J. M.First time visitor to Revolution for food, usually just go for drinks. Was impressed by the amount of gluten free options but less so by the fact they charge a supplement for having a GF option hence the loss of stars. Shocking in 2022 that those with dietary requirements they haven't chosen are subject to surcharges for something they can't help or change. Aside from that, food was decent if a little on the small side when compared to the price (plus surcharge!). On the plus side drinks were lovely, atmosphere was good and staff were great (especially Kirsty). Will probably just stick to drinks here in future though.

J. C.Visited on a night out, clean and tidy and nicely laid out. Drinks are on the pricy side but are worth it. Toilets are clean which is always a positive! Staff were helpful and service was relaxed but not slow. Overall a great venue. Definitely worth a visit.

H. K.Love a Revs cocktail, I recommend the bubblegum daquari and mean girls drink. Helpful and friendly staff. Visited around 6:30pm on a Friday and wasn't too busy and it's clear they are taking precautions to be covid safe on the premises.
N.Dom is amazing bartender and he is deaf aware when deaf people ordering drinks! . He makes the night awesome! Absolutely love him!

Food is good but it is more casual and a bit pub like. A little bit more upscale Whetherspoons. Cocktails are lovely but very pricey.
Not really a romantic place so wouldn’t recommend for a date but might be good for birthday drinks.
For a night out it’s very busy with people and dance. Lots of younger crowd but good music. Watch out for cards at the bar as they overcharged us once as we didn’t see what the amount was when we tapped the card.
Overall good place for lunch and night out if you’re not too fussed about finding something one of a kind.
S. L.Revolution is a bar with an exciting atmosphere. When I visited this venue it was around lunchtime so it was time to order some food.
To start things off I ordered a classic mojito which was quick to come out to me at the table. From my first sip I knew it was a nice cocktail because it was made to my liking.
As for my food I ordered the chicken special, which was both filling and enjoyable.
Overall the service was fantastic, the staff were really friendly and made sure everything was up to standards.

I had veg burger that came with a very nice yet unique salad. As i am trying to eat healthy it was perfect option for me. And friend order chicken parmasan. Which she really liked too. And food took a bit of time to come out,which i Always see as a good sign that food is made fresh. Staff was fast and very friendly.But the biggest surprise came with bill. When we only have to pay for one. Because they have a offer 2 eat for price of 1 all january 2019. And after that every monday. Can,t wait to go back with hubby again. Plenty of choice. I gave 4 stars because it just was,t as high end but i will highly recumend.

E. M.Absolutely amazing service. 5 of us went to bottomless brunch and our order for drinks was taken all the time and they were really attentive with everything. Only issue was we had ordered 2 Avocado brunches weeks before and they only had enough ingredients for one meaning I had to have a grill breakfast and was left hungry because i don't enough grill breakfasts. Best bottom brunch i've been to drink wise - blank canvases and bloody Mary's in particular were brilliant!

Our waitress daisy was excellent and attentive. Kept us very well topped up with drinks bottomless drinks of all different verities. The food was excellent, the only slight down side was we didn't receive the sides we ordered, but by the time we had finished our meals we didn't need them anyway. Let me tell you that brunch pizza is a substantial meal!
We did have to move from our table to make room for another party, however the staff quickly cleared a table outside for us.
Great time had by all!

M. G. R.Always love a 2 for 1 on revs cocktails. They’re always really good, and they always have a large variety of different cocktails to choose from. The food is good as well, it’s like a step up from pub grub. The atmosphere is good and always busy. It does get a bit crowded at times though, and make sure you book a table on Friday and Saturday nights to avoid not being able to find a seat. Love the décor that they have too!

The food is really good. The shots are so tasty and there is such a wide selection that it is fun to try their selection with friends. Located in the city centre, it is a safe place to hang out during nights out.

E.While the food and drinks are priced well and the food is really nice and different from the typical Nottingham food you get, I have to say that I have been there about 4 times in the past 2 months and the customer service has been bad. One time we got over charged for drinks, which took a while for the staff to sort out. We also believed that we got over charged on one occasion. Also, some time last year we wanted a table in the food area, but all the tables were reserved, which is understandable. However, when we kindly asked one of the staff where we could move to, she was rude and gave us a funny look. But don't get me wrong when I say the food is good, I just think the staff and management need to know exactly what their deals are and what they're doing, so they charge right. If the customer service was better, I would put a 4* or 5*.

A. p.Came here for a Hen do! We did the cocktail making and had our meal with thay the cocktail making was so much fun and Ben did an amazing job! Would have been five stars but I feel like the gaps between eating were unpredictable a long wait between on part them a short one. But it was still really nice. Thank you all.
K. B.I visited here with a friend, we went during happy hour which meant 2 4 1 cocktails which we had a drumstick squashes one. We also had a share plate of fries which all was delicious. Highly recommend if you wanted to do a cocktail masterclass or a party. Both food and drinks are a solid 11/10!

S.Did the evening master cocktail class for my mum's hen do on sat 24th August 2019. our host could have been more engaging with the small group of us, he didn't make effort to have any banter or show interest, especially in the bride to be, basically left us to it as opposed to the other hen do who were next to us doing the same masterclass.
Food buffet was a lovely selection for everyone as well as the cocktails. Music amazing as always especially the glow in the dark sticks!

He's a credit to revolution bar so glad he was our host as we had the most fun out the 2 hen parties that were there!! You made our weekend young man!! Food was great too.. gluten free catered for with no problems too 10/10 ! 😘

p. g.It was the business Christmas party and after dinner they opened to the public. Was a week day so I cannot really judge one day for the rest of the days, but it was average. On a night out specially in the UK it starts with a lot of drinks so the music is the last thing they care about but if you are a person that likes to dance hmmmm go and check what type of sounds they are playing if it agrees with you. I like dancing so when I go I need to be enjoying the rhythm and then I go a drink or so.
Because of the business meal I cannot advice on their main food menu.

A.I had some nice days in revolution, but last time I went there on a weekend, the security guy (white muscular guy with Goatee beard) dealt with me in a racist way, he let a girl who came with me in who is 10 years younger than me using her local ID(non european) as verification!!! which can be fake and refused my international license, my UK police registeration and insisted on having my passport and didnt let me go in, a Note to the Management: If you deal with your visitors this way, you gonna lose good costumers eventually:)
