P. M.The team at Country Properties in Bedford have been excellent throughout the process of selling our home. They are responsive and accommodating of our requests/suggestions, and Connor in particular did a great job of securing a good sale price. Would definitely recommend.
r.First time letting a property and dealt with Moby, who was very helpful, reassuring and great at us finding tenants. He visited our flat and took us through the entire process. I also decided to sell the flat through CP, I often dealt with Jay for this, as well as with some tenancy issues after checkout. He was very helpful and friendly, some processes he wasn't sure of, which wasn't helpful when having to deal with damage caused by tenants and sometimes needed prompting to update me on what was going on with tenants. But he and also Connor are real assets to the team and both absolutely incredible in trying to speed up my sale process - contacting the management company, getting forms required, keeping me updated, sometimes even before my solicitor!

K.Country properties are fantastic estate agents, after limited success with previous agents Country properties sold our house quickly using traditional methods of calling around clients and getting people to view the house. Some estate agents just rely on the rightmove advert! Country properties spent time to research the village and as part of the advert put about local attractions and benefits of the location. The pictures were also better than others. In particular Francesca from the Bedford branch was amazing and helped us right the way to completion.
