The most friendliest pub I have ever visited, the staff and customers made my partner and myself feel so welcome, fantastic hospitality, good choice of drinks and great entertainment in the name of faux furs, had the most amazing time, will definitely be visiting again in the future.

I've never been in the queens arms before so i have missed out on a really nice little pub with staff that are more happy to oblige and on my visit for a few pints over the festive period it had a fantastic atmosphere 😀

One of my favourite Barbican pubs. Old school, kept immaculately clean but wamt and welcoming. Free House, good choice of well kept ales from Devon and Cornwall. No food but nibbles. Staff attentive. A pun for all characters and ages.

Lovely, lively, atmospheric pub just along Southside St from the Plymouth Gin factory. Polite, welcoming bar staff, good cask ales and alively, but not too noisy buzz. The best so far during our stay.

I only came here for a few drinks and to meet up with friends........ But there was some live music from a guy singing with his acoustic guitar and really made it a comfortable night. The pub itself is very small and gets crowded really quickly...... I'm not a fan of crowed places to be honest and wouldn't spend all night in one. Drinks range is OK.......staff are lovely!

There's something about this pub that I can't quite put my finger on. There is an atmosphere here that is lacking in some of it's nearby competitors. The pub feels really local and welcoming. The ambience is just right. Not too loud and packed but not dead quiet. It's the sort of pub that you can go in with your mates and have a really good chat, and if they are good friends, a laugh. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Prices are on par with other pubs in the area. Recommended.

Typical local pub. Always reminds me of London pubs....but it's not as good. Not at all vibrant. I still see the same people in here from 5 or 6yrs ago. It's ok, never changes and because it's a bit staid and dull ( with the same 60/70s music from 5yrs ago ) you don't tend to get the youngsters or the pub crawlers. Beer is always spot on though which I suppose is what counts.

Great pub, lovely location and wonderful staff, the only issue is that they have a 5 pound or over policy which i don't understand as most other pubs in the area don't do this, it's annoying as you don't always walk in with cash so you end having to get two drinks often you don't need them..
