I have used Key Lets NI since they first started. The commitment and standard of work has been consistently excellent throughout, I have found them to be proactive and very knowledgeable regarding hmos with regards to new guidelines and guidance for landlords. I have no problem highly recommending Kyle and the team to let and manage any properties.

If i could give 6 stars, i would. Kyle and Paul were exceptionally professional and helpful. They respond very promptly, extremely professional and everything sorted out very quickly. If you are looking for rental agents around Belfast region, i surely recommend them entirely!

Kyle was the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. Very professional. Viewed a property with him, he sent the tenancy application and I sent all necessary paperwork back the same day (such was my keen interest in securing the property). Decision was made the very next day. Prompt as you like. So off to a good start from the very beginning. Lived in the property for just under a year. Any issues I took to Kyle directly and they were resolved very quickly. Also got my deposit back inside a week of leaving. Can't ask for much more than that. Would have been more than happy to have stayed in another property managed by Keylets but they had no others available that ticked all my boxes, unfortunately. Be that as it may, I am happy where I am now but will be contacting Kyle and the Keylets team again in the very near future. Cheers

It's an awesome place to stay here. This is my first place to stay in the UK. Accommodation is really good, neat, good WIFI and everything is available here. I stayed here for 3 months I am pretty much satisfied and happy with the room. Unfortunately due to some family requirement, I am shifting from this place.
