Reviews of BrewDog Manchester

Excellent stay!
We opted for the Topdog package and we didn't regret it. From our complimentary welcome drinks, Beer School, evening meal to the Beer on Tap in our room and the Shower Beers and not forgetting the fabulous Breakfast. Nothing to fault at all. It's a must for those who appreciate great Beer or those who are curious to learn more. All staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful.
K. J.
Lovely place, nice and chilled venue when i went in. We sat on the upper floor at a booth. Staff were absolutely lovely and funny really made the stay feel welcomed. I had a burger and chips with dessert after. I absolutely love the deep fried oreos cannot recommend them enough thank you 😁🧡🍔🍟🍩
D. A.
Standard selection of brewdog beers, staff inside were friendly and handling the busy Friday evening very well... However.. they NEED new bouncers. Seriously hostile and rude for absolutely no reason to my sister because she had a backpack. Shouted at a few people who were patiently waiting in front of us too. They seemed to be antagonistic to cause a problem just for the sake of it. They damage the venues image..

Been drinking Brewdog for a while now so decided it being my Birthday I'd go!! Had an amazing night. The IPA's just as you expected. Got free Birthday drink, some amazing whisky tasters and some of the classics along with the rocket fuel stouts. Not many places offer a try before you buy these days but BrewDog do and if it wasn't for that service, you get the chance to try one and if you like it you go all out. The staff were amazing, the manageress with the glasses was brilliant and the lad with the tea cosy on his head ( no offence ) think his name was callum was a genuine guy who knew what he was talking about and his recommendations he hit the nail on the head knowing the types I liked. That was proper service. Cheers guy's 🍻 we will be back.
R. K.
Popped in for a drink on the way past.
The staff were absolutely lovely. Super friendly and really genuine with plenty of knowledge about their products (beers gins etc)
Just wanted to say a big thanks to the staff who were there as people don't often get much positive feedback and they all deserve it.
Cheers 👍
L. X.
Super friendly service, nice vegan food (so many choices!) and we got the cutest dog biscuits ❤️ absolutely love it, especially after checking out few other places that wouldn't even let us in with a dog and here he received such a warm welcome from the staff
M. R.
Friendly staff, choice of seating. Not busy and was served promptly. Lots of beer choices and nice food, cheese board was great value for money. Nice interior design and great location for venturing to nearby watering holes.
L. W.
Visited here multiple times and always had a fantastic experience. Quality beers too!
'. F.
First time at a Brew Dog, we had the beer flights and the veggie sharer. The beer was amazing, dead pony was my favorite, and Louise was a fantastic server, highly recommended
S. S.
Great place with great beer and great staff! Airways find a friendly atmosphere when I stop in here, and the beer selection never fails to impress! Easy to get to, just a short walk from the St Peters Square tram stop
B. D.
What’s happening with the burger prices?!? Are you joking? 😅 £17-18 for burger “only” (vegi or not)….
That’s a note here BrewDog will have to change their food pricing policy - I missed hanging out there but can’t have my meal there anymore.
K. C.
Fantastic as always! It was the first BrewDog bar I visited back in 2012 and it’s still one of my favourite. The original staff are long gone but the current staff are equally as friendly and helpful.
There is a good selection of both BrewDog beer and guest beer both on tap and in bottles/cans and a great selection of spirits and wine.
The food is as amazing as the beer and has a good selection of veggie/vegan options, too as well as monthly specials.
It can get busy at peak times so I’d recommend booking a table in advance - especially if you want to get something to eat.
I haven’t tried it myself, but I believe they have phone charging facilities and free wi-fi.
D. S.
Went for breakfast instead of having breakfast at our hotel.it was great, I had the American breakfast and my husband had the vegan one . definitely worth it. Also Craig who worked at the doghouse was very helpful when I wanted to purchase a tee shirt. Thanks 👍
M. O. T. M.
This place is nice and its full of craft beer, mainly Brewdog stuff. At least 17 beers on tap. Not my thing tho. I like a place with some cask options and with a bit more of a down to earth apmosphere. This is a bit comercial feeling as far as craft beer goes. They do food also at around £9 a burger. Tiny writing on the menus. I struggled with excellent vision, lol. In a good location so if your passing and want some strong hoppy beer then try this place. Nice tunes, Chilled alternative indie when i visited
S. R.
Always good, always Brew Dog.
House beers and great guest beers; with the option to take a selection of freshly canned draft.
If you're hungry they also have you covered with amazing buffalo wings, burgers and more. As well as catering to the animal product adverse.
If the time is right you can also become a share holders and currently recive a host of benefits instantly. Depending on how much you invest it's 5% off in bar, 10% online and more the more you invest. Proper shares for proper adults!
Oh and they have merch.
J. A.
Gorgeous truffle oil chips !! Great drinks choice. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Bit chilly with air con on
M. C.
Truffle fries are the best fries ive ever eaten and the lamb tandoori burger is spot on
D. B.
Very friendly staff, great chicken wings and of course beers. Another visit is defiantly on the cards
R. J.
Great location. Maybe a 10 minutes walk from Deansgate station. Friendly, knowledgeable bar staff and an excellent range of their own and guest beers, either on tap, or to take out.
G. S.
Nice meal with family
M. S.
Amazing setup and wonderful place to relax and enjoy a beverage. Multiple options on draught or in bottles. Food is available if you have time for a bite to eat. Well worth the visit and would recommend for all.
D. H.
They tend to overcharge on beers other craft venues in Manchester offer for sometimes half the price. But the food is good and as is the beer (if overpriced).
J. B.
We came here for drinks post lockdown there was lots of sanitizer available and they had track and trace. The drinks were ordered via an app I had the punk IPA and my partner had the lone wolf gin. The bill came to £11.
C.
Came in yesterday for my fellas birthday and we did the wings Wednesday and had a few drinks to go with it.
We often come in when we go Manchester as the beers are great (both Brewdog and guest beers) and the atmosphere is amazing.
The staff are fabulous, chatty and knew their stuff. I also want to point out (with the current sitch going on) the place was very clean and you could see the staff being extra vigilant with cleaning, wiping down tables and door handles.
J. G.
Really nice food and of course their drink. Is pricey though hence why the stars are 3. Worth the odd visit.
D. S.
Amazing food and amazing characters coming in and out, these guys also sell some of the best beers around with the crazy names for them.
P.
BrewDog are always consistently good. I would like the style (IPA, Saison etc..) listed next to the guest beers to make choosing easier - the guy behind the bar seemed unsure about a couple of them.
S. R.
Nice bar with a great range of good, proper, beer. I visited on a Friday evening and the bar was busy, but service was fast and easy. The stairs are quite long to the upstairs seating area so you'll not be wanting to have too many pints if you're prone to falling down stairs when drunk! The outdoor seating area was big enough for plenty of people. Well worth a visit especially if you like beer.
A. R.
Bit cold outside but when we moved in all good. Excellent beer.
R. P.
Nice vibe, but wetting the glasses before pouring the beer meant a flat pint, shame as flavour was nice.
s. m.
Nice friendly bar Great Beers well worth a visit 🍺🍺
M. C.
Great to drink your favorite Brew Dog beers straight from the tab. Luscious beer becomes even better! Looks hip too. There was a good DJ playing his own tunes when I was there. Late at night it does descent into 'just another pub' though, and it is expensive, guess that's the downside of success...
S. M.
Great beer selection, good city centre location, food menu could do with more options
S. G.
Apparently drinks OK
Ladies toilet didn't have locks on them
Several members of staff just standing about
Have been taken to 6 different Brew Dogs before all the others rated Good to Excellent
This is at the bottom no.7
R. T.
Turned up for winged Wednesday (having booked in advance and had friends visiting) and they ran out of wings. They offered to send us to the other Brewdog which was nice of them but was an 18 minute walk away. They apologised and offered our drinks for free which we appreciated - hence the 4 stars!
