Friendly pub and really nice beer.

A good old spit and sawdust pub where you can speak your mind and no one cares!
Even better now that the landlord Ron and his wife haven't left they really are the heart and soul of this pub!
Hopefully Andy will be back with his band to entertain the masses!
Also the local trading post.

First visit on Friday afternoon with the other half and it's fair to say that it's the best Guinness I've had outside of Dublin. Landlord was very hospitable and we're looking forward to our next visit. If you're looking for a decent traditional pub for a drink then look no further!

I am a member of a covers band that play down there quite regularly on Thursdays. We have a great time with Ron the landlord and the locals. Also, the best pint of Carling around.

Landlord and landlady couldn't be more welcoming if they tried. Great place. Dog friendly and my pup was also given a few treats. The Carling is to die for also
