I stopped in here after getting stranded in Ruabon and they were so welcoming. I purchased an incredibly well priced beer and the staff were so helpful and friendly while I waited for my lift. I would highly recommend The Bridge End Inn for anyone passing through Ruabon or staying here.

Excellent beer and great staff. The place was booming so you know it's good.
They had an amazing brass band playing carols too.

Matthew and his staff run an amazing community pub. Always a pleasure to try the different ales on offer, this year it was Bridge Dark.

Great village type pub, great selection of ales, had the Half Glass Empty Stout, top notch, love the quirky beer garden, which was well needed on such a hot sunny day, overall, a great pub for locals or visitors

No wonder this pub is loved by CAMRA. National pub of the year in 2011. Amazing beer, even better prices. Great local, friendly atmosphere. They even have their own micro brewery producing nice ale sold in both the pub and local pubs. Parking out back. But what's also unique about this place is that they don't serve food but if you get a Chinese takeaway from up the road (a few doors up) you can eat in the pub. They'll even give you plates and cutlery to eat it with. All in all, one of my all time favourite pubs.

Popular proper pub with an ever-changing selection of real beers and ales [plus lagers, wines and whisk(e)y]. Great place to meet friends. Covered outdoor seating. Occasional live music, popular weekly quiz. Near to bus and train links

I go here a lot and it's a very good pub! You can sit in a room which you can relax and it's like a quit room! There's the main room and you can also sit outside in the bear garden! Drinks are good also they sell crisps ,porkpies and pentuts. Also the toilets are very clean. All in all its an amazing place!

A great place with a varied selection of real ales and cider. There is a pleasant outdoor space for when the weather is nice or inside is lovely and cosy on a wet or windy day. The staff are really friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable on the beverages they serve.

The Bridge End Inn is a great pub with a good atmosphere and selection of ales to choose from. Whether you visit in the summer and sit outside in the lovely outdoor seating area, or visit in the colder months sitting next to the log fire, you're sure to have a pleasant time. Very family and dog friendly. If you're in the local area, pop in, you won't be left disappointed.

Annual beer festival today, until Monday. Superb range of beers. Home made scotch eggs of all varieties, fresh made BBQ burgers etc. Live music. What more do you nerd.
A. B.
If you like real ale in a proper pub with no music or food then come here! It is the best pub that I have ever been to. If you like lager, loud music and greasy burgers, this is not the place for you. Quite superb!
J. C.
Very cosy and traditional pub, friendly atmosphere and a huge choice of local and guest ales. Always busy, well worth a visit, but don't expect a late drink, closing time is soon after 11 and strictly adhered too.
I. R.
Very nice friendly place. Good food and good old traditional ale as well as your normal beers like in most pubs.

Birthday beers with family and friends. The place was nicely busy (not packed) so there was a good constant hum of conversation. The beers were all in great condition. Oakham Citra, Big Hand Spectre and Revolutions Tarzan Boy were the highlights.
J. A.
Good choice of beers

Great local, just as it should be, no widescreen goggle-box, juke box or fruit machines. Just good micro brewed beer and warm friendly atmosphere. Recommended for anyone who remember how to switch off and relax.

I've been staying at The Vaults Pub next door and being on my own wanted a walk, saw this lovely pub, a few yard's away, loved the decorative open fire that alone was welcoming, very nice, cosy pub

The bridge end is a family run pub ,which sells a mixture off real ales spirts and wines .The bridge in my opinion is unusual in that there is no Duke box gambling machines or pool table's its a great place if you want a chat while enjoying a well earned pint or two with an open fire and a out side smoking area with seats and lighting with over head coverage for those rainy nights and a friendly and helpful staff
J. F.