J. C.
As you expect of a BrewDog bar, lots of craft beer on tap and in bottles, from their own range and fast changing guest brewers. And dont forget the good food.
Updated : watchout when you pay by card, had now afew times that I was over charged (£28.00 instead of £18.00) and when you say something about it does the staff just walks away. but when they charge you £1
.00 instead of £10.00 and you are kind enough to let them know are they fast enough to charge you the rest.
J. B.
Excellent beer, staff knowledgeable and helpful. It is kitted out in the usual BD manner.
It's not just for trendy hipsters ,the Thursday lunchtime clientele consist of quite a few not in their first flush of youth, just people who appreciate good beer.
Still excellent 20180208
Y. H.
Love it! And so does our dog! 🐶😊👍 seriously though, staff are great and the beer is good.
S. O.
Amazing place, been here so many times, nice staff, amazing beer, many might complain over the cost, but it's definitely worth it for great craft beer (not just by BrewDog) 🍻😁
R. A.
Nice welcoming staff, Covid safe and great fresh pints. I had the gluten free Kingpin pilsner! We will be back 🍻🍻🍻🍺🍺🍺
P. W.
fantastic beer with fantastic service. wide selection of craft beer including BrewDog classics and a selection of guest beers. I noticed several people sitting near to me ordering non alcoholic beers and soft drinks so there is something for everyone. I will definitely drink there again when I visit Manchester.
D. W.
If you love craft beer, there's no better place! Foods on point as well, especially if you like spicy.
W. A.
Lovely place, great staff. Chilled atmosphere and great beer.
Not much else to say really
J. M.
A return to the very first BrewDog I ever ventured into. Still great. 👍
A.
Interesting pub with a fun atmosphere and a diverse range of beer. They offer an interesting array of food items and desert items. Their burgers looked scrumptious and their fried oreos are choice. I enjoy the atmosphere of the place and the energy that they foster. They have ales, sours and many other beers from different regions. They are skillful beer crafters that are worth a visit. The price isn't great, so it may not be worth staying the whole night unless you are particularly interested in trying exotic meals. Lastly, their service was quite slow, even ludicrously slow. It took nearly 40 mins to bring us our oreos. Overall, it's a nice place that is a bit more expensive and is geared more towards the beer connoisseur than the average Brit.
B. Q.
Beer. Loads of it. Proper beer. 5 stars for anyone who likes an independent smaller scale brewery with really really good quality beers. Food too, but didn't bother..too many other temptations. 5 stars..no doubt. Excellent staff and considerate covid protection.
B. J.
Great little spot full of tempting craft beers from souurs to stouts or hazy/IPA they have got you covered 👍
J. H.
Nice place as always, plenty to choose from in terms of drinks. A broader range of alcohol-free drinks is important.
One negative thing we did note was that we couldn't order drinks at the bar.
Most of us didn't want to order on the app or website. We're going in and out to use the restrooms anyways so why can't we order directly?
Please don't hide behind COVID-19 restrictions because there is no law requiring you not to serve your customers who are already on the premises.
Not to sound negative but aside from that it's a nice place.
M.
Nice bar, plenty of space. Good selection of ales, various strengths.
A. A.
Do you like good food? Beer? Do you have a dog? This is the place for you. They have vegan and veg options too (Vegan Monday’s!)
The staff is awesome. All around a great place to go for a casual meal.
S. P.
If you love craft beets then this place is a must. The beer is awesome, the staff friendly the food scrumptious. Great place to spend the afternoon...
D. S.
Photo from outpost - thought I’d go and make 100% sure you weren’t open. Still missing your sweet beers 👌🏻 they just aren’t the same at home. See you after lockdown #wewillmeetagain
e. s.
Amazing place! It’s our first time visiting Manchester and this place made our day. Great food, great service, we will be back very soon :)
j. n.
First time in brewdog and amazing food , would definately go again
E.
Good beer variety and food is ok. Can get busy but I always managed to find a table. Staff is very friendly too.
P. B.
Brewdog innit, you know what you’re going to get.
But if not, recommend the Punk IPA or Elvis Juice 🕺🏼
Fairly hefty prices but you pay for quality and location.
Always knowledgeable and friendly staff on hand to offer you samples of anything you would like to try.
A. B.
Great beer as always. Very good tasty well cooked burger. Music was a bit intrusive.
C. H.
Wing Wednesday is now an official staple for my life ahead. Loved it
T. W.
Good beers and ales, nice atmosphere. Not a stuck-up wine bar like most places. Get yourself here.
C. C.
Nice place. Decent food. Decent drinks
N. H.
Fab little Brewdog. Stopped off for drinks and brunch on a Saturday and it was fantastic. Great service too
H. A.
Accessible place, made with love and warm with its customers. I don't drink beer, I had a London vodka, but my friends got excited.
B. F.
Great for craft beers. Chill atmosphere. Friendly staff.
S.
Seating outside is cosy and a great view opposite of the peterloo massacre red plaque.
K. P.
Nice bar with a large selection of beers to choose from and nice food. There's a pretty good vegan menu too, the vegan wings are amazing but sooooo spicy! Staff are always friendly and they've taken social distancing measures and implemented them well too.
M. J.
Lively Brewdog pub in central Manchester. The usual wide range of beer not cheap though. Seating upstairs and outside the pub
M. C.
Awesome Scottish craft beer, served by friendly helpful staff. A must visit
M. B.
Am big fan of BrewDog. This place was for me more turist place than real bar. But beers were great and you have always wide option.
N. K.
Never been in there but but but my friends tell me, it is a lovely place for food, they do vegetarian food, staffs are really helpful, if your planning to stay here for a while then get ready to pay for parking :(
J. N.
BrewDog is BrewDog... is BrewDog.
What I mean by that is that this review is highly subjective. Chances are if you will like BrewDog, you're already a fan. If you just had your first craft beer and you want to try more however, then BrewDog is a solid way to get stuck in and the Manchester bar is great. Friendly staff, chilled vibes and close to everything else. Seating is very limited during COVID outdoor only seating right now, but I've yet to find myself waiting long.
The food is excellent, however a bit on the pricy side and as nice as it is, it's hard to justify paying so much - especially if you're going to try a £10+ beer.
I like IPA, but my weakness is chocolate stouts and BrewDog absolutely delivers at the moment. As well as many tasty guest stouts, they have their own - Choco Libre and Layer Cake. Layer Cake is chocolate and marshmallow and it's a MUST try.
In short, check BrewDog Manchester out!
M. M.
Still one of the best Brewdog bars in the UK with a Brilliant range of craft from around the country and world.
S. J.
The beer is good enough and the staff are friendly but something's just off about it and the music's rubbish. It isn't what it used to be - there's much better places to go these days.
M. B.
Absolutely beautiful. Amazing beer every time without fail. Blackout cake stout was lethal but packing a lot of flavour. All round fantastic
I. C.
Great beer and food. I need a brewdog closer to my home town!
G. C.
Really helpful staff. Very knowledgeably
C. A.
Love it.....!! This place is so cool. Funky design, great atmosphere and a great choice of quality drinks. They even cater for vegans and veggies. There is seating on the ground floor around the bar are and also have a type of upper area with balcony overlooking the bar. I'm coming here with a few friends for my birthday soon.
K. N.
Excellent beer, good food, nice clever staff
S. S.
Friendly Staff. Great Beer. Brilliant relaxed atmosphere what's not to love.
Z. L.
Really enjoy this place. It gets a little crowded at times but otherwise the beer is great as is the food. Have heard rumours that they will have to re locate but still happy to support the brand and drink the beer. Good location for other parts of manchester central. If you can get a seat upstairs then go for it as it's a bit quieter.
T. P.
Nice place to hang around in evening with friends for couple of drinks
Great selection of beers
Will recommend for it Beer lovers
See you there soon till then......CHERRS !!!
T. L. F.
Amazing experience today, so covid safe. The staff (lady with blue hair and man with long beard) were so friendly.
