Came here for breakfast over the weekend, we had to sit outside which we didn't mind as the weather was nice. My wife had eggs and salmon on toast which she enjoyed, I had the breakfast flatbread. On first look there was a thick spread of avocado with some scrambled egg and a few sprinkles of bacon lardons on top. There was a fair amount of chorizo and the taste of the meal as a whole was really nice. The staff were really friendly too, they didn't ask if we would like another drink although I had drunk mine before the food had arrived, but overall it was a nice place to go for a relaxed breakfast date over the weekend

Amazing food and service. Great value for money. We had a very fussy table of 7 yet they managed our order perfectly. Would definitely recommend and will be going again. The staff were very helpful and did a great job.

This place just keeps getting better. We don't even travel into the centre of Manchester these days, Edison has it all. The drinks menu is always enhancing with new cocktails and beers, the food menu's are kept fresh, and the events are class. Josh and Kaliel gave top-level service tonight as always 👏🏻 the whole team take great care of everyone. Very dog-friendly which massively enhances the daytime walks 🐶🐾

We love it here. Whether stopping by for brunch with the dog's mid walkies or going for an evening drink, the food is always spot on, the cocktails are always delicious, the staff are always lovely and the vibe is always great!

I gave 3 stars because although the food was lovely and service was quick. The 3 blonde girls in on Saturday 10th were so nasty towards a young girl who seemed to have given in her CV. The girl took it and after she left were all laughing about it and the girl behind the counter took it and threw it in the bin and said “that takes care of that”. They then proceeded to take it back out and all stood around it reading and laughing at it. Honestly I was so annoyed and as a customer it was so unprofessional for them to do in-front of us.

Had my 40th birthday party at Edison and had a great time. All staff was friendly and really helpful and flexible throughout the organising. Definitely recommend for party’s of up to 40+ Will definitely be back soon!

Good food, coffee etc but need to make customers keep their dogs quiet. Went for a Sunday morning brunch with friends and wanted a relaxing chat, certainly didn’t get that here. A dog had been allowed in (I am not against that as I have a dog of my own) but the dog was allowed to sit on a chair at the table and barked non stop all the while we were there. The dogs owner made no effort to keep the dog quiet and when we mentioned it to the waitress she just laughed. A dog should not be sat at a table and should be quiet. Although as said before the food and drinks were good the atmosphere wasn’t, plenty of other places to go.

I attended Mother’s Day with my Nana, Mum & Mother in law and we all had an afternoon tea. All the food with full of flavour and you could tell it was all done in house. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were amazing. Been in to Edison Bar a few times now and all times have been super in terms of atmosphere and service! Would recommend for all kinds of celebrations and any swift ones 🍻
