The place is located at Deansgate, and is easy to find. Lots of guests. Nice bar, friendly staff, and clean toilets. Just one big issue. They don't serve ANY food, not even snacks to eat with the alcohol.

Loved it! Brilliant choice of cocktails. Music was spot on and plenty of space to dance. Wasn't overcrowded which was a nice change but don't know if that was due to Covid restrictions or if that's how many they normally let in. Staff were very good, wiping down tables, collecting empties, cleaning the restroom etc. Would definitely return next time we're in Manchester.

10/10 - I organised a close friend’s birthday party here as a last minute option as we lost our tickets to a live event. It was so, so much fun - great music, delicious drinks, easy-going vibe, and the service was fantastic. My friends and I weren't sure where to go to for drinks during bank holiday weekend so we had a little walk down Deansgate and passed Be At One and we were greeted by the lovely Ruby who managed to arrange a table for 6 of us last minute on a busy evening and made sure we got table service. We had a great night out dancing to 90s hits and the cocktails were flowing This will definitely be a staple venue on my list of places to go to for drinks/a night out and we will be visiting again. A very enjoyable experience and thank you to Ruby for sorting us out. 5/5 stars

The staff was not that friendly in fact I just asked about happy hour being two for one and was told in a stroppy voice yes. Considering they don't explain that clearly not really a reason to be stroppy about it. Having been to numerous ones this is by far the worst for service

We went here for my birthday with my friends. Good food and not too expensive. Not a very large menu but we all ordered different dishes and we all liked it. They do a champagne fountain which we didn't get to try because they have to be pre-order apparently. Gutted! But nice place if you enjoy dinner with some loud-ish/lively music.

My first time at the Living Room. A group of us went in the evening after work for dinner. As we went on a Monday it was relatively quiet. The food and service was excellent. Prices will depend on what you have to eat and how many drinks are purchased but our party averaged just over £25 each for a main course, dessert, drink and coffee/ tea each. I had a Chicken Caesar Salad for my main course and the Cheese Board for dessert.

This is one of my favourite place to go. The cocktails are so good and the music is amazing. My only disappointment last night was the way the staff treated us before we were due to leave our table. At least 5 different people came over to remind us the table was required, which we were going to vacate with no problem. The male member of staff became quite aggressive in his manner when speaking to my wife which was unnecessary. This unfortunately ruined our experience of what is normally one of our favourite bars to go to in Manchester.

A very impressive cocktail menu. They all sound incredible and are reasonably priced. The interior is beautiful and their spirit collection is vast, meaning it will suit everyone's taste. It is the most welcoming of venues in Manchester, but if you want a nice drink in a beautiful environment, then it is a bar for you. They also serve soft drinks and coffees. Large venue, so can host larger groups also.

It’s rare you feel like you’re in a quality establishment with people who actually care about there job anymore. You can tell from the vibe and the professionalism of the team there that they truly care about their trade and they knew it well. Our bartender Kyle (the one with glasses) made us feel welcome from the get go and made great recommendations to me. Had a great night and it’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer. Would highly recommend to any looking for a drink in the area.

Love it here! The bar is tucked away on a back street so doesn’t attract all the idiots. Music is old school- Proud Mary, Living on a Prayer, that kind of thing. Atmosphere is great, staff dancing in the bar, 2-1 deals on cocktails. Good time guaranteed. All ages go here.

We had a private room for a hen party. Food and drinks were served promptly. All the food was delicious. The menu gave plenty of scope for all tastes. Miraculously there were no complaints. You would usually expect a few with a party of over 20. The waitress was very patient and helpful.

Hostess here was amazing and really looked after us. It was a really busy night when we went and felt the bar was understaffed as at times we were waiting quite a long time to order which was a shame as we have always had really good customer service at the old site. Cocktails were nice.

Had a great lunch today! The staff was great, relaxed and easy to talk to. We ordered a camembert starter to share and seafood linguine and fish and chips for our mains. My linguine was a little bit lacking in flavour and sauce, but the fish and chips was amazing! Light and fluffy batter on the fish and perfect chips! Would definitely recommend!

I go here for cocktails at least a couple of times a month. The staff are always friendly and they let you know which offers are on (there are usually offers midweek) and we had a really friendly guy who advised us of a new cocktail to try called a Godfather (with JD instead of Scotch whisky) we tried it and are forever grateful as it’s amazing! We’ve eaten there too and I can say the burgers are absolutely delicious! They do very good offers there too with meal deals on starters and mains if select dishes. There’s always a great atmosphere and I go back time and time again.

Me and my girlfriend decided to eat and drink here on a Monday evening, the service was excellent with the waiter regularly topping us up or asking how it was, the food and cocktails we had were delicious,considering it was a Monday evening the atmosphere was fairly decent. I arrived at 5.15pm and was told there was a delay as they had been catering for a private party. I was offered a table in the bar area but this is not what I wanted - I had booked a table in the restaurant for dinner - I was eventually seated at 6pm 🤔🤔 Whilst my husband enjoyed his meal which was the cod, I did not - I found the burger dry and over cooked. I did provide feedback at the restaurant and was asked what can they do ? What was I supposed to say - customer service is about them telling me what they can do. Disappointing as the experience did not live up to my expectations. 😥😥 Rating: 3

I found this place in an article on google was was pleasantly surprised on my first visit. The location is quite hidden, but the cocktail menu is amazing and it's buy one get one free, with any cocktail you could ever think of. The Bueno cocktail and amaretto sours were fab and only £7 for two which is a bargain for manchesters prices. The room is too dark to see the menu, so we had to use our phone lights, but the music was bang on and the staff were very friendly.

Visited last night for their Opening Night with a friend, greeted very well by the door men enquired whether we were on the guest list or not which we were and advised to mention Reception. Once in down the spiralling stairs (making sure that you keep to one side!!) greeted by the young lady at reception and mentioned that we were on the guest list and was told just to go through!!. Couldn't quite understand the point of advertising if you wanted to be on Guest List to email through date of attending and how many will be in your party. I did receive a very prompt response next day confirming "looking forward to seeing you there". Good atmosphere, music (could do with just lowering a touch for the size of the area....but hey that might be just down to age!!), surroundings, Security very unobtrusive (an incident did take place and the two guys dealt with it very well, you would not have noticed if you were not sat 'people watching'....very friendly bar staff... Staff very friendly even the floor staff came over and introduced themselves with a friendly handshake and asked whether we were enjoying the night...regarding the cocktails more than enough to choose from if you're a drinker; even though my friend and I do not drink this is one of the better menus (still room for more though!) that I have seen for 'non-drinkers' for a long time. We did plan on working our way through them all seeing as we did peruse the menu for the last few weeks but only managed a few...... save the others for the next visit.. All in all, we had a good night and definitely would recommend... even stayed out longer than we expected to...
