bookcase opened to reveal a stage and standing area, nice touch. The clientele were a younger crowd and regardless of this I didn’t feel out of place or not accepted, that with me careering towards 50.
.
The Victoria is a traditional pub with a modern twist and well worth a visit.

Love this place. Quality local brews, nice and welcoming staff (including the security!), outdoor space, nice decor with comfy sofas and nice sized dance floor. Excellent event calendar too.
