F. B.After a stressful few hours getting lost in a hectic city centre, we happened upon this place and had a quiet hours respite. Traditional English Pub in the quieter back streets of busy Oxford. Nice selection of beers/ales and has offers on the blackboard. Board games to use if desired. I enjoyed the decor but it was lacking in atmosphere (however, it was a quiet Tuesday afternoon with two other customers and the news on tv for company). The guy serving was efficient but I wouldn’t say he made effort to be welcoming.
A. B.If you want proper tasty beer in Oxford look no further...only came in for a Guiness which is not on the menu, however as a sub the 'Titanic' plum porter is superb the Mrs had Tiger (copper ale) which was well received. Knowledgeable staff, clean ......top pub....

S. M.If you want to drink cask ale in Oxford, this place is yer only man. Excellently kept and excellently chosen ales, and the prices aren't excessive. In fact most other cask places in Oxford serve worse-kept ale for higher prices 🤣
S. M. E.Good pub with a wide choice of real ales , sports shown on TV , no food available (it's a pub for having a pint or three in) . Very handy for the center of the city (send the missus shopping and enjoy a good pint whilst she does) . Disabled access and toilet. Really nice staff . Enjoy

N. H.Great pub in Oxford, really good draught beers lagers and ciders on tap, a White Horse Brewery pub so always those, but a good range from craft UK brewers too, nice vibe there, not too hectic or manic. Good seating and bar staff.
