N. L.Absolute dive of a pub but I love it!! One of the last standing local boozers! atmosphere is fantastic, bar staff are grumpy, as they should be, food is proper pub grub (no frills), the locals are minty and colourful!! I couldn't ask for more out a pub, best pub in Newport!!
t. t.What a fantastic pub, staff were amazing food was absolutely great. We were only there for 2 days, but enjoyed every minute there. Entertainment was good as well. Would highly recommend a visit to this pub.
P.May not be the quality dinning but it was well worth the visit and we will definitely go back. Plenty of food at a very reasonable cost and the beer was just perfect.
G. M.Staff were helpful, the room that was hired, was a bit unloved. The downstairs bar is lovely and the front and back gardens are a real WOW factor. Would go again.

P. N. T.Close to Newport County's football ground. Good choice of beers and food is also served Sky Sports available, although I was puzzled by the match choice, Celtic v Hearts, when the last day of the Championship season was on. Must be something to do with Cardiff being a Championship Club !! 😁
P. S.Really good beer and food at decent prices with very helpful staff highly recommended
