Myself and 2 friends popped in there on a Sunday night as we take part in the quiz night there. I wasnt disappointed in the customer service i received from the staff and manager. Excellent in fact. I ordered a burger and chips from the menu and Ethan served me in a very friendly and polite manner. Best look on the website for further details about food and drink menus. I didn't have long to wait either. The food was hot and luscious. Chips were chunky yet fluffy centred and burger was well cooked. Very happy with the choice I made. Too full for pudding though. My friends ordered drinks only. Clean covd19 rules in place and very welcoming to everyone. Children and disabled friendly. Definitely worth visiting. Car park at the side, smoking area outside with seating. Toilets were very clean too.

Went to this pub for the first time. It was quite crowded. But the staff members were nice and friendly. Too many drinks I had and I was already sick. But they have pool. And latest slots machine. Dogs are welcome which is a plus. Nice place to have a good time. 💕💕💕

Great pub, has parking and has a variety of foods and beverages. Staff are nice & friendly. Dog friendly pub with a beer / dog garden. I love it! Karaoke night was good also. There are also a poker & Quiz night. Shame it's not a hotel pub ( I would live there lol ) Overall fantastic nights out. Keep up the great work.

You always get as warm and friendly welcome from the staff on arrival. The Moorhen has a good range of lagers and beers wines and spirits something to suit all tastes.in the summer months it’s got a great outdoor space overlooking the lake and wildlife. On certain weekends it has great live entertainment.

Been here regularly over the last few years, the pub itself is pretty good, pool tables, tvs for football, etc and a good selection of drinks. The staff are usually friendly, polite and helpful. Where this doesn't earn a higher review is the food, it's incredibly hit and miss, not always bought out correctly and sometimes not good quality.

Third menu revision since we moved to this area and gotta say they have absolutely nailed it. Had a delicious burger and relaxed time watching the sun go down over the lake. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. Good to see a local pub go from strength to strength.

Attended The Moorhen for a family meal, we had a seated off area for our large family meal. Food was nice and hot, staff was pleasant facilities was clean just very cold going to the toilet. Good choice of food would recommend.

First time there, went with a group of girls as they had a quiz night on, again my first time doing one of those aswell, had a nice night, food was nice, my only picky bit is that if you sit in one of the booth seats, they get very uncomfortable quite quickly, it's as if the seat bit isnt long enough, and stops a bit short on the leg, as there is nothing to pop your feet on, your legs are just hanging,. But I'd go back, atmosphere was nice, staff really friendly.

Great wee pub when it's quite, food is nice and the staff are friendly. Can get really busy on Friday and Saturday nights and usually full of the after work crowd. Kids are welcome and there is a good outdoor area overlooking one of the lakes in Hampton. As this is the only local bar restaurant in Hampton it is full of a mad diverse range of individuals and groups alike which if your a people watcher makes for interesting viewing. Monthly deals on drinks, wine and food make this a great place to have a drink on a budget.

For me its my local and the perfect pub. Staff are friendly and fun and they remember your name. The new food menu is to die for and the wide variety of drinks caters for all. The location is great catching the sun most of the day allowing you to have a nice drink next to the lakes

The sunday lunch is very good..The steaks are great and very reasonably priced..Only one concern...No REAL coke or Pepsi...Im sure im not alone in saying dont ruin my drink with diet, zero or sugar free anything...The customers choice, not the governments..

We eat in the Moorhen frequently. If you want great food at very competitive prices and cheerful and responsive staff, this is the place. It can be noisy, so don't come of you plan a quiet, romantic evening.