The are so friendly and professional, we will definitely be coming back.
T. S.
I poped in the brewdog in the middle of sightseeing for lunch.
I was happy to drink beer at the home country of bar/beer. Really enjoyed drinking. But I felt something storange as a tourist because here is the scotish brewery in Manchester;-p
I love that they call a signature beer as headliner!!
R. A.
Great bar with excellent beers. There's plenty of seats in brewdog both outside and inside, the staff are happy to offer suggestions and let you try samples to get you the right beer. Personally I like Jet black heart a delicious dark beer and you can't go wrong with Punk IPA
The bar is well located and offers food,. facilities are fine.
G. C.
Stopped here for a couple of drinks on a night out, really good vibe and the burgers are ace, wasn’t that busy when we went either, there is a small out door drinking and eating area for those hot summer nights too
A. N.
Consistently good quality beers with some interesting styles usually on offer. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Premium pricing but not noticeably more expensive than most craft beer taprooms. Some reasonable food offers ( 2-4-1 vegan meals on Mondays, all you can eat buffalo wings for £10 on Wednesdays).
Niche appeal has suffered as a result of the craft beer boom and many of the core beers being available in supermarkets. As a result a visit doesn't feel as special, which is a bit of a shame.
S. A.
Great beer, great food. Would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the hipsters and the prices.
a. p.
Top beer top night...pqnther x is a must the night before any big event the next day! ;) 👌🍻
J. W.
This is a great independent bar. Brewdog have gotten enormous lately, so it's hard to classify as craft beer any more, but still fantastic! They have a big variety of beers on tap which change regularly and they also have a really good food menu which incorporates offers and a decent selection of vegan/vegetarian options.
J. N.
Great bar with fantastic brews. A must visit in Manchester or any city you visit if it's lucky enough to have one.
F.
I had a variety of different beverages recommended by the staff. I came out of the pub really loving the Juicy IPA ... It was very smooth and full of flavour! My childhood friend from Ireland has just set up his own brewery back in Ireland and he was with me .. he loved the selection and got some inspiration from the drinks we tried :)
J. W.
Great chain with an excellent selection of beers. The atmosphere is chilled and the buffalo chicken wings are clucking amazing.
Beers £5-6 a pint and the sharer wings platter was a little on the small side for the £12 pricetag. Overall delicious, but a bit pricey
K. T.
This place is great the selection of good and unique craft beer here is pretty unmatched. I'm never disappointed with the drinks. I also have tried the vegan options. They where really tasty and go perfect with the drinks, great place to chill out.
A. C.
We have made Brew Dog part of our regular stop when visiting Manchester now due to the variety of beers. It is a bit pricey. Good atmosphere. Can get very busy in the late afternoon. Food on offer but never eaten here.
J. E. C. R.
Great beers and good atmosphere to spend a rainy day in Sunday morning in MCR . Table games available
S. C.
Probably one of the most expensive spots for a beer in town. Average price of a drink here (that could be either a pint or 1/3 of a pint) is £5.20 (we did the maths). My 5am Saint that I ordered was £5.45 a pint.
The beer, is good, I can't say otherwise. The service is well trained and with a smile. However the atmosphere lacks any buzz as people stare at their laptops or choice of beer with stale indignation.
Overall - could do better.
C. D.
Very trendy. Primarily aimed at bearded thirty-something hipsters. Alright as bars go, but gets very busy. The alcoholic ginger beer sounded promising, but if there was ginger in it, I couldn't tell. I like my ginger beer fiery. This was as fiery as a cheap disposal BBQ on a damp afternoon.
L. A.
Great beer and a lot of choices. Burgers are a bit above average for pubs usual quality. The decorations are awesome in my opinion. I had high expectations coming as I read the good rating, I am not disappointed. Great place, deserves it's rating.
K. B. R.
Drinks were lush, and the menu thankfully has a few vegan options. Sweet potato fries were a very good call. Seitan burger was okay but a little bland to me, but overall a good experience. Would definitely return to try the other vegan options, and beers of course.
T. B.
2nd visit: went just for drinks. Was really relaxed experience and was lots of fun. Nice outside seating in the sun. Great beer to experience here and try. Well worth a visit.
1st choice visit: Went here for the beer tasting. Which was good fun. Had 5 1/3s. The lady doing the session explained things well. Tho did not know much about the cheese that was ment to be done with it. (No idea why they have decided to do cheese with the beer tasting!) Overall good beer and good experience.
R. M.
Went in yesterday with my sister and the drinks we had was nice plenty to choose from and takeaway aswell. The staff were plesent and the place had a nice atmosphere. love the deers head on the wall too
D. S.
Good pint and friendly staff.
D. T.
Had a good night here. A wide variety of beers available, and a really friendly bartender who was happy to offer advise and samples to taste before ordering. I did order food and enjoyed the taste of the burger that I had ordered, but portions were really small. At nearly £10 for a burger and fries I would have expected a substantially larger portion. I would certainly return, but can't see myself choosing to eat there again. You can do so much better for food within just a few minutes walk.
k. m.
Pleasent experience over all for an hour. Good music and lots of craft beers and good offers. Although at points alot of very young people being checked for ID. Good to see pleasent bouncers doing their job. Generally nice atmosphere for the hour I spent there
P. C.
Was in for a "beer and cheese" deal. Way more than we expected. A guy called Dev looked after us superbly. Very comfortably talked through the beers. Excellently pitched and great fun. Was a birthday gift but assured great value. Excellent all round.
G.
Nice chilled vibe in both Brewdog bars in MCR. Staff all seem to have good knowledge and interest in craft beer.
T. B.
If you like your craft beers you need to try this place. Along with their own beers they sell lots of other speciality beers and ones you won't find in your average bar. If you're not a beer lover there's still other drinks so don't be put off by that. Nice atmosphere and a cool interior and often some cool music playing. The bar staff certainly know their stuff about the drinks they sell.
M. D.
Good for beers before gigs at the Albert hall, nice relaxed place. Real ale drinkers seem very happy with the selection, but lager drinkers (me!) have a choice of just one fairly horrid draft. There's some nice bottled stuff, but you'll pay for it.
S. E.
Always friendly in here. Staff know their stuff and are happy to help you out. Say what you like about the owners of the company, but they know what they are doing with their beer.
Decent food (burgers and hot dogs), they cater for Vegans with both their beer and food too if you are that way inclined..
Boars games and a pinball machine top the experience off..
L. S.
Had the most amazing time this year visiting Manchester for the Christmas market and after spending a lot of money down there we decided to go for a few drinks. Low and behold we ended up here and we had an absolute hoot. Drinking top beers with a game of Jenga, great company, lovely staff and music very much of our taste. Even the toilets impressed me with the marvel wall paper! Fabulous
A. C.
Great beers and service! No matter how busy you get served quick and get great advice from the staff. Sadly don't get caught short as the toilets make motorway services look luxurious. Even the disabled toilet is used as a store room for excess stock. Come on BrewDog get it sorted!
S. H.
This is a franchised national bar and sells craft beers and ales. The price is reasonable. They do very good stouts which taste like coffee mixed with Guinness. The bar is situated near the Casino and other locals bars near Deansgate. It also very close to the town hall and other hotels such as the Midland, the Clientele are relaxed and friendly.
L. T.
I love go to this bar. It is smaller than I like but the layout is done well. I like to sit up stairs, on the four tables there, there is a service now button, giving you table service.
Prices can appear steep but then some are very strong. Very strong!
The staff are fairly good too. A lot can guide you through the beers and suggest one.
P. D.
It's a nice bar for beer lovers, as it guests the wide variety of Scottish beers of Brewdog, as well as some other brands.
If you are looking forward to try several beers they have small sizes (1/3, 1/2 and 2/3 pints), although the prices are expensive for most of the options available.
In my visit the service was quite nice and helpful, willing to explain every aspect of the beers of our choice.
