Love this place. Really quirky. It's on 3 levels but in an open plan way with bars on each level. The servers were excellent and happy to help with drink options. Some great decor and comfy sofas in areas. Closest parking is probably at the keyside pub under the bridge. I didn't notice any lifts but you could stay on ground floor as they had disabled access loos there too. Price of a Guinness was £4.80 which I thought was reasonable. Defo recommend and will go again.

Went in for a quiet beer on a Saturday afternoon. Great selection of beers. Friends enjoyed some real ales that were on sale. Extremely comfortable seating and great place for a catch up.

Really turned the place down from when it was a trebles bar a few years ago. Hosted a birthday party here too. Good and drink is reasonably priced. Overlooks the quayside. Live music most days and if you can get a seat very good!

Nice quirky decor with friendly staff and a variety of vegan options for food. Unfortunately the vegan mac and cheese was pretty bland, and it went cold quickly due to the sparce plating on cold salad. The £6 lunch is a good deal though.

Would have been a higher rating BUT veg cooked in same fryer as meat!! So ruined it for veggie partner, left few options. One dish is even labelled vegan!!! Easy remedied.. Have a dedicated fryer. Otherwise everything good 👍👍

I'm getting old.I remember this place from when it was Flynns,a frequent haunt on a boozy Monday Monday afternoon,working our way through the various ales and test tube shots.Now it's all a bit more more modern,more glamorous,more in keeping of what you would expect a Quayside bar to be.Its all good though.A very pleasant place,friendly staff,decent drink and lots more room than it used to have.Worth a visit.

Sunday Lunchtime . Called in for refreshment after walking the Sunday Quayside Market . Pavement seating in the sun ,watching the world go by . Cocktails at 2 for £10 was a bonus ! Staff attentive and helpful

Welcomed new addition to the Quayside. The name doesn't do it justice. Inside it's a traditional oldie worldie pub. Food is delicious (burgers).

(Translated) Nice pub right on Tyne. Despite the exposed location, the prices are within the local average. We only drank beer now (13 different beers on tap). So you can't go wrong here :-) ... We stayed longer and ordered lunch here. I can keep the good rating. The food was impeccable 👍. (Original) Schöne Kneipe direkt an Tyne. Trotz der exponierten Lage halten sich die Preise im ortsüblichen Durchschnitt. Wir haben jetzt nur Bier getrunken (13 verschiedene Biere vom Fass). Kann man also nicht viel verkehrt machen hier :-)... Wir sind doch länger geblieben und haben hier zu Mittag bestellt. Die gute Bewertung kann ich beibehalten. Das Essen war einwandfrei 👍.
