Since 2014 Campbell and Co have rented out my property. They have always been professional and friendly, and kept me well informed as to how my property was maintained. Paul was in charge of the sale of my property more recently, and although I was in a different country he took the stress out of it and put me at ease. I would highly recommend this company to either landlord or tenant.

Hi, thought I would leave a reivew as I have rented now through 4 different agencies and this one is by far and away the best. The agency managed my property during tenancy which meant I would report directly to them as opposed to a private landlord which in my experience tend to dilly-dally. So this was a big bonus! The staff at Campbell & Co were always very pleasant to deal with and any issues I reported were addressed promptly and efficiency. They also returned my deposit quickly when I moved out which was very important to me at the time. I have now bought a house and no longer need to rent (yay!) but if I ever did my first port of call would be Campbell & Co. I have recommened to all my friends in and around Belfast!! Muller.

I originally wrote this review 6 years ago and everything I said still stands. If you have a property you wish to let and need someone to manage the process for you, there is no better team in Belfast or Lisburn. Very happy with the service I have received. Gordon and his team have been responsible for letting out my property in east Belfast for the past 9 years (since 2008). During this whole time, thanks to their excellent organisation and market knowledge, I have had barely 5 weeks in total of the property being empty in between tenants. All maintenance and running repairs have been undertaken to a high standard at a very reasonable cost by the tradesmen they have organised on my behalf. When I recently had an issue with a tenant (the first time this has ever occurred), the problem was dealt with extremely swiftly and professionally at minimum inconvenience/financial loss to me. I would not hesitate to recommend this company if you own a property which you wish to let out and you value peace of mind.

I recently finished a rental with Campbell’s and I was dealing with Katie. She was absolutely brilliant, no messing about and very professional. I am giving 4 stars because I had issues earlier with a different person, David, who was difficult to deal with. Friends of mine who rent with Campbell’s say they had the same issue; everything was great except for dealing with David. I would definitely recommend but just make sure you know who you will be dealing with!

I've had a fair number of landlords over the years and often it can be difficult to get stuff fixed/replaced or dealt with in a timely manner. However, my experience with Campbell & Co has generally been quite positive. Any issue I've emailed them about has been resolved very quickly. I can't comment on other people's experience, but mine has been generally quite positive.