N. N.
I've been here a few times now and make a point of going whenever I'm in Manchester. The range of beers on the board and in the fridge covers such a broad spectrum and never ceases to impress me. Knowledgeable staff make it an enjoyable experience.
M. M.
Don't get me wrong, the beer is excelent but, the real but is the pain in ordering the beer. Maybe its just me, filling all info about you just to order a beer. The app is a mess and using web version which is not updated according to beers they have and which they does not. Afterall a bartender come all the way to us to pay with contactless card and god we were relieved
O. D.
Great fun evening. Went here a few months ago for a rick and Morty pub quiz with some friend. Great fun all round with a very varied selection of different drinks to be had, from whisky to ipa's. Little pricey drinks but certainly good quality.
D. J.
Great bar, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Have been a big fan of the place for a long while, though was a bit disappointed by the food, the quality of food wasn't up to the standard of the beer side of things by any means. Won't be rushing back for the food, but will be happy to partake in their extensive and fantastic range of craft beers.
T. B.
This pub is just brilliant. BrewDog beers (fairly sure their beer goes up to 11) served well and alongside some amazingly tasty and well thought out pub grub. Try the Hardcore IPA if you don't want too much to drink as it's seriously strong but very yummy. Great communal bench / table in the middle for socialising.
b.
Great food and drink at decent princes
S. K.
Awesome beer, service and food, as usual.
C. M.
Manchester's Brew Dog pub, probably a must visit for any craft beer lover passing through.
L. R.
This is probably my favourite bar in Manchester.
They have a great selection of craft beers on offer (obviously).
The staff are nice, the good is great. The environment is very relaxed with customers regularly playing board games on weekends.
P. V.
Brilliant place. All the staff are really happy and friendly
D. R.
I like it here. Its a good meeting place for any kind of group of friends. It is always busy but you can usually get a seat at some point. Great range of beers to try. I usually suggest this place when meeting a big group of people as it has something to suit most tastes.
J. S.
Ordered from these guys & girls a few times whilst on lockdown. Really great beers and food! They also throw in a couple of extra bits every now & then, which is highly appreciated. Would highly recommend.
H. m.
We loved the beer and service. The Ambiente is nice too but the music was way too loud. We literally had to scream to understand each other. The food was quite expensive too. 14 pounds for a rather small burger and a really small portion of fries.
D. G.
BrewDog have a good selection of different beers to meet anyone's tastes. Their stouts are as good as a Guinness from a pub in Ireland, and that's saying something! It gets busy in here, so you may end up standing at the bar. I wish they stocked more wheat beers!
A. L.
Very friendly staff. Great food! They even gave us some biscuits for our dog :-)
W. N.
Crafty home brews. At least 20 brews on tap at any one time. So you won't be kept wanting for a choice. I have been here a few times now and if you like a darker pour then the Jet Black Heart is crazy good. I have also since had the food here too and it is clear that these guys pride themselves on doing everything well. That's why they now go from four stars to five!
l. c.
Really varied selection of drinks, great atmosphere and clean toilets. They also provide free sanitary products in the ladies bathroom, which I think is really thoughtful and a great gesture. Would return here for another drink.
S. N.
Fun place to be... Good beer and nice surroundings
J. A.
Best beer going, and the food is amazing. The food menu is really simple and not over complicated, all burgers are £8 so it's easy to price up your night. The beer selection is fantastic and they don't just serve there own beer, they support other breweries too. They also do their bit for charity too, including brewing lager for brewgooder who are a none profit brewery.
K. G.
Great place to stop in and check out some different craft beers from all over the world. I was surprised to see some American craft beers that I drink at home. All of the staff were very helpful with descriptions of the beers that they had on tap. Also, the service was quick! 🍻
I. H.
Visited this establishment for the 1st time on Sat 16th June with my son. The Punk IPA is great on draught, only problem, the cost of a pint at £5.45. Would visit again and recommend to anyone who likes a decent craft beer.
O. N.
BrewDog sells a wide range of unique real ales from their own brewery. The decor is modern, the staff are friendly, and there is always a good selection of rotating guest ales each time I've been in. There is a pinball machine and board games available on the ground floor, and extra seating up top with a view across the bar. Very busy at weekends but quite reasonable during the week. Not too pricey either!
M. A.
Beer was fantastic, crowd was brilliant and music was top notch. Beer isn't cheap however (mostly £5 a pint up) but it's a craft ale and in the centre on Manchester. I wouldn't knock it just on the price as the good points far outweigh this
B. L.
It was a really nice place. Lovely design and such. But I'm jusy not comfortable in an environment that enables closet alcoholics to think that their passion is a hobby and not a drinking problem. Kudos craft beers and your cool can designs for making drinking seem like sticker collecting. If a stoner acted around weed like some beer nuts act around brewdog and craft beers you'd be telling them they have a serious problem.
m. c. s.
Top top top pub. I have been going since they've opened, great selection of beers, decent staff almost always smiling and kind, clean toilets, even if it's super busy it's never too noisy. There are aways new beers to try, simple dècor, lots of sitting space indoor & outdoor. Thumbs up!
M. V.
I heard about this place ages ago and wanted to visit it for a long time. They have great selection of BrewDog beer as the name says. If you like beer it's definitely good place for you to visit and taste some.
k.
Great beer, even better staff.
N. R.
Good for veggies and vegan but also meat eaters. Monday 2-4-1 on veggie and vegan options. I am a flexitarian so will eat a bit of everything. I had the beyond meat burger, which was extremely tasty and I would have it again. I was with two vegans a d a vegetarian. All good I believe most if not all of tge beer they brew is vegan too.
J. S.
Brilliant loved it staff really attentive in these difficult times nothing to much trouble a credit to the business.
Great selection of food and drink 👍👍👍
B. L. (.
We got takeaway burgers, which we thought were initially expensive, but eating them made it clear they were worth the price. When they reopen for indoor eating we will be back! Great food, beer and service :)
J. W.
Great food and beer! Always a good spot to stop at, gets very busy in there, the service has always been really good though.
H. B.
Lovely staff. Great beer.
S. S.
One of the best places for beer in Manchester. A little off the beaten track, so it's not rammed on a regular basis. Not cheap though, but that all depends on how much you like craft beer. All the Brewdog faves and many guest beers.
A. T.
Decent beers as per usual, not to sure on the style of the space at this particular brew dog and it was also really cold but probably just a side effect of it being the middle of December! Super friendly staff who knew their beers!!
R. W.
Great selection of beers. Nice outside area too.
r. c. e.
Lovely place 🥰
Coming from 250+miles away to your city.
I enjoyed to have a freash beer at your place to relax.
M. B.
Great bar. Wonderful beers and bar, awful customers. Seriously if you want to find the largest collection of uppity little posh goons and beardy goons look no further. There is however an actual dog. It is a really nice dog.
E. L.
A nice BrewDog Bar - good location and same relaxing atmosphere you expect in a BrewDog. Always a great selection of beers on draught and available in the fridge. Free WiFi, good menu and plenty of seating! Go in for an after-work drink or stay for longer and people-watch.
M. C.
Going to BrewDog feels like being at home for me. Nice location in Deansgate with a small but perfectly formed outdoor seating area for when the weather is nice. I am a fan of the BrewDog ethos, and I love the selection of beers, lagers and ales stocked, which isn't just their own brand. We didn't eat when we went, but the food smelled amazing and the menu sounds rather delicious. Go here for a nice relaxed good quality pint.
R. T.
This place is great! We went in on a weekend away on Saturday night and Sunday morning. They were playing great tunes and the beer obviously and food was great. The two bar men that served us were really sound
I. L.
I really like BrewDog beer and have been drinking it since before it became as popular as it is today. Back then they had their small brewery Vs the world philosophy, but a lot of this seems to have been lost now. High prices and a more pretentious clientele make this a place for the odd drink as opposed to somewhere to stay for a while. Don't get me wrong, I still like the beer, but you can get BrewDog almost everywhere nowadays, so much so, that they are at risk of diluting their product and values for the sake of revenue.
