J. c.I lived at a rental property from August 2021 until 2022 during my second year at Queen's University. I had to leave unexpectedly due to mental health difficulties but overall I enjoyed my experience in 102 Lisburn Road. When I decided to move home after struggling with my mental health the team at Giant properties accepted my leaving early and gave me my deposit back as I left the room I rented as clean as possible. The house itself was in good condition and I had absolutely lovely housemates who respected my privacy and offered help when needed. Giant Properties were understanding when I had to leave due to mental health circumstances and although sometimes slow to reply to issues, a good rental service, in my experience.
S. C.I have rented an 1-bedeoom apartment via Giant Property in Belfast for the last 3 years. Chris helped me find this flat literally in one day when I was struggling to find a place to live with my puppy, and move-in process was very quick and smooth. They responded and helped me promptly every time I had issues with the flat. I would hate to leave the place but it is now time to move on as I am moving to a different city. C. N.The rooms were nice and clean; very spacious living room with a pull out couch for extra guests and a washer and dryer in unit. The wifiwas easy to connect to and there was a hairdryer provided. We were within walking distance from several restaurants and bars, and were able to call a cab to the ferry station which was 10 minutes away. Would recommend!

I've been dealing with giant property now for 3 years, moved house twice and they've always catered to my every need giving me a number of options to choose from to make sure I was moving somewhere suitable.
K. H.Roomy and clean and easy check in , washer and dryer actually work unlike some of the apartments we stayed in while in Europe. Really the only negative statement I will make bed was not that comfortable and pillows were horrible.

Supermarket located 10 min walk at most. Pizza delivery local for a quick meal, and quiet friendly area.
However until the doors are fixed (sqeaky dreadfully when you open internal doors that will wake up ppl in the house at night ) and the intertnet access is very intrusive (wanting personal info and then access is still not good) i cannot give 5 stars. And the crockery neefs a good scrub to be clean.
