Brilliant venue, lovely staff and lovely location. No parking, great value for food and drinks. Highly recommend to both friends and family.

Friday night had a good DJ bar was over busy, hard to get served. Bar person apologies served in order of customers, 241 on cocktails good value. Establishment looks after female drinkers welfare making it a safe venue. Outside seating area nice to sit outside when sunny, also private room upstairs for functions. Food disappointing. Two pizza for £10 are like the cheapest frozen ones you can buy. Worse I've tried advised ver disappointed. My chicken kebab taste good, but too small for main course. While the wraps tuff as old boots. Salad 🥗 was nice but with very hot chillies so be careful. Extra salad and kebab or rice would have Improved the quality of the dish. Bar More local Largers and better choice of hand pulled real ales/beers. Recommend the wraps if eating or just better off sticking to drinks. Overall nice place to drink and relax.

Beautiful intimate party space on the balcony, great for medium sized get together. Small bar upstairs too, so don't need to go traipsing downstairs to order drinks. Fantastic cocktails and mocktails, and good lager selection. Party also included food, which was all fantastic - selection of open topped sandwiches, chicken kebabs and goujons, pizzas and wedges. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I very rarely leave reviews unless something is exceptional; wether it be good or badl! I took my parents out for a Fathers Day lunch and the waitress serving went above and beyond to make them feel welcome and to make sure their dinning experience was a pleasant one! They had Burgers and I a Fish Finger Ciabatta which were all very tasty; actually, the burgers were so nice, that I almost ordered myself one after having a taste of one, but that would just be greedy! 🫣😂 Overall, I would recommend YOLO!👌🏻

Really busy cocktail bar, although I don't drink cocktails good selection of wine also. Fantastic music was good to have a dance too even if it is just around the tables. Door staff was professional and friendly will definitely be back.

Love this place generally,however on 7th August 2021 I felt certain hygiene standard was lacking. My concern was indoor tables were not cleaned after customers left. My table in fact had tea or coffee stain. The other point there was very little soap in dispenser. Please let’s get back to sanitising tables. Let’s now be positive great hardworking friendly staff apart from negative review on tables. My wife and I will continue to support this venue and have always been pleased with service and in so much that we’ve left a tip I think this (the sanitising) is a blip on an otherwise great place

Girls night on a Thursday. Booked a booth for 7.30 and was glad I did. Was super busy as food is 50% off. We ordered food and cocktails. Cocktails were lovely. Waited about an hour and a half on food (we were told an hours wait initially) so by the time it arrived we were hungry and a little disgruntled. Waitress rectified that by giving us a free round of drinks which went down a treat. Lovely evening, great food and with the 50% off food a reasonable night. Staff were fantastic!! Will definitely be back.

Modern, trendy open plan bar with private mezzanine area which can be booked for functions. The bar has a good atmosphere at weekends with live DJ who in my opinion is great playing great stuff from 80’s and 90’s. Outside decked area has comfortable array of seating with parasols and patio heating overlooking the Main Street. The establishment also serves food which appears very popular and looks good however I personally haven’t tried yet. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Very nice place, beautiful and staff are great. I found the music a little bit too loud as we had to shout all nigt long. Also wanted a standard Margarita, which wasn't on the menu! and no tequila based cocktails what so ever. Other than that great place to meet friends.

Very nice helpful staff. Dined with my wife on Tuesday lunchtime, both enjoyed the food very much. My wife at 85 cleared her plate which is most unusual. Cannot fault it and we traveled 20 miles to eat. Will most certainly be back. Ray and Audrey Dobson.

Here on a Friday night. It's 2-4-1 on cocktails all day and night and we've been paying just under £8 for 2 pints in other pubs, so 2 cocktails for about the same price is a no brainer. It's 7o'clock and people are just starting to come out. The drinks have been excellent. The bar staff professional with I hint of cheeky, that is to be taken as a compliment. The toilettes are clean and well maintained. They do serve food and there are a couple of children in. The only reason I haven't scored a 5 *is because we didn't eat. So I feel I can't score top marks if I haven't tried the food. Well done YoLo.

Great service and selection of drinks, had the buffalo chicken for starters which were amazing followed by the fish and chips with curry sauce, good portion sizes and very tasty, its a bit of a chore finding somewhere for the car locally so ended up putting it in the leisure centre car park which was 3 minutes walk from yolo.

Good place to go for a meal or just a quick bite or drinks with friends, not too expensive and it's a nice, upscale, clean and modern location. You order food at the bar and it's brought to you at your table so not complete table service, the food is honestly really good every time I've been there and the wait isn't too bad...

Definitely a marmite bar.I can see why some will like,while others will loathe.Some of the clientele as mentioned in other reviews,can be quite pretentious and rather aloof.Personally that doesn't bother me as I'm sure they will think common old me is quite the opposite.Not the cheapest bar you will visit,but you'd expect slightly higher than average prices when drinking in Ponteland.All said,the beer is decent and cocktails are 2-4-1 on a Friday night.Go visit and decide for yourself if you're a marmite lover,or hater.
