M. M.We celebrated our wedding here on 21st May 2022. I can honestly say I can't recommend the venue enough. The bar and terrace is great and the staff are so polite and helpful. It really did make our special day as special as it could have been!! Thank you so much.
We also often visit the oak bar for food and drink some evenings or at the weekend and again I highly recommend it!! The food is great and on a nice day sitting outside on the terrace is perfect.
A. T.Easy to book a table online. Ordering system via the app is sufficient and easy to use. Great selection of drinks both non alcoholic and alcoholic. Sauvignon Blanc from Bew Zealand is top class!
Very friendly and helpful staff, tasty food and wonderful outdoor area with heaters and blankets. There was a small issue with some of our food which didn't come out for a while but it got resolved promptly and we were offered free drinks straight away. Great customer service. We will definitely go back!
M. J.Went here for the all you can eat steaks. Staff warm and welcoming. The sides "bucket" you get with onion rings, chips, salad, mac and cheese and the sauces is delicious ( you can ask for more) the steak is delicious, you can always ask for it to be cooked the way you want. Would recommend a visit to see on the terrace with a drink in the summer before you start to eat
A. S.The all you can eat steak night was awesome. Food was hot, tasty and plentiful. Only downside was a lack of dairy free options on the children's menu, and what we did pick (as advised was the only option) came out with cheese on 🧀🙄😳 thankfully I noticed in time and the mistake was rectified (I suspect just removed from the top out of view in the kitchen) not great when you have a CMPA child, thankfully my son isn't anaphylaxis. Despite this we love the place and will continue to visit regularly to celebrate our wedding anniversary and Birthdays.
T. W.Lovely location for various celebratory needs, good sized car park too. Staff friendly and helpful, food very nice but the venue is let down by the wash room facilities (I can only comment on the ladies). Old fashioned, not practical and dirty.
J. H.Very nice place. Shame about the service, staff were very friendly but unfortunately couldn't cope with amount of customers, hence our order not once but 3 times either came out wrong or missed. There was a wedding & 2 parties there at the same time we were, perhaps they needed to have only taken a few public booking or none at all to cope the the volume. May try again & hopefully they will either have more staff or not so much going on.

Can find nothing negative about the experience. Carvery was top notch, very attentive staff. All good. Definitely worth a return visit.
