K. W.Nice pub. Friendly staff. Had an excellent lunch recently. They say freshly cooked and they mean it, piping hot and delicious. Often have events. Worth a visit.

S. R.Went for a birthday lunch with the 'girls'! This is a really cosy pub with a coal fire and lots of string lights adding to the ambience. Lunch was lovely and beautifully presented. A small pub but lots of atmosphere and parking for customers.
A. N.The " PM " is a great pub. It really feels like a lovely country pub with a great atmosphere and willing staff. Food is excellent and the beverages are exceptional. There is always someone there that I know. I go there as often as I can. And always have a great time. It is about 10 minutes away from where I live.

N. P.It's the locals that make this pub! You're always made to feel welcome and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Have quite often found interesting people to chat to that I've never met before when I've visited this pub. For me the only negative would be a lack of a good choice of cider, but they do do a good gin selection so that positive cancels out the cider negative 😀
M. H.Excellent friendly local serving good beers and a real cider, rare for some locals in this part of the world. Sorry but Thatcher's Gold is not a 'real' cider, it's keg or bottled. Never believe advertising gush. However, pub is very welcoming and chaps or chapess's on their own will be made to feel very welcome.

G. B.Traditional Pub with views suggesting you are in the heart of the country, not in the suberbs of Plymouth. Great selection of extremely well kept real ale including Dartmoors Jail & St Austells Proper Job & HSD. Lunches served Tuesday through to Friday. Open all day, Friday, Saturday & Sunday and lunch times (closes at 3, reopens at 6) on other days. Car Park, good bus service. Well worth the effort.
