Just completed on a house purchase via this agent. Not quite as nice an experience as we expected. House description wasn't entirely accurate on a couple of things. Incorrect information given when we asked questions. No effort to gather in all the keys for the property; they gave us just one front door key and we know there are at least two others, maybe more. Cost us £110 to get the front and back door locks changed on arrival. Staff are lovely and friendly though.

We have recently purchased a property from Morgan & Davies Lampeter branch and had Llion dealing with us and liaising between us and the seller. It was a long and sometimes stressful journey however Llion kept us updated at all times. He was quick to relay our messages to the seller and theirs to us.