B. H.
Popped in for a sandwich..ended up trying the veggie burger with fries. Not too bad at all..wasn't too busy but there was a customer with a big beast of a dog who took it off the leash...it wandered around and left you feeling touch uncomfortable. Lucky I chose veggie burger as this dog was definitely not vegetarian. Back to bar..it really caters more to the drinker with specialised ales which I didn't try do a 4* review for food and lively staff.
D. A.
Brilliant bar serving a great range of beers and ciders. Unlike other BrewDogs they also served a decent wine selection. Plenty of space, including some nice outdoor seating.
L. M.
Loved it but unfortunately due to covid felt very uncomfortable when a party of 6 (3 couples) who were by no means sociality distant sat in front of us and we left. Shame as they clearly lied to get in. Sorry guys you did what u could but the rules were not met.
R. C.
Full stars because not only do they have amazing beer but I just ate an amazing seitan veggie burger (which I added cheese to, admittedly) which was fabulous. They're a living-wage employer with an equitable business model, and the beer is great. The bar itself consists of booths in a large open-plan high-ceilinged room. Friendly and fun.
T. B.
Very laid back, relaxed vibe with a Deadpool pinball machine for all ages. The food and drink is sensational and could not be faulted in any way at all. Very cool place for anyone !
A.
BrewDog makes a big deal of brewing their own stuff, but as someone who doesn't drink, it's all a bit lost on me. The staff are friendly enough and the interior welcoming, with good music. It's a bar so there isn't really room to dance though. I had a cola, which aside from not being coke, also tasted somewhat like own brand colas from grocery stores. Not bad, just not coke.
However, they didn't have cocktails on a Saturday night, which was very odd. I'd go back to hang out and chill, but it's not really the kind of place where you end your night, you're almost certainly going to go somewhere else where you can dance and the drinks are familiar
J. B.
Can recommend the chicken wings. Also the beer, or course.
G. L.
Great beer and friendly people, including patrons. Enjoyed Juggernaut (US), Tsar Struck, and Clown King tonight and each was top notch. Had a poor experience 2 weekend in a row this past January. A really meager selection of specialty beers and only stuff I could also have purchased at home. This time was much better. The beers I had were a DIPA, Russian Imperial Stout, and Barleywine. There were several others on the specials tap list. Access to their high quality creative stuff is why I go to Brewdog. Upshot: GOOD SAVE! Had to withhold half a star for when I return... They lose it if they backslide to mundane taps and get it back if they stay true to form and reward their loyal patrons for making the trek.
M. M.
From my Scottish friend: "That's the best burger I have ever eaten and can you get me a free t-shirt?" We didn't get a free t-shirt, but I'd have to agree about the burger and probably the beer too. Go to Brewdog, you know it's the right thing to do 😎🍺
D. W.
The perfect opportunity to try more of the Brewdog range. Seating outside and both levels indoors too. Been here a few times when visiting Manchester and the staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable of their taps.
M. M.
Really good experience if you are into your craft beers. I've been a fan of brewdog for years but this was the first time I have visited it will not be my last
M. A.
I'm not sure it's fair to rate because when I went was a week before Christmas and everywhere was very, very busy. Nevertheless the beer was excellent, we were served quickly and were lucky to get seats, like Arnie I'll be back.
M. J.
Fancy craft ale that smacks you in the face like a wild haggis running free on the highlands of Scotland? Then look no more! Brewdog is the place to go for a great selection of craft ales that have a devilish bite! From the nipple twisting classic punk IPA to the mellow deathly smelling dead pony this place will always give you sea legs! Ahoy land pirates!
A. T.
Brewdog continue to set the bar high with their beer offerings, able to remain craft whilst growing their business. An ethos I really admire. The food is also some great dirty bar food. The burger and tots are superb.
R. M.
You can always rely on Brewdog for a nice, tasty ale, whether it be a refreshing IPA or a hard hitting third of Tactical Thermonuclear Penguin. The atmosphere in here is always good and it has never been dead no matter what time I head in. There's a nice range of boardgames on offer (I especially enjoy Booze Cruise) so you can enjoy a bit of gaming while you get yourself nice and squiffy. The beers can be expensive compared to other pubs, but then again you get what you pay for!
I. G.
Very modern new style pub with a large selection of beers. 3 stars as not my sort of place lacked atmosphere and the beers were very continental. Great place for the young and trendy hipsters I imagine.
A. O.
Top place and really good service. We had the lamb burger and the beyond, both were really tasty...might have a few good beers aswell.I would recommend this place.
P. A.
Food arrived at our table in parts of at least half an hour apart. My seitan burger was extremely dry and quite burnt on the edges and very sad ingredient wise. Low value for money. Positive wise, the atmosphere was nice and the staff were friendly.
M. W.
Great craft beer, good atmosphere and great service.
R. R.
Amazing friendly staff, not normally a beer drinker, but the staff helped me find a pint i liked! Great atmosphere, really chilled and an all around cool place to be.
M. O.
Great place to experiment with craft beer. Quiet during the day, mad busy at night so choose wisely depending on what you are after. Staff are amazing and you can sample before you buy.
J. D.
Not a great choice of strong dark ales!
Also the serving staff seem a bit impatient when you ask for a more particular brew.
Upstairs there was a manager snogging a young lady. We felt uncomfortable as we tried to nibble on snacks while they were constantly at it.
N. v. d. K.
Great selection of roasted and smoked dishes. Expect large portions and a hip selection of beers. Very friendly staff! Only downside is that all my cloths smelled like the restaurant because of the grill.
B. B.
Good for after work drinks ,(I am sure it is so good for regular socialising!)
I can normally find a seat for our group, and it is not too loud, do you can have a chat, but there is plenty of bustle and ambiance
J. S.
Great showcase of a load of BrewDog beers, nice interior and lots of seating. Personal favourites are the "Punk IPA" and the new "This is Lager" beers. If you're up for something a bit more unusual, take a look at the "Tactical Nuclear Penguin" or "Sink the Bismark", but be warned, they're both very strong.
C. H.
Visited the summer of 2017 and had a blast! The Hazy Jane was delicious coming from a non beer drinker.
Actually thinking of ordering online, recommend to everyone I know!
J. D.
You don't have to pre book table. Have to download ap to order drinks. Staff friendly but could not help with downloading ap.
T. D.
BrewDog is the best mix between old school pub with new age bars. However this one could be set up so much better then it is. Way too much going on including someone cutting hair. Table for food being reserved on a busy Saturday, making people move after waiting over a hour to sit down.
K. G.
1st visit whilst staying in Manchester, very friendly staff. Had the best breakfast we’ve had in a while. All positive, would definitely return.
J. B.
All the scrumptious BrewDog beers you know and love in a grungy, industrial feeling bar. Fab outdoor seating/smoking area if you can get a table - it fills up quickly. They have a selection of boardgames to play while you sup, which will have you wondering why every bar doesn't!
D. B.
18+ beers on tap. Well lit with nice hanging lights. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Decent space to stand or sit. Sleeve tattoo and hipster beard required. Recommended.
.
M. P.
Stopped by Saturday afternoon. Food was great and Punk was still as good on draft as it is out of a bottle. Mega choice of beers on offer. Great place to chill out.
N. A.
Great selection of tasty beer from their own brewery. The place gets really busy in the evening. But there was still room to sit.
S. C.
Great selection of vegan food, tastes fantastic. Definitely a good spot to grab a drink and some grub if you're vegan.
A. B.
Usual range of brewdog beers in a cool urban style brewdog bar. Barmaid was very friendly and accommodating, offering beer choices and styles. After choosing our beers we decided to eat. Sadly this was a bad decision. The food is not on par with any of the other brewdog bars and very disappointing. The pulked pork sandwich came out very dry and the specials they offered that day were greasy, heavy, burnt, overcooked and very unappealing. A shame as the bars a great place for a beer. Just not for the food
R. K.
I love brewdog for excellent beer selection, great hot wings, and also the board games.
