Came here with my husband and daughter we got the mushroom pizza, the florentine and a side of tots it was amazing, also nice drinks, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff would definitely recommend it. Will be coming back on our next visit to Manchester.

Cool vibes, I've heard frequently have some great guest DJs like Andy Burnham (mayor of Greater Manchester) And the unlimited pizza slices for £5 is pretty gosh darn good - people bring them round on a Long wood tray quite regularly and they have interesting and tasty flavours💛

It's a centrally located bar which has been decorated quite nicely. Good selection of beers, though I'm not sure about other types of drinks. Also serves Sunday roasts which personally I don't rate but others seem to love. Also has a smoking area at the back of bar which is shelter and provides electric heating. The staff are pleasant as well.

Nice steady bar of Chorlton. Wide range of good beer, all sorts of people, not super pricey. Personally I find it's much nicer early on; the later it is, the more it's a dancey struggle nightmare.

Youngish crowd but as a couple of oldies we didn't feel out of place. I would definitely go back. Their covid stuff was done well and in a relaxed way.

In normal times this is the bar in Chorlton that has the most diverse buzz. Open late, good tunes, decent beer. Post COVID, with table service, its a bit quiet and flat. I'm sure it'll be back on form soon though 😊

Really great atmosphere, can get very busy on Friday/Saturday nights but that is to be expected for a popular bar. The pizza is amazing! Selected deals on most days, the pizza giro is amazing with unlimited pizzas of many varieties. It allows you to try types of pizza you may not have thought of before, without having to dedicate yourself to an entire pizza.

A friend and I recently went here to catch up after a long time as he had heard about the £5 all you can eat pizza deal, we had a few drinks with some good conversation, with s continuous stream of really tasty pizza coming from the kitchen. You can ask for chilli oil as well. It's like a Bem Brazil pizza concept whilst drinking. Pretty great. Fun and nice staff and a pleasant atmosphere. Nice Ale also.

Great beer. The positives end there for me. First impressions were of the bouncers - my dad once said 'I never drink in a place with bouncers because they're expecting trouble.' There was no trouble but the lads on the door looked like they were at a party. Inside, there is an excellent beer selection but the staff are probably hired on some sort of Hipster Top Trumps system. They didn't care about service or any connection with customers; just dishing out drinks and talking to each other. There was a DJ who looked about 12 playing very loud (but good) music. I just don't like places where you have to shout at the person next to you. The 3 stars are mostly for the beer and I had a place to sit when I was tired.

I walk past this place daily and it always looked like a nice quiet spot for a drink, Indeed it is. A range of good beers at alright prices and a nice atmosphere. The bar staff are also very friendly. On a weekend, thetiger changes it's stripes and it turns into a very lively bar with a lot of very lively people! It all turns a bit chaotic, in a good way so good weekend choice for a knees up.

The pizza giro is such good value for money! We went on a Thursday which was vegan night (and none of us were vegan) and every single pizza was amazing. The roast dinners here are also insane!

Unlimited vegan pizza giro on Thursdays when you pay £5 on top of a bevvy. Bloody delicious. Get there bang on five o'clock and you might end up with a platter of vegan pizza to yourself. I ate from 5 'til 7.30. then I had to go to bed early.

Chill place to hangout for a drink or three. Not an ideal place for a date especially if you intent on talking a lot. Nice trendy atmosphere. Good DJ music to dance to, but hardly anyone dances. Just a lot of shouting over the house music.

I love electrik! It's a great bar, with an outside area that you can do in the winter thanks to the heating! Always great music. Maybe a bit on the pricey side, but it's Chorlton so it's pretty standard. Worth it for the quality of the place...

Great bar at any time. Really good food for brunch/lunch, coffee is one of the best bar coffees I’ve had (and they do delicious cake too) and good music and beer selections. I have had one experience with a rude bartender but out of the many times I’ve been that is unusual- the staff are usually great.

Electrik is a jumping little bar which has live DJs, great beer and unusual food. The menu has a lot of tasty sounding kebabs and food that's good for sharing. The decor is an odd mix of retro themes, but it makes for some cosy booths, and some fun sharing tables. Great service, great tunes

At the weekend, it can get crazy busy - and with good reason - good party tunes and quick service on good booze. On Sundays, things are a bit more laid back and you can get a good roast and other grub.

I really like this place and have been there a few times and it never disappoints. The bar staff are friendly as are the bouncers; all-round a great atmosphere for weekend drinking... mid week ain't half bad either. It should be you fist port of call if you cming from the Chorlton Tram stop.

Electrik offers good music, food, drinks a a nice crowd. I love the selection of beer and am glad they're getting more and more variety in craft bottles. Weeknights are for a few quiet drinks with Friends (they have a loyalty card for cask ales on weeknights) while weekends are for enjoying the lively crowd and the late (for Chorlton) opening hours.

Great atmosphere - just don't order a Mojito. I've been to Electrik many times, and decided to go there last night with a big group of friends whilst out celebrating my birthday. Two friends simultaneously offered to buy me a drink, and I said I'd love a Mojito. The first drink didn't taste like a Mojito, and the second was literally a Margarita, with salt on the rim of the glass and everything (but my friend had queued up for ages and said he'd be very unpopular with the queue if he demanded a swap, so just took it). They were "free" drinks, so I drank them, but I don't really like Margaritas... I decided to personally order the next one, and thought if I was emphatic that I wanted a *Mojito* it would be right this time. Sadly, not the case. I got the same as the first drink, and confused having not seen the bartender put rum in it or actual sugar, I enquired. She said they don't put rum in it (??? That's like not putting cachaça in a caipirinha). I disputed it, but also not wanting to be difficult, I paid the £7 and drank another drink which wasn't a Mojito and that I really didn't enjoy. So that was really disappointing. Please revisit your Mojito recipe, cuz yours is way off. And now I'll stick to ordering rum and coke, as that will hopefully have rum in it!

Electrik is a prime Chorlton bar. It plays good music, you can usually get a seat, the drinks are good (though I'm not an ale connisseur). I've often used this place as a meeting point for friends and it can be fun on a Saturday night.

OK, so the newly refurbed (looking very much like the old) Electrik Bar has also revamped the food offering. Again. I stopped in for luncheon today thinking, when I ordered a jerk chicken and street food salad, that it might come in a bowl. WRONG - firstly, a brazenly naked half chicken all covered in jerk took pride of place on one of their now infamous food boards. Jostling for attention a close second came a kimchi style slaw salad, piled high with cabbage with a chilli kick and some bright diced mango salsa with pineapple. Herein, when teamed with a rich and zingy bbq sauce, we have our 'street food salad', I guess. Either way, it had real impact when it arrived (apologies for the photo, I couldn't resist starting!) and when you throw in a proper basket of fries, easily enough for 2 and wash the lot down with a large cappuccino, all for less than £14, it has to be a win. Right? Well, only if it was any good, which it was. Top marks for perfectly done chicken, piping hot and served without delay. I like the elemental eating style now offered by both Electrik and sister bar Volta as long as the portions are kept as generous as this. I guess there was one problem. The coffee could have been a tad hotter but then it wouldn't be casual ol' Electrik etc. etc! I still recommend.
