I'm not a local, I only pop in for a quick refresh in between jobs. Clive n Val n the rest of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The locals are also a good bunch which adds to the experience. Cannot fault it hence the 5 stars.

Always a warm welcome and good sensibly priced beer. If your feeling the winter chill after a day at work, pop in the Crown you will be peeling the clothing layers off in no time! Great gin selection also. Try it out!!

Excellent service lovely friendly staff. Fantastic game of bingo on every Thursday night ! Clive and val always go above and beyond for people. Had a fantastic Halloween party for the children and we are looking forward to the Christmas patry for the children.

Been coming to the Crown for years, always a great welcome from Clive and Val, karaoke on Saturday night is always fun, live music on a Friday night and once a month on Saturday night, never had a bad pint. Top notch pub. 🙂

A very pleasant experience with very helpful staff ! Wide range of activities at all times of the year ! If you are into your gin then that's the place to visit as well as wide range of wines , beers and spirits . A very warm and welcoming environment . A must see is the Christmas decorations ! Halloween 🎃 is a must see as well " they do a children's party " 🥳 not sure what day or time is yet ! They lost there best bar maid and only the landlord knows the reason why ! Could say a lot more but like him to much to do that . Prices have just gone up and up that's not him ! Still love the pub with great friends and all pubs are struggling .