D. A.
Love brewdog. Great staff, food and booze
T. D.
I've been to a lot of brewdogs all around the country, love them usually. However, this one was having a drama students film being filmed at the bar which made getting a drink and talk g very awkward.
Obviously I chose the wrong day to go, will try again in the summer maybe!
H. M.
Fantastic customer service. Fantastic vegan food and beer. Thanks guys and gals 😊
A. B.
Great atmosphere and lovely staff. Thank you. Lush beer too!
P. D.
Lively bar selling wide range of Brewdog craft beer
T. C.
Ok it was Saturday night but this place was rammed, more people than the space can hold, difficult to get to the bar or for people to get in and out.
Difficult to get served too, when the whole point of the place is to sell beer it's annoying that you spend more time queuing than drinking.
Finally, there is little indication what the beer is that you're ordering. There are a couple of menus but when you've done the required contortions to get to the front of the bar if there isn't one you hand you've got to guess whether [Insert humorous name here] is a lager, bitter or ale.
B.
What a great place. Have always loved their Punk IPA that I'd bought in a bottle, so yi experience it draft was amazing..
Also had a bottle of the 9% single hip citra they had. A little pricey but oh so tastey.. If you like fine beer you'll love it here.
l. s.
Collaboration beer fest on which turned out to be very good.
n. v.
As someone who LOVES Brew dog in general, a very disappointing experience when we went to the Brew Dog in Manchester! Staff where friendly, the beer excellent (as usual), but the food was a disaster! We ordered the new special which is sweetbreads and pig trotter jambalaya, considering the price we where disappointed to find 4 rows of sweetbreads on a bed of kale that was burned and swimming in what the bar lady said was butter.had to send it back and it was replaced with less swimming veg! Jambalaya came in a small jar with no sides! Would recommend this bar to friends and family for the excellent beer, but would not suggest eating here.
C. T.
I don't think this company can do anything wrong.
When you can't decide which beer you want you can order a flight of 4. Which is often the case as I the beers are excellent!
Up the Brewdog!
A. K.
If you like brew dog beers then you'll love it. They have a wider choice then I knew existed. Fairly pricey but good beer is worth paying a bit more
M. A.
As a regular patron of this bar. I always feel at home by the warm welcome given to me by staff. A great atmosphere with great people. Wow it almost sounds like I have shares in this place!
b. h.
Its been on a bit of a down swing over the last year or so (chilled beer, seriously, why would you want to destroy the taste guys), but definitely starting to recover, sure the pizza's have gone, but replaced with a damn fine BBQ menu with american style sides.
There are still much better places for beer, there are better places for food and there are locations with a better vibe, but few are able to merge all 3 as well, and once the beer recovers from last years horrific decline, as its well on its way to, it should reclaim the status it rightly deserves and first opened to.
M. H.
Enjoyed a beer tasting evening with cheese and crackers. Our host Tulula was very enthusiastic and informative. Can't beat a brew dog ale. Very recommended 👌👌👌
E. H.
Good atmosphere. Drinks a little different. Went here with a group of friends to try out the IPA's. Not disappointed.
m. 1.
Great vibe ,great beer if a little expensive even for Manchester
C. W.
Always guaranteed a great beer in here and they cater for all tastes. They won't always give you a pint though some of their beers come with a safety advisory notice!
R. W.
Great pub, Great beers great ambiance
J. S.
Absolutely nailed it again folks. Every Brewdog is welcoming, dog friendly and vegan options too. Chatty staff on a birthday visit, strong Brewdog lineup amongst other beers too. Theres a fridge presenting Brewdog & other craft breweries to buy to both drink in or take away. Brewdog is a great brand.
Z. W.
Amazing place to go for a beer, with a wide selection of beers (from IPAs to pilsners to stouts). Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, with reasonable prices. Highly recommended for a group of people.
M. G.
Great selection ofs of homebrews, brewdog brews, IPA, pilsner, pale ale, stout and barley wine.
Also has food / restaurant upstairs. drinks price average to high £5gbp for a pint so reasonable.
D. A.
Grest atmosphere is brewdog Manchester. Like all brewdog bar the beers and ales on tap are great and they have a vast choice depending on season. Also collaborate with other breweries. Foods spot on and priced well for town.
Board games available for you to really have a good day or night.
S. C.
It's no mickeller. Loud, busy, brash and boring - a poor mans attempt at a genuine craft beer bar right in the centre of spitalfields. The last thing I want is a pair of socks and a t-shirt when I'm out for a good pint, instead this brewdog is pushing t-shirts and socks for sale and overpriced mediocre beer. Sad.
S. M.
A must-try when in Manchester. Brilliant variety of beers. Recommend the beer tour/demo. Really informative and good value for money. Not tried the food yet but comes highly recommended.
M. M.
Great selection of beers and spirits. Has outdoor seating as well as a pinball machine!
The food is good too with generous portions.
A. T.
I come here quite often for drinks after work. The selection of drinks is great and the bar always has a decent vibe. Great place to start an evening.
B. F.
Awesome place. Not too crowded. Friendly staff and a huge selection of always changing tap beers and take out beers
S. C.
Had a great time here, staff were friendly and the drinks are good.
C. M.
Great bar, great atmosphere, great beer. Staff were passionate and knowledgeable about beer. Bit pricey, but worth it. Even do beer takeaway!
J. K.
Good beer, great bar and bar tender this afternoon was very polite, attentive and helpful when choosing our beer. Can't wait to revisit
S. T.
Excellent BrewDog bar.
Cramped downstairs but their us an upstairs balcony.
Great service from the staff & excellent selection of craft beers.
Fridge also selling drink in/out beers.
a. g.
Go for the beer, not for the food. (Can get a lot better for the money 2 mins walk away) Try one or two beers, then leave. There are better pubs/bar/real ale pubs all over Manchester and they are cheaper. Nice place to start the night tho.
M.
Great beer, great staff and great food. Gets busy at the weekend and in the evenings but don't let that put you off. Have had many an evening here playing the board games they have behind the bar!
B. T. (.
Finally a place with some strong beers at the right amounts (by that I mean small glasses). Staff is great. There's wifi, made it a great "pub workplace" spot for me.
E. H.
Worth a visit if you like your craft beers! I'm about the only girl I know who has a stomach for craft beers, ha, so it's rare I come here, but I like it when I do.
G. C.
Went in the afternoon on a school day. Lots of choice on real craft ales. Reasonably priced. Bar games in there too. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Had a great time.
N. L.
Standard brewdog offering. Been a while since I've been into one but they really seemed to have upped the merchandise on display, seemed a tad ott...even had brewdog socks?! Has a more polished corporate feel than back in the day. Was pretty packed when we were in so only stayed for one.
J. S.
Never disappointed. Staff are friendly, food is great all around (vegan burgers are out of this world) and their beer is always 10/10.
T. P.
Great service , staff I spoke to were very helpful .
My glass never seemed to be empty .
d. b.
Surprisingly good food (chicken wings and burger) as good as any in the city. Really good beer selection that never lets you down if not the most exciting
A. H.
Came here on Christmas eve when there was barely anyone else in there. Hurrah! I hadn't been back to Manchester for ages, so a brew dog was a nice surprise. Staff were friendly and the music was cool.
D. R.
Brewdog is usually great, had an unfortunate experience here where a poor barman got attacked. Still the place is nice and good selection of beer. (Although it’s really pricey beer)
R. B.
great spot and usually crowded. Wish the place was bigger and they will be moving soon so i hope the new spot is larger. Good selection of beer and food.
C. J.
Food was okay but the stout I had was excellent. It is possible that the experience was marred by having to eat outside in the rain.
