Went for lunch today with my son & husband. The Feathers was very clean and the staff were welcoming, helpful, attentive and very friendly. Channell, our waitress, went above and beyond to make sure our meal was satisfactory and our experience was enjoyable. The food was hot and delicious! And the desserts .....we're absolutely to die for ! Incredibly reasonably priced and good portion sizes. We'll definitely visit again and from our experience, would recommend the feathers as a great place to eat out.

Cheap and cheerful. Staff friendly. Food is good for the amount you pay for it. Place could do with a bit of clean but I would go back. Plenty of space and nice outside area. Overall a good place for a quick bite to eat at lunchtime.

What a welcome surprise, when it came to our food. All the dishes we had were tasty, fresh and hot. Also, the staff were friendly and helpful. Our only, minor, criticism was our table was a little sticky, otherwise a good choice.

Once again an amazing meal at the Feathers, my little boy asked to go as a birthday treat and the lady who served us (Rebecca) couldn’t of been more kinder or gone out of her way to make it any more special for him. Bit expensive for what is very similar to a Wetherspoon or other chain pub. I wouldn’t say it’s remarkable, nor does it let you down. It’s in the Lockmeadow cinema complex of Maidstone, so you’ll need to walk or pay for parking until later in the evening.

Only complaint was that the steak and ale pie was very hot.... way too hot than it should be.... and burnt the roof of my mouth and throat, blistering it then peeling. We visited The Feathers today the girl on the entrance ( bless her explained about the lack of options available) we choose still to eat here as was our first visit. The overall service was good, however the building and the toilets look a bit neglected and need some tlc, however we will visit again in the spring/summer as they have a large outside area

Went here for a bite to eat before cinema, so I'll start with bad points waited an hour for our mains. But in there defence they seemed busy with a flow of food leaving the kitchen. The food it self was nice and you can tell it was cooked fresh. Unfortunately I wanted a dessert but was no time left as needed to see a film. May be greene King can let managers put on the app if there is a delay in food as obviously ordering from the app it doesn't tell you. Keep up good work as food is getting better here.

EDIT: I've spoken to the manager, Cassy, who has also experience poor service from Just-Eat. Amazingly, they are offering compensation for another company's poor service. I look forward to eating there once again. **Original message below** I ordered two meals from Feathers through the Just-Eat app, 1.5 hours later I received half a portion of one of the meals and nothing else. I contacted Just Eat who refused to have the missing items delivered, only offering £20 credit. This did not cover the full cost of the order so I asked for a full refund to my credit card which they have refused.

Great place for a brilliant meal good atmosphere playing great music. Food was hot and delicious and plenty of it. I was not expecting much as my partner and I had been here before over a year ago and we didn't rate it as very good or a nice place to eat but we were both very surprised and impressed. My partners sister booked the table here for our usual 'get to gether' with my partners siblings and their partners there was 7 of us on this Friday and everyone of us enjoy the food the atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. We didn't have to wait for too long for the food to come either. A great time had by all of us.

Been coming here for a couple of years now,both for the food and to drink. I am a wheelchair user and the facilities are very disabled friendly. There is a lift to the bar and the disabled toilet is always kept clean and accessible. The staff are always polite and patient with me (i also have speech difficulties) which makes me feel comfortable here. The barman,Jay, always greets me with a smile and is very accommodating,which means a lot to me.

Booked a table for 7 o'clock and turned up to a quiet restaurant, which was surprising as we came here because we were told the food was decent and cheap. OK so half an hour later it started to get fairly busy. The food was delivered promptly (obviously got in before the jam) and was fairly good, steaks cooked as requested however the dish from the "classic" portion of the menu was quite small and would not do an adult. Can't comment on the other dishes from that part of the menu but wouldn't expect any difference. As others have said the staff are helpful and friendly, no issues there. The place also seems excellently priced for both breakfast and Sunday roast (as per the pics I added) Overall cheap compared to other places but the quality did not suffer because of it. 4 out of 5 stars due to being out of lasagne (my kids usual dish) and well I've not been back for breakfast yet :)

Having visiting every Monday for three years our previous visit ended with our party of 4 adults and 2 children walking out. This visit after 4 weeks was made interesting by lack of full menu, a IPA shady could not be made due to staff lack of experience. Food was of a good quality, new young male staff being trained made every effort to make our visit a good one. Issues of lack of staff needs reviewing. Thank you.

Very busy with free for all on tables. Service was relatively quick and staff are polite and friendly. Foodwise the pizza burrito and burgers were very nice but the steak was very poor the sizzling plate lead to the steak becoming overcooked past type of steak asked for. Probably come back but avoiding steaks.

Feathers is a fab place for a meal with family , you can get great big meals here like steak and other meat in a huge amount for a meal for like 8 pound , a real bargain going there , serves beer coke orange and loads more , real comfortable place . A must go when you want bowling trampolining for kids or even a cinema morning night or afternoon . 👍🏽😁

We went to Feathers for a Quiz night with our friends. We had a really lovely evening, the quiz was really good fun, you used an I Pad to enter your answers and you had 10 seconds to answer. We also had something to eat there and you could get two meals for £9.99, the food was lovely . We would definitely go back there

Been eating here for a while now was lovely at first but not too good now think staff have changed can order and pay on app on phone which is such a good idea, been quite a few times where we have ordered/paid and the waitress has told us about 15 mins later that items are out of stock and offered an extra corn instead of chicken strips which is not anywhere near the same or equal or have had to reorder something we didnt want due to other food not being available, staff need to learn to smile and be more polite not brilliant, we go to tiger moth rochester which has the same flaming grill menu sports TVs and nice staff ect
