Great atmosphere, but inconsistent upstairs. You don't know what style of music will be played until you're up there. Been a few times on a Saturday night and the music genre has been different every time

My first time coming to heartbreakers. Nice atmosphere downstairs. My only complaints were the toilets were a complete mess and really smelt bad. I brought a red bull and vodka downstairs and it was more expensive then upstairs because they use a pump. Either have both bars fitted with a pump of energy drink or only serve red bull. How can you be charge different prices in the same establishment. The bar staff were super friendly and the people who were in there were really welcoming.

Went to a party here. Band "Beat Quarter" very very very good. Venue just right. Drinks well priced. Lovely time!

Quirky bar and music venue with a great atmosphere. Been a few times now to see bands, including Sins, Rose's Diary, Pioneers to name a few! The volume could do with being turned down a notch though & the toilets aren't the best but efficient and friendly staff. Yet to try out the cocktails!

I've been there three times, every single time it's a new, different and wonderful experience. It can get a little hot upstairs with 100 people in such a small space, but it really does provide the perfect place for intimate gigs where everyone is really involved. They also have great drinks that are cheap but also if you wanted to splash out they have a cocktails menu which can get pricey, I had a Twister Ice lolly cocktail and it was one of the most delicious drinks I've consumed, so honestly worth it if you can afford it. I would recommend this venue to anyone for gigs, or just casual chilling out on their comfy sofas downstairs.

Went on a Saturday afternoon, lovely vibe. Interesting paraphernalia adorn the walls, chill background music. Pints are a lil pricey (an IPA and a cider were £11), but they have an excellent range of drinks.

Really nice cocktails, nice vibe. They do traditional cocktails regardless of the menu you're given, if you ask. Could do with a better craft beer on tap but lager choices are good. Helpful staff and really covid safe by the looks of the cleaning routines I saw in the few hours I was there. One star deducted for the ladies toilets...definitely a music venue toilet situation (wonky seat, no locks, no hook for bag and jacket)

Never had the chance to go to Heartbreakers but to my surprise it was great! The staff were very polite, helpful. The pub offers sunny benches at the side and rear of the pub. I couldn't have asked for a better time while having my cider.

Nice bar and gig space - cocktails downstairs (interesting but a bit overpriced) in nice decor and comfy armchairs and good space upstairs for bands or club night. Critique: the loos are awful though - I've never known the dryer to work in the ladies', for months the sink was covered in a bin bag and out of use, theres rarely loo roll and often the doors dont lock. Please sort them out!

Good selection of music and the drinks on offer range from poor/average with a couple of fairly decent spirits. Main issue was that it was too loud. Everyone I was out with said that it was too loud, and after being out of the establishment for 40 minutes I stil have the gentle ringing of tinnitus.

This is definitely the place to go if you're looking for the casual American bar look/feel, and on top of that the bartenders are pretty cool if you actually try to get to know them. Great place.

Great little venue. There didn't appear to be a lift to the performance room upstairs, so not great if you find stairs hard. Also the air con unit was dripping.

I came here for a fur meet event with my wheelchair bound friend, and was very dismayed that the bar staff didn't have a wheelchair ramp on site to get over the two deep steps leading up to the entrance. There was also no lift, so we were confined downstairs for the duration, though I feel this is less of an issue than the lack of ramp- which would have been easy to rectify. The toilets, situated upstairs, were untidy and smelly. The hot taps on *both* of the sinks in the gents seemed to have been sealed shut, and turning the handle resulted in the entire tap assembly pivoting around on the pipe! My friend and I ended up leaving after a few minutes for Marland's shopping center and a bite to eat, returning later for the fursuit walk.
