Went to beerhouse with 8 other family members l. We reserved our table before we went as i knew it would be really busy. Friendly staff happy to help, always one of them walking around collecting the empty glasses and cleaning the tables as people come and go. We all ordered food and we had no complaints about it just what was needed before our flight. Yes the alcohol is a little more expensive but what do you expect in a airport. Thanks again for the great service.

Very clean and nicely presented bar. The staff are very friendly and attentive from the bar staff who I believe were Sophie and Kate at the time to the staff running the floor who were jess and Lisa they were amazing from taking our orders from the table to delivering our drinks. I just want to say thank you girls for the start of an amazing holiday !!

Typically priced as you'd expect from an airport bar but the atmosphere is always great. Presumably because everyone is in high spirits as they're off on their travels. Good selection of food and drinks though and staff are always polite and helpful

As a nervous flyer I was very aprehensive about boarding My flight. A lovely young lady named kirsty calmed my nerves with a latte and even took the time to sit with me to ease my nerves. I believe she went above and beyond customer service. Thank and she is an asset to your team. Well done beer house .x

As one of the signs on the wall says, (and I paraphrase), " a house that serves beer, what more is there to say?". But seriously, there are several pubs at the airport but this is definitely the one to visit. The bacon baps are delicious and the beer, although expensive, is typical airport prices.

Flight LS557 arrived at Newcastle airport 5.40am checked in went in beer house majority of tables cluttered untill till staff change tables cleared very quickly by a young man called Oliver who very friendly pleasant and polite
