If you’re planning on selling your home, just use Cooper Wallace. Ben was fantastic from the get go. This was the first time we’ve sold a property and we were guided through the process so well. Joined by Hannah and Connor, they were determined to get it sold for the right price. Then once sold, there was a swift transfer to the ‘aftercare’ which was David who was very knowledgable about the process, timings etc. he knew exactly what needed to be done and when. Our onward purchase took quite some time due to reasons outside of our control but David remained patient throughout, chased solicitors and even our vendor’s estate agent. They all really go above and beyond. They definitely provided a service that was probably worth more than they were eventually paid. Couldn’t thank the team enough! I feel like I know them all! They answer the phone every time and respond to emails within minutes. Very friendly team. Just use them!

Could not recommend Cooper Wallace enough. David was always keeping us well advised throughout a rather long winded process. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he is just an all round good bloke.
