Nice bar it is bit of a local lads bar but do not be put off drinks are cheaper then the rest of town. All ways something going and it is normally quite loud.

What can I say. Decent prices. Good atmosphere and music on the weekends. Smoking area out the back and pool tables at £1 each. Cheap and cheerful. They also have a lot of sports events on and TVs dotted about all over, so can sit pretty much anywhere and be able to see them.

Very busy pub aimed at the younger generation. We visited as they were showing the football (they show a lot of sports) and the beer is also cheap with lagers at £2 a pint. In the evenings though it very much turns into a nightclub, and if that's not your scene you should give it a miss after 10pm. Overall though a good pub :)

The best place to go drinking in Truro. The interior might not be the "classiest", but with 4 pool tables, friendly bar staff and the most reasonably priced drinks around, there's little competition. You're also allowed to bring in outside food, and there's plenty of screens to watch whatever game is on (football/ cricket/ rugby).

Great venue for getting together for sports venues amazing atmosphere . True Cornish girl working away but coming home spending time here so good, brilliant bar staff under alot of pressure with customers wanting drinks to watch Champions League Clash packed out but handled beautifully. It's a sports bar it is what it is, cheap beer, outdoor seating however the bouncers who manage the doors are very aggressive and confrontational almost to the sense where it seems they wish to fight with customers making for a hostile environment on weekends however when doorman are not there it's a okay bar for a pint and game of pool

Decent bar; Nothing fancy inside, but the bar staff are good, prices reasonable, and there's 4 pool tables (£1 a game, coin operated). Plenty of TVs scattered about the place for watching sports etc when it's on, including one TV in the pool area.

Not a place of high culture, but if you're looking for somewhere to watch some sporting action, and don't want to pay through the nose for some fancy craft beers, this is the place. There's a multitude of TV screens through the bar, meaning that wherever you park your bum, you'll get a decent view. There's also some very cheap drinks too, so I can imagine it's a popular place for the students of Truro. There's a whole host of pool tables to one side of the venue as well, so there's no shortage of ways to while away the hours.

Mostly a sports type pub sometimes very busy the beer and other drinks are a good price with regular offers they also often have live music - not the best venue for this but works ok with smaller acts there are a lot of video screens around the pub it has a central location with entrances onto 2 roads in town the staff are friendly and when busy serve quickly