D. S.
Good food and beer, right on the middle of the city and a really personalized place. It can get pricy for food though it is tasty. They also advice the beer types for the food you are having
C. R.
Brewdog is the perfect pre gig spot when going to Albert Hall. But visit it sharpish as heard whispers the developer's want to devour it and put a hotel in its place. Because a hotel next to a live music/club space is just the ticket. Maybe got it wrong but bunch of savages in this town...
A.
Great stop in the Brewdog Pantheon. I'd originally rated the venue lower, a fact which I'll chalk up to it being an off night. Upon returning, I'm happy to find a much better experience. The pub is closer in tone to the smaller Brewdog venues, such as the one to be found in Camden, London. It can get tightly packed, but the service is top-notch and the beverages on offer won't disappoint (unless you're the fella who enjoys winging about the price of craft beer. Note to said fella, "it's not 2010 anymore, mate. Buying craft comes with a taller price tag. If I'm feeling for a £3 pint of Doom Bar, Brewdog isn't my first stop."
Anyway, whether you know about Brewdog or not, if you're feeling for craft beer, you can't go wrong. You might not be able to find a seat, but you certainly won't be lacking for drinking options.
C. H.
Brilliant choice of beer! Best IPA and they regularly (daily) change the drafts and have new bottles/cans. One of my faves
J. M.
The BrewDog experience Manchester. Not the most outstanding craft ba rin Manchester but a good staple who keep their beers well and are fairly knowledgeable. Vastly improved by the recent addition of several bottle fridges at the back.
H. M.
Great food and drinks. If more non-alcoholic beers and ciders were available, I would give it 5 stars.
S. M.
Good atmosphere. Drinks are a little more expensive than other places, but a lot more unique in their flavours. Staff are friendly :)
D. A. (.
Even though it's a chain, it is staffed by good folks and the beer choice is not bad at all, good in fact. In this part of Manchester it's one of our regular joints.
M. A.
My favourite beers, at a top bar. What's not to like? The extension to the mezzanine is a good move. A trendy bar, but welcoming to all.
P. D.
Nice selection of beers, good service and clean. Food was just OK for the price, you can find better value else where.
D. T.
Iam normally a Weatherspoons type of guy, but this place is a welcome change. Really decent food bit of a " younger" atmosphere and decent beer... Have I converted maybe I just have!!!
E. s.
Loved the IPA give the Elvis juice a shot and you might just dance like Elvis. Great T-shirt collection if you looking for IPA shirts.
w. t.
What a place. Even Brewdog is already one of my fav. This big place made me happy coz a lot of big groups having good time with fantastic beers. Even i was with my love. Big range of drinks, cool staff, outdoor seating and great atmosphere. Do u need anything else 😜
E. K.
Food is great and lots of craft beers. Loved it here! with very friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere.
m. s. (.
Very chill place. Good beer, good food. Clean place and has some nice booths upstairs. Prices are ok. Staff is helpfull.
J. K.
Busy pub during England's world cup game but calmed down after game. Lovely beer and even nicer strawberry beer hic! 😎😎😁😁food good too.
G. W.
Great place with excellent beers and knowledgable staff. They have a good rage of food too. Well worth a visit. A little expensive though.
E. R.
Decent beer and grub. Can't go wrong! Drop the prices though - they're a bit obscene!
J. R.
What lovely staff. They made us feel so welcome with our pooch and child. Will definitely be back. Next time we hope to come for food and stay longer.
j.
Great place for some craft beer. Bit pricey but nice pints with adequate seating inside and out.
N. P.
Great service! Friendly staff, and the beer was amazing!
S. K.
Classic BrewDog Bar conveniently located as a mid-way stop off on a Piccadilly to Deansgate/Spinningfields bar crawl!
Great beer garden on main street to enjoy a few beers in the warm weather.
Upstairs seating available.
Friendly staff and usual BrewDog set up
However Manchester has many great craft beer bars which out-class BrewDog so really a filler now on a Manchetser bar crawl
C. B.
Travel all the way from Edinburgh to Manchester and what do I do whilst in Manchester? Go to a Scottish brewery. Had a couple of pints of Dead Pony and one of flagship Punk. Other than a random homeless man walking in and eating everyone's abandoned food and atmosphere was brilliant.
N. A.
Nice place, friendly people, great service!
c. f.
Staff were 10/10 unfortunately the food was well below average. Seitan burger was raw and changed for loaded fries but they were also disappointing.
J. L.
Nice beers and good food selection not overpriced
G.
Food was lovely,service excellent
A. C.
Great bar with some exclusive beers. Great beer on tap. It's quite busy but good atmosphere.
L. 4.
Great selection of beers, the app was great to get table service.
P. W.
Great location but prices are steep. We collected our free ooo pints which was an incredible offer and gesture from the company.
P. D.
A fantastic range of both draft and bottled beers and the staff are knowledgeable and helpfeull in explaining the beers and helping you select something that you will enjoy (without being patronising and pretentious like some bars in the city centre!) Can receommed the sampler selection to get a good taste of what Brewdog have to offer and select a favourite to have more of.
Relaxed atmosphhere and decor.
R. H.
Nice bar, bit commercialised trying to look like an Indie tap place. Good selection of beers on sale. Outdoor area but limited.
G. C.
BrewDog has a great selection and staff were fantastic. They have a great selection of drinks and burgers plus the staff were friendly and knew what to recommend. Definitely recommend!
R. M.
Quite loud when it's busy and the burgers can be a bit odd. A vegan beetroot burger literally fell apart before I'd taken a bite. Not that keen on their beers either.
S. M.
Cool and nice atmosphere, friendly staffs!
A. B.
Great brewdog bar but very small so always packed and can take a while to get served. You need a bigger venue!
C. D.
Great choices of tasty interesting beers. Wont give 5 stars though as a little pricey.
J. A.
Such lovely, friendly staff! Great selection of draft IPAs including the obvious. Little small inside.
J. T.
Lots of good beer. Can be very difficult to talk when it gets crowded due to bad acoustics. Food is rather disappointing, but was good several years back.
K. C.
Temple of seitan wings were the texture of an old cows tongue. These should be deep fried in a similar batter to the califlower wings, to quite Russell Brand, that was a particularly dog eared nugget.
M. P.
Excellent bar with amazing craft beers, great guest beers and the food albeit not very healthy has good vegan options, the cauliflower hot wings are delicious
J. T.
Brewdog bar was relaxing on a Sunday afternoon
W. D.
Typical Brewdog Restaurant in a good location with, as always, fantastic beers.
Downside was a limited food menu and a rude bartender. Beer was still good though.
J. O.
Went there with big beer lovers and they enjoyed it, however, as a non beer lover, there wasn't much choice for me. Not even a vodka and diet coke.
D. H.
This place had the best ale I ever had! 5am saint! It was slightly expensive but worth it! music was on but not too loud so good place for a chat.
S. L.
I love all BrewDog bars I've been to, and the Manchester one is no different. Great beers, relaxed atmosphere with a nice outside area for those rare sunny days.
C. H.
Went with me and my brother. Service was great, food was great, couldn't ask for much more really... Apart from more vegetarian and vegan options! But all round brilliant! 👍👍👍
J. C.
Fantastic service, delicious food for vegetarians and vegans. Will definitely be going again after next payday.
S. “. T.
The food was good and staff are frendly.
F. E.
Fantastic beers, very good food and and friendly atmosphere.... getting a seat is the only snag!!
R. T. (.
Good place to socialise work lots of beer choices, and not too loud in the evenings. Highly recommended it to small groups or individuals.
A. G.
Love the beer selection here. Great place. Spent NYE here too and won a year of beer.
S. P.
Excellent choice of beers. Quite a small bar that gets very busy at peak times but definitely worth a visit!
P. F.
Excellent range of beet. Staff were very friendly and happy to help
M. W.
Great place, my favourite beer, bit more staff on a busy Saturday afternoon please!
E. M.
Dog friendly! My dogs were more than welcome and got their bowl of water. Food and beer is really good and the staff really friendly.
W. G.
Really good place to drink if you like craft beer with a difference. The food is excellent too - try out the burgers!
