By and large I think this is a good company to let your house or flat to. I had them managing my House for over ten years and during that time it was almost always occupied with tenants that paid the rent. They also very reasonable when it comes to do with re-decoration issues and sourcing cheap but reasonable things such as carpets and electrical appliances. If I had one issue it would be that the decor could have been in better condition when I took the property back. I will however say that the place had not had any work done to it in three years so I suppose I can't complain.

Spoke to Homelink in early March 2016 expressing our interest in buying a buy to let investment in the Bedford area! Homelink team explained everything to us with their immense area knoweldge. They found us a fantastic apartment which we put in an offer for and got accepted beating three other bidders at the same time.. From the beginning the process of buying and eventually renting the property was hassle free. Homelink completely restored my faith in some select....few...Estate Agents. I must say when dealing with Homelink, especially Wendy in Accounts I found her to be very professional and courtesy at all times; she was very helpful with my query today and resolved the matter in a flash. I would highly recommend Homelink if your looking for a property to rent, especially Wendy she is a darling.

We've been happy with Homelink as an agency. We first saw the property in early December 2018 and were told it's not available until end of January 2019 which was quite suiting for us. We decided to secure the property the same day so went to the office to pay our admin fee. When we got there we were told that due to renovation it would be available early-mid Feb which again-we were fine with. Homelink have been great at answering our questions when we had them but they may not have the best communication as a team as we were called on the 22nd of Jan that we could move in on the 1st of February so had made plans for this. I then went to the office to hand in outstanding documents at which point I was told our move in date would not be this early. I was told to wait for a call either that day or the next day to confirm a move in date. I heard nothing the first day and took it upon myself to call at 1ish the next day. We were then told it will be the 4th of February to move in. I was told to wait for a call in regards to what time to come into the office and sign a contract (this was on Tuesday the 29th). We waited for a call but I hadn't heard anything until I called them on Saturday the 2nd and I was told to come in on the Monday at 11am. We got into the office at this time on Monday the 4th but they were not expecting us nor were ready for us. However they worked as fast as they could to get everything printed and sorted for us so I can't fault them there. Just a small amount of miscommunication there but we did move in on the 4th and so far are very happy and are having no problems! Would recommend.

I've been a tenant with Homelink for a couple of years now, I am glad to say renting a property for a family of five has been trouble free. Homelink have always been prompt in dealing with and resolving any problems over the years (Btw thanks for dealing with keys issue)!.Management are very friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend them, especially to families with young children.
