S. B.Nothing special. A place your dad will love, which he does and will not have a bad word said about it. Stunning external architecture, however pretty grim on the inside. A revamp and a lick of paint would do this place the world of good. Fantastic location, just up from Victoria Centre and well priced beers. A pub with lots of potential but on current form, only good for one or two swift ones before moving on. My dad hates me now.

D. A.Very much a locals, local. Everyone was friendly but maybe not to my personal tastes. Selection of lagers, ales and ciders was decent... Though not all were chilled. If you live near by this could make a good regular.