D. N.
Had some good vegan burgers and beers here. Good vibe and friendly staff. Fun pinball machine too!
S. C.
Wonderful atmosphere and selection of beers including non alcoholic beer. Good music with DJ on decks.
S. M. F.
Expensive but very tasty beer. Bar staff know their beers and are happy to find the right beer for you.
J. R.
I can normally find a seat for our group, and it is not too loud, do you can have a chat, but there is plenty of bustle and ambiance
A. W.
Prices are on the more expensive side but very much align with craft beer prices around Manchester. If you like brewdog beers this is a must visit
T. K.
Great beer selection and well maintained but incredibly loud and difficult to hear whoever you are with.
S. H.
Have been here several times because of the great atmosphere and strong ales. Love the burgers. Be back very soon
R. D.
Good bar with all the beers you know and expect. much bigger than the leeds branch and well positioned in town for the start of a craft crawl!
C. K.
Staff always friendly to help you find the beer you want, gf options help with a celiac in the group and food menu suits everyone really with vegan options too
A. C.
Nice vibe, clean place, with friendly staff and a good overall atmosphere. Highly recommended if you're visiting Manchester and want to enjoy a proper drink or two 😉
K. L. (. L.
Great selection of tasty brewed craft beers and ciders on tap with great staff on hand to field suggestions and recommendations.
R. W.
Great place for a drink. Lovely atmosphere and it was an extremely hot day and the staff came around offering suncream to everyone outside.
J. W. (.
Brewdog is a flipping amazing bar, that sell their own amazing beers. If you don;t like beer stay away... but who doesn't like beer!?!
D. B.
Enjoyed many a can of brew dog at home and was nice to go and have on draft
Me girlfriend was disappointed as they only served the Elvis juice in 2/3 pint, think she may have a drink problem 😅😂😅
A. O.
Love thus place grwat choice of drinks friendly staff clean and safe environment good work guys
A. C.
Perfect place
C. B.
Amazing Selection Of Beers, Amazing Vegan Food Options And The Staff Are Polite, Friendly And Helpful. Great Place!
J. F.
Fallen out of love with brew dog. Their ales are stuck in a time warp whereby other manchester craft brewers have leapt forward. Bloody expensive too.
T. H.
Drinks are nice and are around average for the area. Food looks nice but not had anything as of yet
p. m.
Good food great beer and welcoming staff, second brewdog I have been to and would recommend to everyone I know
T. P.
As with all things Brew Dog, this bar is finished to a really high level, with a great selection of rotating beers!
M. T.
Of its type a great bar. Young trendy bar with a distinctly urban feel. Loud croud with good pale ale.
G. C.
Perfect for a pint of craft beer, but it is more expensive than other pub. However, some beers can be found only here
8.
Great atmosphere and service. A variety of craft beer and good food
P. A.
Nice enough place, friendly staff but just don't get it. Beer isn't the best and very expensive.
B. S.
I really enjoy the overall atmosphere of this place, the decor is fun, the drinks are good, it's just a nice place to have a catch-up with friends!
J. F.
One of the biggest and best BrewDogs I've visited. Friendly staff and a top notch range of bar food.
S. L.
As always with brewdog, excellent beer selection. Guest beers also available. Good food with veggie/vegan options.
T. M.
Excellent beers and atmosphere this place is always super busy so be prepared to stand/queue at the bar
M. F.
It's kind of ok, the staff don't seem to care and I don't think the beer is all that it's cracked up to be.
As it gets late the staff adopt the approach of trying to piss you off to get rid of you.
E. M.
Not many options for stout/porter on tap but the food is great and atmosphere is good. Music a bit too loud for my taste.
P. S.
Not the best location, and BrewDog is always on the expensive side when it comes to drinks, but for those prices you do get top-notch beers served by staff who are passionate and know what they're talking about.
R. M.
Great ales. Period.
B. E.
Lovely staff, bit pricey but they are craft beers, not your mainstream regular beers
J. L.
Expect to pay £5-£6 for 3/4 of a pint, but the beer is excellent and the burgers are high quality.
S. W.
Really enjoy this place. Always lively, with a good vibe. Beers brill too and staff.
H. A.
Great draft beer. One of the most popular bars in Manchester. You have to drink one beer here, trust me!
S. S.
Fantastic food, however if you don't like beer you will struggle for something to drink
S. J.
Neat venue, Great atmosphere and amazing choice. Missing a tactical penguin on the menu but perfect place for sippin' some great tasting beers
J.
Great atmosphere, always busy and, of course, the full range of BrewDog beers!
C. S.
Good beer,a bit pricey. THe downside, I don't think the toilets had been cleaned th I side of the millennium.
J. W.
Exciting selection of craft beers. We had a burger that was beautifully caramelised and on soft, tasty brioche.
g. h.
Beers great. Not much atmosphere. Maybe because it was Monday afternoon..
M. R.
Fantastic bar.Wish they had had a wheat beer on draft. Service very good.
L. S.
Great beer, good food, and that's what's important. Could do with being a lot bigger, but that's hardly a criticism, just a comment on popularity.
N. G.
Beltin atmosphere, top notch hydration.
D. S.
Good beer & good atmosphere. Female toilets could do with a more regular hygiene check/lock that works.
J. S.
Great food and beer with friendly staff and a good atmosphere
R. V.
You have to know what to expect from Brewdog. Amazing beers. Knowledgeable as f*** staff. Amazing beer. Great selection. Amazing beer.
R. M.
Top place for beer lovers. The ambiance is a tad poor but it's made up with the selection of different beers.
P. C.
Great place to visit, very friendly staff, plenty of choice in drinks, my favourite is Punk IPA.
P. M.
Great beers but weirdly their own beers are more expensive than in other bars and pubs nearby
R. M.
Knowledgeable staff, which is always important. Good, changeable, range of beer. Not too expensive considering the area. Food looks good.
S. G.
Top dog. The beers are excellent. Bar menu available. Service at your table when it's not rammed.
R. N.
Always worth a visit when passing. The staff are really knowledgeable in helping to select drinks you will enjoy.
B. S.
Great to taste brewdog beers on tap, but the bar is a little pretencious, which is what they claimed they weren't.
B. B.
Really good beers and great staff. I'm yet to try the food, but it smells delicious.
B. O.
Good beer and burgers...service a bit slow and really need to do something with ventilation upstairs...but overall would recommend
D. “.
Brewdog beer is top stuff, the pub is usually busy but great staff get to you quickly, nice outdoor area to sit and chill
M. F.
Great place for a drink with friends. Great selection of beer. Could stay all day
G.
Fantastic. Extensive beer menu. A lot of guest beers. Great bottle fridge. Food menu is also available
G. T.
Good selection of beers available constantly updated. Go easy on the beers they will only serve as half pints.
C. C.
Fab decor, excellent choice of drinks. Staff were friendly and food was delicious
H. W.
Great selection of interesting beers, good atmosphere, reasonably priced and interesting food.
N. C.
Been here a few times, and the service is always excellent. They have adapted to the current changes so smoothly.
P. S.
Really nice bar with really nice beers, quite a few different beers to try on my next visit.
J. M.
Great bar as with all their others. Great beer, staff and amazing burgers!!
K. A.
Too vinagery sauce on wings and too much sauce. Nice fried wings tho nice flavour. But too much sauce
b.
Generally I like the Brewdog bars but this experience was average at best... Being served essentially soapy water which was being used to clean the pipes was not pleasant.
J. S.
Like any brewdog you are there for the beer, good atmosphere, good food and most of all good beer
Z. A.
Great bar and range of beers good atmosphere.
D. S.
Delicious vegan food and super friendly staff!
M. A.
Great beers on draught very different the usual lagers in most bars. Nice bar atmosphere
E. B.
Great beer, as always, and not too busy (I'm comparing it with London).
D. E.
Expensive, like everything in cities these days. Not as noisy as a lot of places. The beer was good.
