Great looking place and great cocktails I think the manager is fab and gave us some free lemon flavoured shots there were popcorn in bags on the table which were very salty but nice for most people even if they make you thirsty it was easy to order on my mobile this would be 5 stars but one of the waitresses came up to the table looking inside my bag which had items I just brought inside which I thought was an invasion of privacy I would recommend and I would come again

Liked the edgy vibes, the atmosphere and loved the 2 for 1 cocktails! Only frustration was that there was a really long table to sit around but not enough seats meaning I had to tower over the table on a bar stool😂.

Literally my favourite place to go. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The blonde manager there (don't know her name) she is freakin awesome, always full of energy and accommodating!!! I've never had a bad experience there and I would totally recommend.

UPDATED (see below) My friend booked to come in at 23:00 tonight it is now 23:19 5 degrees and were waiting in the normal queue to get in, if you book you should be able to come on the time specified. Just want to update, this was a mistake of someone on the door, Keystones later resolved the issue and got us a table, so very happy with how it was resolved.

To the owner of Keystones, On Saturday 21st August at 6pm my friend and I came to Keystones for a cocktail masterclass. We were put with Nico. I had to take the time to write this email regarding him, as we were blessed enough to have been in his presence for that time. He was so kind, enthusiastic and positive the entire time. We had some very educational conversations and I look forward to seeing him flourish in whatever he decides to do when he is older. Working at a school I would love to be able to arrange with him to come and do some talks to the kids about culture and his experiences. With regards to the cocktails, he was so knowledgable about the spirits, techniques and measurements, that it was inspiring. I feel like you should feel very proud to have him work for you and I do hope he gets a reward of some kind for that night. Please give our huge thanks to Nico, Best Wishes, Miss Kirsty Jones

I visited this bar last night and had a very enjoyable evening with a couple of work colleagues. Unfortunately upon arriving back at my hotel, I realized I'd miss placed my wallet. I rang the lads at keystone's the next day and they promised they would have a good look around for me. Several hours later I was delighted to receive a text saying they had found my wallet, and they even offered to post it back to me! Absolutely above and beyond top customer service, first class establishment. Cannot recommend enough.

Good atmosphere and music. The drink deals for cocktails are good. The place was recently refurbished, which added some extra life to it. The biggest downside is the SUPER long queue, had to wait for at least 20 minutes to get a single pint. Overall a good place to go out to.

Keystones: The place to be in Worcester. The best place to kickstart your night out/hen-do/staff party; or even just a few casual drinks! It’s the perfect mix between a bar and a club. The staff there have unmatchable energy and they’re so friendly. Always providing entertainment for their customers, as well as making banging drinks. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. My go-to place, always!

Over crowded considering it's a " below ground " level club. Love the decor, music was suited to all tastes. Bouncers on door were polite, bouncer inside was a credit to the industry. Overall, grate ,but too crowded .maybe a 5 out 5 in policy

The atmosphere here was that of the crypt at Bushwackers. And the choice of music was spot on. Drinks were reasonably priced, seeing as it is a night club. The bar staff were having fun with the punters. Overall, great experience.

Mjne and my uni friends first time in keystones and Zoe and Ben were great!! Had a lovely evening and they were both helpful in recommending drinks to best suit our taste! They both were friendly and helpful throughout our evening in keystones. Would highly recommend the establishmeby and couldn't fault either of them!! Great drinks at great prices m!! :)

Great for a Saturday night out. Fidays are not bad either tho, but Saturday is usually busier. The DJ is legit and his beats are fire! The music ranges from old school rnb,hip hop, garage, house and many more.
