Great selection of wine and very friendly knowledgable staff to help you choose a bottle - to drink in or take home. There is a good selection of beer/gin etc if you don’t fancy wine They also run evening events that focus on a particular type of wine paired with food which are fantastic

An absolutely wonderful venue. With very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly staff who are willing to answer endless question in pursuit of your perfect gin, wine or beer.. It creates an atmosphere unlike any other. The staff working tonight, Dan and Alex made me fell so welcome it felt as if I'd known them for awhile, almost felt like i was 'at home'

Excellent wine tasting as usual, followed by lovely wine recommendations. Wine tastings here are a fun way to try different wines and learn about varieties you might otherwise overlook. The team are very knowledgeable and make it fun.

The cheese platter came with too many strange items that were obviously not cheese. They do serve lager but it's not really nice lager. Definitely a wine place and one where food is not really the main attraction.

What a lovely little place! Found ourselves a little gem. If you love wine and cheese, this is the place! The host, Alex Proudfoot was outstanding. He shared his knowledge of wine and was polite and welcoming. We will definitely be making regular visits here being local!

Fantastic. First time in there today 30/06/19 Great service and very friendly. Lots of choice of wines. Bottled beers and spirits. Nicely set out. We had food as well. Very good food and well presented. This bar would deserve more stars. Will visit again soon.

This place is great. The beer selection is top notch, despite them only having a fridge and nothing on tap, it really works. Cosy atmosphere and nice staff. The food selection is great cheese and meat boards if you want a bite to eat. Highly recommended. Very relaxed

Huge selection of wines available with friendly and knowledgable staff to help you pick. You can go by the glass from behind the bar or the self-service machine, or pick out a bottle. Corkage is cheap but if wine isn't your bag then there are plenty of beers and spirits to choose from too. Food platters a generous and tasty for if you want to snack on something while you enjoy a glass.
